Skylar was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He was so kind, very helpful and had the best personality! By far one of the most best employee+customer encounters I’ve experienced. He was very well spoken as well and super funny. He actually engaged in conversation unlike a lot of people in customer service. Give this man a raise or some kind of bonus!! He so deserves it! I will definitely be coming back again! If I could, I’d give him 10 stars!

This is hands down one of the best atmospheres for great glass, cbd, and vape supplies. Every staff member I have encountered is beyond kind and extremely professional. The owner seems like a great person too! I usually see Chris when I come here and he is very knowledgeable about their products and is always ready to help in every way he can! Love the late hours and 7 day a week schedule! For shiftworkers its a godsend.The guys who work here are always really friendly.I shop here for kratom and they have a great selection, but the prices are over the map. Still pretty comparable to local competitors though.

Everytime I go in the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and patient. Even when I see them dealing with someone who has absolutely no idea of the taboos of a local smoke shop they are never rude or dismissive. Highly recommend for someone interested in tobacco alternatives or alternative pain management.

Every time I go to this vape store, the workers are very knowledgeable about all of their products; they answer all my questions, and they have good deals for all budgets. I won’t go anywhere else now.Thank you !Update 3/21..I went to your Bloomfield store yesterday, to get information about your delta 8 products. I spoke to a very helpful employee who answered all of my questions, made some product suggestions, and when I tried the products at home, I was completely satisfied. Thanks again !Update 3/18/21.. I bought a couple of Delta 8 cartridges. One was defective and was returned with no problem. I got another defective cartridge, it leaked and I got a mouth full of vape juice. I took it back with the packaging and the woman refused to exchange it, even though she could see the juice in the mouthpiece. I paid $40 for this cartridge, which I am happy to pay. I’m not happy to be turned away and told to “come back tomorrow” as she was not permitted to make exchanges. I was disappointed, but I’ll go back tomorrow and hopefully I can get some satisfaction. I have faith that the situation will be resolved tomorrow. Stay tuned, folks.3/19/21. I went back today and the man was happy to exchange the cartridge , no problem. Thanks again, Keystone Vapes.

I bought two disposable vapes here and they died within one day of buying them. The vape juice was visible in one of the vapes, and it was a little less than half full when the battery died. I brought it back to return it and they said they couldn’t return in because I didn’t bring it back the same day I bought it. I bought a puff bar xxl from them today around 1 pm, barely used it, and now it’s dead. It’s 1130pm. I tried to leave a message On the phone number that was listed online for their store. I am going to drive up there tomorrow and try to return the vape if they don’t Give me one that’s actually going to work or a refund then I’m going to cut ties with this place I’ve never had a disposable vape die so quickly

Purchased a $50 pen end of Nov. 2021 which has since failed. Store refused to do anything about it. Claims that after 24 hours, theres nothing they can do. Stay away!
