Something I greatly enjoy about this franchise is the variety of massage therapists with unique styles. The front desk staff are all very polite and helpful, as well.This last visit was my first with Shari. I am not one to fall asleep, but I did with Shari. It was a wonderful session of firm kneading, with vitamin e oil. Just wonderful! I will definitely book Shari again.

Dana did a great job on my facial. She was knowledgeable of the products she was using and had a gentle touch to my face. I definitely will be back and recommend her to my friends.

Bought a whole membership because Dana was so amazing!!! The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and sweet as well! Loved everything about my experience!

Janelle at the Hastings Ranch Massage Envy was very personal and gave me lots of tips on how to better manage my dry skin with the products I already own, and made suggestions to what I should also be using. She was very through performing my derma blade procedure. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a professional, exacting experience.

Corey was recommended by my daughter who was visiting from out of state and gave him a try. She has a regular masseuse in Seattle and knows what she likes. She was very pleased with Corey and so was I. The massage was relaxing and loosening which I what I really needed!

Angie has magical hands! I felt so relaxed and in very capable hands. Angie is professional and skilled and my facial left my face feeling new and refreshed. Thank you Angie!

Ebelina delivers the best massage ever! I appreciate her using medium to firm pressure with me and I always leave there feeling relaxed and like my body is in a better shape.

At a maximum I was inside for 70 minutes yet got charged for 90 minutes. I expect a refund to my account accordingly. I called the reception from my car to advise her of the issues and she said shed have her supervisor call me. Nothing. I go a lot and do not feel this is right.

First time here yesterday and Corey was my massage therapist. He was really good and applied the perfect pressure to the spots I had pain in. He also asked me how the pressure was and I told him really good. He took time on each part of my problem areas and I was very impressed.

Janelle is so sweet, calm and helpful. She helps me feel relaxed and answers all of my questions. She makes the experience more pleasant and I’m definitely seeing results.

Erik is an excellent masseuse. Hes friendly and knowledgeable. His firm pressure is consistent throughout my 90 minute massage. I always feel relaxed and looser after leaving my session.

Always feel so much better after coming from massage envy. Yingying was kind, highly-skilled, and respectful helping ease my shoulder and back pain. Highly recommend her.

Ebelina was amazing. My back had been in knots for weeks and she spent the time to work through the tension. The front desk staff was also super helpful with my account and communicating all of my options.

Though the receptionist and masseuse are always nice and friendly, my massage is typically marginal. I always request a deep tissue massage and receive something more light like a Swedish massage. Also, I really dislike the commercial interruptions of the ambient music, which is supposed to be relaxing. Instead, about every 15 minutes annoying commercials for various products kick in.

My back is always super tight & Thea did a great job working on it. If you need a deep tissue massage, she is your gal!

Candy is really, truly a Deep Tissue worker. The first therapist I’ve had that got into the tension tissues and back pain from a car accident. I hydrated really well before and after and I’m not too sore today. I actually feel a lot of relief.

I had a facial with Angie (Angela) and it was wonderful! She was so nice and didnt make me feel bad about my non-existent face care routine. She gave great advice and Ill definitely book with her again.

Angela is my favorite! Facial with her is always such a relaxing experience, and my skin comes out clean, clear and hydrated.

I booked a session and needed to cancel as I woke up feeling very sick. I was told that although several other Massage Envy locations allow for same day cancellations this location operated differently and I would be charged half the price of the service. This was frustrating as I was expecting all of the locations to operate similarly. All the other 3 locations in the same area allow for same day cancellation. I wish they would have notified me when I booked that they operated differently.

Thr massage therapist i go to, Ebelina, is great. My main complaint is that the massage time doesn’t seem to be 50 minutes. Yesterday i did not get into the room until 15 past the hour, but my massage was done at 4:03.

Glenna did a fantastic job and gives a great deep tissue massage. She also made sure that we were both comfortable as it was my partner’s first time getting a massage. We will definitely be back again!

Henry was great. Although he spent more time on my back than I wanted he was able to really loosen up my right leg and made it stop hurting. And ga e me clues in how to keep my muscles loose.

Thea is very easy to talk to and definitely knows her way around knots. I always feel like I’ve taken a long nap after sessions with her.

Melissa was professional and very attentive. The room was clean And peaceful I will be going back very welcoming, walking to the door and leaving thank you so much for taking ur time

Corey is an excellent massage therapist! Knows his stuff and was able to give me some tips on how to relieve some of the pain I experience. Well done, Corey.

Janelle is a very skilled esthetician! My skin was as smooth as dolphin skin after the facial.

Arlene keeps me feeling great. Love that I can easily schedule an appointment and get a massage or facial regularly.No, this is not a luxury spa, but it is comfortable and quiet and gets me in to look after my body and my face.

This was my first time doing the muscle relaxation session. Erik was very good at explaining the session and the tools used. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I felt afterwards (hoping but not knowing what to expect). This is definitely something I will do again in addition to my massage.

Salua does not only deliver the best service; she also forms a special connection with her clients. I am one of them. Extremely professional, knowledgeable as an esthetician and an overall pleasant/positive person. Looking forward to my next visit.

Linda gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. She helped loosen up my very tight shoulders and helped ease the pain in my forearms and hands.

