The worst vape store I’ve been too. The worst service. Dude let me in the store and went in the back. I was standing there for 5-7 mins yelling for him and he’s sitting at the desk right there and ignoring me. Never will I ever come here again. Then processed to tell me I was only standing there for 30 seconds …. -_- I came in while his last customer was leaving and I said I came in when the last guy just left, he said what guy? I’m just like whatever. (That’s how long I was standing there he didn’t even remember when his last customer left) I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. And I will never go back. Everything is 25% off so they are probably going out of business anyways. Maybe it’s for the better.

Keystone Vapors is a one of best shop in Dormont. Good service and good quality products. They are running a 25% off promotion to right now I’ll keep coming back here again

This store is my personal favorite place to buy vape cartridges and accessories in the Dormont, Pittsburgh area. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I went here last night and Mary was awesome and patient with helping me choose a product and Im very pleased with my purchase.

Beware, if you aren’t a knowledgeable consumer. We lost our money by trying to purchase as a favor for someone. We got the wrong thing and took it back unopened to no avail.

My first time ever in Dormont and I had to come and see this amazing store! We come in to a very nice cashier named Aiden, this young man went above and beyond responding to any questions we had and a personalized experience. If you ever come across this place, you must go grab your goodies for your adventures to come.

Aiden was awesome and very helpful! He let us take our time and look around and we didn’t feel rushed at all.I’ve seen Maria a few times too and she is always so kind and helpful. They keep me coming back!

Had a great experience tonight! I am extremely picky on vapes & flavors, tonight I went in with an open mindset on flavor & vape brands. My only requirement was rechargeable & lot of puffs since I am trying to quit buying cigarettes. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aiden he is absolutely amazing & knowledgeable!

Coming from a local native of Pittsburgh, heh, this place is great. Staff is friendly at all locations I’ve been. The inventory rarely disappoints for my standard vape needs and they have plenty of fun pieces, a multitude of vape flavors & devices, and even stock 10 flavors ZERO NICOTINE disposable pens!

Done going here. They ripped me off selling me fake kratom.. packaging was off from places I normally go and taste of the kratom was absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Made me so sick. Not to mention I’m pretty sure they were selling vapes to 14 years olds. The smoke shop down the road is 1000% better in both customer service and overall selection. I suggest anyone heading here buyer beware. It’s a foreign owned bodega so they sell anything poisonous to get over on us if it means making a few extra dollars. GO ELSEWHERE!!-Jack

This place is always there for me, they’re open till 10 everyday. Tonight I stopped in and was helped by Aiden who was so friendly and also very knowledgeable about all of their products. Highly recommended.

Informed and kind best prices. Mary is a Delightful. She goes out her way to help also if they dont carry a item they always go beyond to try to get it into the shop. Highly recommend.

Reasonable prices they won’t charge more than any other store around. Keystone is always a go to for me bc I know what I’m getting and the staff is always so nice. If you open the vape inside and hit it in front of them and it doesn’t work they give you a new one immediately and don’t ask any questions. I always do this in case they are bunk, they won’t accept returns after though so if you’ve had bad experiences with vapes just open it in store and take the first hit before you leave so they can fix the problem! Their customer service is excellent!

Love this location! I love that they open at 10:00. Most other shops in town only open at 11:00. Every employee I encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. I go for Kratom which they have a nice selection and variety! Nice selection of e-juice for your vaporizer! Also they have 7 stores now so you can usually find one depending on what part of town your in!

Has your basic stuff. Nothing flashy. Its like an old radio shack they stuffed vape stuff in but has all the essentials.Update: they will leave from time to time even though it says its open. You cant keep closing the store whenever.

Curly haired kid working was incredibly short with me from the whip, wouldnt make eye contact, and couldnt WAIT to get me out so he could rush to the back of the store. I was literally the only customer. Absolutely pathetic-tier service.

All it takes is one employee to ruin a store. I don’t know his name but someone should seriously put him in check. I’ve only ever fought with him, everyone else is great but for some reason me and him get into it EVERY single time I see him.

Great selection, great prices. Staff is very friendly. Floor space isnt fully utilized, making the store look somewhat empty, but it allows for, if nothing else, reasonable social distancing.

Great customer service from most of the employees. One doesnt know much and gave me some info that contradicted the others and was different than things thats happened in the past. Relaxed and helpful atmosphere, one stop shop for a lot of needs!

