My favorite vape shop. Prices are affordable and the owner gives great deals the more of a regular you are. I have been going here for months and have always had excellent service and the staff is REALLY nice.

I called ahead and asked if this place had seven labs they lied to me directly and told me that they did when they had another product. I wouldnt trust a place like that and they refused to tell you what their prices are I guess thats kind of normal these days but the part where hes lying means that hes willing to do anything to get your business even lie to you. Not a good thing.

Terrible Service.. the first purchase I made, I bought a torch for a friend of mine who has nerve damage so she particularly needs one with a easy trigger, the lady wouldnt let me try it and picked out one she thought was best, when I got home and she tried it and said it was no good, I called up the store and he said that no refunds, he wouldnt even give us a discount on another torch. Then my next purchase, a long oil burner, he just put it in a plastic bag, my fiance put that inside a sock and made sure it was protected til we got home and when we took it out of the plastic bag I seen there was a nice crack in it and so I called he said once again no refunds & only offered a 20% discount on another one. I think he should have at least replaced it since he didnt even wrap it, a thing that is all made of glass. So we wont be returning.

These guys are my favorite place in town. Wont go anywhere else. They always help me through any questions I have, and they have so many options of herbs to help with focus and other issues I have that honest to God work. Main reason I started coming was for vape stuff, but now I have so many options to get me through other issues that theyve become so important to me. Staff is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and quick. Treat you like family. Dont know what I would do without em. Update: still the best 😁

Hands down one of the most metropolitan Type places in Ocala I mean were no Vegas strip but at least we got a place open past 10:00 (till 12 actually). Then you got the customer service 10/10Princes 10/10Reliability 10/10.And Im not even getting paid for this!?!?!

Love, love this store, this is hands down the best vape store around and they have fantastic deals. They also have coupons in those coupon books you can pick up free at the local has station.

They sell defective products that are way over priced and when you try to take it back they try to refuse. Everything in their store is at least 15 to 20 dollars overpriced. You can go to the shell station right down the street and get the same products way cheaper. Dont waste your money they are greedy and have poor customer service. You are much better off going anywhere else.

Their prices for vape juice are a lot better than the other shops in our area. They always have a coil that I need or one similar to the one I need. This place is my new go to spot for juice and whatever else I need for my vape.

I found this place one night after the vape shop by my house was closed and I needed some kratom. I kept coming back because the kratom the nice man sold me was light years better than what I had been getting. I came back two more times and the last time, the same man working recognized me, which I thought was awesome. He helped me with getting a larger bottle of the kratom and I also bought a bottle of nic salts. He took his time with me and explained everything, and the nic salts I bought (same amount as the ones I had been getting from the vape shop I usually go to) were FIVE dollars less. Not only that but the flavor selection was the widest I have seen since I moved to the area. All of these reasons, coupled with later hours and my being comfortable with the location (parking lot fully lit and the store is clean & organized), are why I have decided to make this my regular shop, despite my living so close to the other shop. There is a 6-7 mile drive through town difference, but I feel this shop is worth it! I’ve been to other shops and it sometimes feels intimidating because I am still not sure of the products I’m interested in, and the other shops didn’t really take the time with me as the man did here. He’s super nice too! Very happy and look forward to coming back.My suggestion to anyone looking for the best prices and selection in town: please come here first. Don’t waste money for so long like I did. In the world we live in today with the dollar losing value at a rapid pace, it’s just not worth it to lose money on inferior products or high pricing.

Much better deals and selection than most places Ive seen here in town. I used to be xfusion but the requirements for using your coupons were a bit annoying. This one lets you redeem almost any of your coupons without having to cross 50$

Im not one to normally write reviews. It takes something truly special for me to speak out. This shop is one of those special places. Vape express is by far the gem of Ocala when it comes to vaping. Even though this store is fairly new they already stock all the latest products at pretty great prices. As far as juice, the selection is a little on the limited side but the prices are insanely good. The prices on juice are about one third the prices you would see in any other vape shop. I have been forced to buy juice online because shops have been charging $30 for a bottle I can get online for $15, then I find this haven that sells them locally for even less than Ive been paying online! Dont even bother with other smoke shops anymore, this one wins by a landslide.