I really like Sheena. Not only her massage technique which she puts in a lot of effort, but her professionalism is appreciated as well! She also doesn’t talk too much or at all during the session so I am able to relax more and even fall asleep sometimes. I was recommended to her by a co-worker and now I just go to her. I noticed she’s usually booked way ahead of time and I know why because many others feel similar positive feelings toward her.

Janelle was excellent! She was very informative and gave helpful explanations along the way through my facial.

Xuemei is the best massage therapist. She adjusts the pressure to suit your needs. Highly recommend.

I didn’t book a massage only called and inquired on times and then was charged for a massage without any resolution to the problem. Then received a message saying rate your massage.

Sheena is wonderful. Just recently added dough stretch sessions with her and now the massages are so much more personalized because she recognizes my problem areas. She is really good. Love her service!

The massage itself with Yingying was great everything else wasn’t. I carpet in the room was extremely dirty as if a child had earring pringles on the floor i don’t know if it was dead skin I was looking at as I was lying there for my massage or just hasn’t been vacuumed In weeks the floor boards also extremely dirty I wouldn’t go back if they offered a free massage. Workers are great at the front desk but establishment needs better maintenance and also the massage wasn’t a full 60 minutes like at other places they cheat you out of a good 5-10 minutes

I came in with a migraine and Henry really found all of my triggers and I was migraine free by the time I left. It wasn’t the most relaxing massage I have had, but it was exactly what I needed.

Ebalina was so great! She made me feel so at home and was attentive to everything I needed. It was my first time in and I’m so glad to know it’s so easy to get help when I need it.

Angie was great - especially for my teen daughter’s first facial!

I have been going to the massage envy in Hastings Ranch since 2011. I am now seriously considering changing locations . I scheduled a 1:pm appointment for a 90 minute massage . I checked in at 12:45 . I was greeted by the masseuse and was told i was late . Without my knowledge , my appointment was change to 12:30p and to a 60 min massage. I was told they left me a voice massage . I had already confirmed via text for the 1p massage . This was very disappointing .

Jannell is awesome! I have had two appointments with her so far and I can already notice a huge difference in my skin (less breakouts). She is also so friendly and kind! Front desk is always welcoming and helpful. Thank you to all the staff!

Too rough and jerky in beginning but later became more smooth and controlled. Liked the flatter baffle and that she used wet towels to try to wash off the oil after each body part. Overall a very skilled massage.

She was very friendly and helpful in answering questions regarding massage therapy for my overall health.

The booking and check in was so easy, check in staff are always positive and pleasant.My massage with Corey is aways great snd he listens to my needs. He focuses where I request them has a way of finding the issues and staying attentive to things he finds.

Very happy with Shari’s massaging technique. Her massage technique is soothing and thorough, making sure every tired muscle was taken care of. I highly recommend her.

The massage was a little less than average the actual massage was started about 510 and ended at 620. I was supposed to have had a 90 min massage it was more like 70. The masseuse left quickly and I was left covered in lotion. I was left greasey. In all reality I probably should not of left a tip. If she is new she definitely needs some better training.

Fantastic firm deep tissue and acupressure massage by Ying Ying. Such a great experience. Also helps me sleep well and recover from muscle soreness due to sports. She does acupressure which is very effective .Great way to stay healthy. I am very thankful. 😀

This was my first time with Becca but she was so amazing. I have RA and my entire body is a big knot. Becca knew exactly how deep she needed to go with pressure. While my massages are far from relaxing because of my pain she did her best to make me comfortable and pain free. I will be setting more time with Becca…

While the massage therapist was very nice, she talked for Every. Single. Second. Non stop. For a 90 minute massage. I listen to people for a living and having to listen to her the whole time was the exact opposite of relaxing. I came in for some desperately needed,deep, peaceful relaxation. I should have saved my money and just stayed at work. She was so focused on telling me all her stories that not one of my targeted issues were addressed. I was heart broken that my Christmas gift of a desperately needed, long awaited massage was ruined. Complete waste of $200.I have to add that Ive had wonderful experiences here in the past. Every other aspect of the facility was fantastic.

Had a great 90 minute massage by Jel-Wu. I get massages to ease the aches and pains of my active lifestyle. Going to massage envy helps with my tight spots and knots. Will always recommend Massage Envy as my go to massage place.

The experience was fine but the matchup with the therapist was not. Although Ying Yang seems to be knowledgeable of her technique, for me, it was more painful than relaxing. That wasnt necessarily her fault, just not the style of massage I was looking for.

I moved to Pasadena when I was 3 months pregnant. Trying to find a great prenatal massage was very difficult until I started seeing Ebelina at Massage Envy Pasadena Hastings Ranch. She knew the right pressure to relieve pain that was also safe for the baby. Now that Im postpartum, she is great at giving attention to where I need it the most. Im very happy with my experience and Im always happy to see her every month.

Ying Ying is the best! Took me 5 years to find this gem and she was worth the wait!!! Her technique is precise and thorough. I strained a muscle and needed some TLC to relieve the pain. She patiently and gently worked the muscle providing relief. First time in three weeks I had a night of sleep with no pain. Thank you Ying Ying!!!

This was my first massage with Ebelina and at this location. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I was experiencing some tenderness in my back and abdominal area, and Evelin was very sensitive to ask me questions and work around the area while still giving me a relaxing massage.

The place is welled kept, with flowers decorated rooms, make you get a very warm welcoming. The staff at the front is also prompt on getting your appointments in. The company of women and men which do a great jobs, on massages.