James was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He guided me through my purchase of a new nic salt vape device (mi-pod) and was courteous and he legit knew everything about the products he sells! I Will NEVER go to a different vape shop! Awesome experience!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. I have been coming here at all of their locations for a while, the owner is awesome and if he doesn’t have what u want, no problem, tell him and he’ll just order it for you, even if that means going to another store in Pittsburgh and getting it himself he will do it. No need to go anywhere else!

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff that are not afraid to answer questions about their products. Plus everyone Ive talked to thus far.. quite a few... were honest and not just trying to sell something. Unlike the other vape shops around Dormont, for that alone theyll have my business.

Good employees and they love give advice. I dont vape, but I stopped by for a friend too grab him so vape juice because he was at work, and couldnt stop by before they closed. Rating it a 4 star because its the only vape store Ive ever been too.

The attendant behind the counter is super helpful and knowledgeable, Im also very grateful for the 10pm close time tonight as I needed a replacement vape pronto! Thanks for a great set up and good deals 😊

Its incredibly clear that the person owning this shop does not care at all, and has sub-par products. Easily reselling gas station cheap glass, frequently with chips or cracks, to make an easy buck and vape all day. I have bought the same product there twice, and was charged differently both times (essentially, choosing prices at random based on how poor quality the piece is. The first piece I got was chipped. Bought another piece and it was clear the glass had been cut incorrectly, making me cut my hand. Both pieces broke within a week.Have never seen a staff member so dismissive of CBD patients in any glass store in PGH.Would recommend ANY other shop, even if its a gas station.

Worker has no idea about any of the products. Everything is extremely overpriced. Theyre selling a $60 smok alien kit for $125. Almost any other vape shop will be much more informative and more reasonably priced. Left without buying anything. Never going back.

So I walked into this store and didnt have to cut my way through all of the vapor. Bonus! I really need to quit smoking and Chris and Taylor explained everything I need to know about the pod capes and tobacco salts. I have not had one cigarette all day and am really hopeful about this vape! It is the only one that has actually curbed my desire to smoke and I have tried several capes in the past. Thank you Keystone Vapors! With my willingness I can be free from the bondage of cigarettes!!!

This is a nice big vape shop and they have a good selection of juice thats top notch in my opinion also guy that helped me out today was great as well. Definitely will continue coming back not to mention prices on juice is great for 100mil and 120mil bottles

*PLEASE ADVISE*Employees inside are not wearing masks or observing safe protocols concerning contact between customers. I spoke with one an hour ago and he remarked that I was a fool for wearing a mask. There are several other vape shops in the area so stay away from this one, I surely will.

Convenient. They charge the same price for 25 CBD dog treats $27 while another local shop sells 50 treats by the same company for the same amount $27. I noticed that they charge $25-30 for 30ml of Naked & Bad Drip where the other shop has 60ml for same price.

The young lady(sorry I cant remember her name) was so very helpful and cant thank her enough! I definitely will be back to this store!!! She helped me find what will work best for me!!

HAD to stop in and was sold a counterfeit item. contacted the company which told me it was a counterfeit. I wouldn’t suggest going to them for anything! Wasn’t treated very well in customer service department as well. Looked like the kid was on drugs. Much better shops in the area. Don’t waste your money with them.

Great vape shop with an excellent selection of vape devices, juice, coils, tanks, RDAs and more! They also have a great selection of glassware too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this shop to beginners and up for vape needs.

Pretty nice selection. The prices are what youd expect for a vape shop. They are high for the most part. The store does have a loyalty program and does offer specials from time to time.

Terrible customer service!!! Walked in with no welcome. Had to ask for help..mind you my boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store. When asking questions about certain vapes all we got was short smart mouth answers. The guy was so rude and mean i seriously couldnt believe it!!! Unbelievable i will never come here again!!!

Recently moved back to pgh...this was the only place i could find in my area that carried the coils i need for my vape. Im used to the prices in Missouri...definitly more expensive here but great customer service and great selection

Decent vape shop with I believe 6 other locations around Pittsburgh. Mods, tanks, batteries, chargers, glass, etc. Nice staff, most are knowledgeable.

$26.75 for a 30ml bottle of naked salt liquid? Stick to buying it online where you can get them for $16 from a variety of places and save $10 per bottle. Or go to other retail stores selling for $20. Will NOT be back.
