Xfusion Smoke And vape shop

This place usually dont want bong or other words being said but theres a skinny blond that worked 06/21/24. at 4:30 when i came in that lets us say all the bad words and even sold me vapes after telling her they werent for me and she didnt id me either. For anyone not wanting to be hassled or carded at smoke shops or have to adhere to a strick set of rules go here. The skinny blond will hook you up

I like the people that work there, but I do not like the fact that when you have a problem with one of their products they will not exchange it, but even when you try it out in the store and tell them that the same one that you brought in with (NO FLAVOR) isnt good either they say they cant change it out due to an issue with the flavor....??! I have to deal with the company directly. 🙄

Omg don’t say the word bong or the young girl who looks like she don’t want to work. Acted like we said we were going to bomb the place. She went on a rant and belittled my mother is who 70 yrs old. Take my business to one of the other places.

Haylen(hope I spelled it right) is friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home and got us set up with tasty ejuice and a pod system. This is my new vape shop.

Sold me an expired jar of D8 gummies, hid the price on clearance so a lower price one was visible, and then refused the return. Product expired July 2022, I accidentally bought them September 2022. I say accidentally because they don’t let you inspect BEFORE buying.

Great place, nice merchandise. Theyre very friendly and informative. Both locations one in silver springs at the six gun mall and on the boulevard near downtown.

The worker was super friendly open to answer any questions I had. Showed us anything we asked and was super patient. This is our go to store! Amazing workers and great prices!

I go to this shop ALL the time normally the staff is incredibly helpful and kind but this time there was a girl with I believe blue hair that was unbelievably rude to me and my husband. I genuinely felt uncomfortable with how rude she was. To top it off when we walked outside there were two other customers outside who said that she was so rude to them that they walked out. This girl should not be behind the counter!

I switched to Xfusion from another local vape store because they unlike the other knew their products and smoke devises very well. They are very knowledgeable of everything I was wanting to purchase and make my visits very easy. This is my new store for sure!

This place has some 😎 cool stuff. I like the variety of items. And I have to give a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the employees here at the NE X fusion shop. Oh, did I mention they have an lot of incense, too?! This location is the one I frequent the most but both offer a great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff like Cheyenne. Most important to me they have great prices, best place in town to pick up OPMS shots at an ethical price. Also they have sales all the time that are actually worth the hype.

Beginner vaper. Started out with elfbars and wanted a pod system. Staff was very knowledgeable and took time to help me with purchase. Gave me several options and found what was good to start with. Will do business with them only. A+

Went there for a coil and this chick told me I had to buy the whole pack for 50 bux lmaoo iv bought single coils of the same kind from the same place lol I know she just wanted her commission share for the sale but Im glad a few bux is more important to them rather than them taking care of customers. Think about the customer not about yourself . Definitely never going again get better employees not selfish ones.

Always greated by enthusiastic associate. She is very patient while I make my selections. She always is happy to make suggestions and explain the different products. Better shopping experience because of her.

Friendly customer service and great atmosphere. It’s also cool that there are multiple locations. I just wish they sold merch by brands like Supreme and ASSC. Seems like this would be the perfect store for that and I’m sure they would make good sales since no store in Ocala carries those brands.

Had 1 vape kept leaking like crazy. Brand new. On top of that the cap fell off. Took it in a week after buying it. Offered no refund, trade in or even discount. Instead they sold me a different unit which ended up being harsh as hell. Not the amount of smoke. Just how it burned the liquid. Fool me twice , shame on me. Not gonna be a third time

Sales reps were amazing and helped me out a bunch along with some tips about some great spots to visit in the Ocala area.

Great place. Mostly friendly staff. Have never had an issue with them. In stock on most items, every once in awhile they will run low but the other store a few miles away will usually have it.

Adam was so helpful. He even gave me an extra cord of his cause the one I bought didn’t come with one. Thanks so much Adam.

Called would not tell me price over the phone, for a pack of coils. They have deals but that’s only because the prices are so high. Shop elsewhere. You will find better deals.

Alot of different selections, im glad kratom is so much easier to get, i used to order kilos years ago and it would hold in customs for months. Kratom has saved millioms of lives amd should stay legal and its something that should never be regulated by drs. Its totally safe.

Tho they didnt have the tobacco my picky brother wanted the store was clean, attendant was nice and knowledgeable (also masked) and the pipes were a great price.
