This is a nice little spot came here for the live music. It wasn’t to packed. It has an inside and outside seating. Whether you coming for drinks or hookers they have it all. Lots of large screens if you choose to come in to watch the game or fights I did have a drink a non alcoholic drink it was refreshing I taste their “best Long Island” and I beg to differ 😟 I do feel the Sri is here are over priced a hookah cost 50$ while the Long Island ran you 19$ my non alcoholic drink was 9$
Cool spot in a nice area Ive been to multiple times. They have nice bands & DJs, too. The food is mediocre & quite pricey for what you get such as the salad I had with shrimp added. I think for the upcharge there could have been at least a couple of more shrimp & more dressing. Drinks are also pricey outside of happy hr. Lastly, I asked the waitress 3 times for a receipt & she never brought it.
I was here a week ago on a Tuesday, Staff is excellently friendly, had a beer and Some shots that puts away from work stress, they even accepted us to play some Indian Music as well to get the Vibe. Love to come back here. Upload the videos of the ladies who cheered us, if it is not appropriate I can delete it LOl
The atmosphere is amazing but everything else is subpar. Sat on the patio and waited for service for 10-15 minutes only to get tired of waiting. Saturdays are for squeezing as much money out of you as possible. I get having reserved tables but when your establishment is 80% tables, you leave a big portion of clientele out. Great music but thats it.
Friendly service. Women servers were scantily dressed, I guess they think that brings in more tips. The band was good. Small dance floor. Food and drinks overpriced vut decent. We would go back to hear good bands. Good mixed crowd. Get there early or RSVP to get prime seating before the band arrives at 8 or 9pm.
Colin was a fantastic server! He was so nice and very accommodating. The food was nasty but my lemon drop was excellent. I don’t know the bartenders name but she has black hair with bangs.
Bathrooms were filthy BUT my bartender Conner was absolutely superb! Great personal service. I can tell some others in the place aren’t as customer service oriented but he was absolutely amazing from beginning to end.
This place is perfect for the 30+ age grill because it took my back straight to 2008-2010 to my young party days. I also love the dinner turning into entertainment concept and think it’s the perfect place to celebrate anything. It’s a hit or miss with the live bands. Some have great energy and the crowd goes wild and some just kill the mood. But overall love it so much!
Ive never eaten at Sambuca 360 and I always thought of it as a fun place to visit, so made a reservation for noon for Fathers Day brunch on Sunday. The place was chilly and actually quite empty, which doesnt make sense as to why it took 30 min to receive our meals. The weather was beautiful enough for outside patio seating so people watching came at an advantage to pass the time, but waiting was still super annoying. The meals finally arrived and in ample portions. It was good overall (or maybe I was just really hungry). Fish & chips, burgers & fries, and chicken & waffles..to name a few, but either way it wasnt spectacular.I guess Sambuca 360 is best for dancing and entertainment.
Good music, fun atmosphere, friendly ownership, always a busy dance floor! James greets everyone with a smile at the door! Highly recommend for date nights!Sambuca is by far our favorite place to go for live music! It is such a sexy nightclub at night and owner continues to make amazing changes to stage and lighting. Wife and I went out Saturday night and had Emily as our server. She was amazing. Got a drink from the bar from Connor and he made me a delicious drink. The bouncers at the door are extremely friendly and feels like the safest place in Plano area.We brought our kids 14 and 11 to an early New Years Eve dinner at Sambuca on Sunday. Hannah was our server. She is so friendly and on top of everything. Our food was amazing. They had a Taylor Swift cover band and she was really entertaining. One of the best New Years dinner experiences we have ever had.I highly recommend giving this place a try!
Is a good place to get a drink or get your dance on at night with some friends. Service is very friendly but not very attentive. Ordered a few things on the menu that were on the cheeper side because the prices are almost ridiculous. The food that was ordered was almost flavorless. Where is the seasoning? Was not busy either so there was no ruch. I can applaude their attention to underage drinkers which is not allowed. The resturant itself was very clean as well and comfortable.
We went for late-night drinks and appetizers and we were not disappointed. I ordered the shrimp and crab dip, which was delish, but the cauliflower bites my friend ordered were the best bite of the night. Try them! Also, great band that Thursday night. They were taking requests and the crowd was loving it.
I was there for a private event. The food they served was good. Drinks were nice. Patio for smoking and lots of seats and plenty of dance floor space
I decided to try out Sambuca 360 for lunch since I hadnt been in over a year and wanted to try a new place to eat at. I decided to go with their Filet and my buddy went with the Sushi. We enjoyed it enough that we decided to drive 30+ minutes a few weeks later for the same filet with asparagus; we dont live in the area. Again, excellent food and an awesome environment is what keeps us coming back; keep up the good work Sambuca360!
Sambucas is a staple. Ive been a number of times but last Saturday was the first time in nearly a year. Sambuca needs to remove the $10 cover charge, especially for beautiful women walking in before 9 p.m. Seriously!I didnt have dinner but had a couple of drinks; Mai Tai (awesome) then a rum and coke (typical). Both were about $15 a pop. A bit pricey, right?! Drinks taste much better when someone else buys but thats a different blog/review. LOLThe band was ok but the dj was spot on! DJ Leo Rock spun hit after hit and I danced until my feet hurt! The $10 cover may keep me from visiting for at least another year. Listen, Im not cheap (check out the reviews for other venues), its about principal!
Servers were disrespectful. Food was mediocre. And drinks were overpriced. Do not recommend
I went here last night for the FIRST time for Happy Hour, based on an invitation from a Facebook friend. The location is PERFECT, the atmosphere gives a WHOLE VIBE and the food……. OMG, the food was AMAZING! I honestly enjoyed myself and I enjoyed seeing “Chocolate City” during Happy Hour! Oh yeah, I’m coming back! I heard it’s a whole vibe on Sunday, so I’m definitely gonna come on a Sunday!
Visited Sambuca 360 for a private event. I did not realize that they hit me for an automatic 20% gratuity. I understand restaurants putting an automatic gratuity on a large party but I’ve never seen such a move for an event with more than 200 people. That move would prevent me from returning for any occasion.
We celebrated our dear friend’s birthday last Saturday night. This place is amazing!! Loved the atmosphere and not to mention the music was bomb! We all had an amazing night ❤️
Good crowd energy, however the DJ didnt have a sense of the songs that were being played, hed change the songs roght when the drop was going to happen.
Went for New Years Eve, been going every year. A little different this time. No band, which I prefer. They had a couple of DJ’s which were really good. Played a lot of Indian hip hop which was fun. Though I rather have a variety of music. We did have a good time and everyone was so nice.
First time dinning here and I love it . I have been looking for a new place to enjoy food and music, and I have found it. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. I had so much fun , can’t wait to go back and celebrate my birthday 🥳. Also just found out they have Latino night, which is a plus 🙌🏼
Great place to have dinner with live music. A diversed crowd with diversed music. Something to please everyone. With so many venues and restaurant options, parking is a headache. Go early
Sambucas layout is not ideal for socializing with others than the party youre with, which often defeats the point of being in the spot.Sambucas prices are ridiculous! They are charging high-end restaurant prices for bar food and weak, small drinks! Its just not worth it!
If you are looking for a fun atmosphere, great music, good food, this place does not disappoint. Nina and Mikayla greet you as you enter. They are so friendly and helpful. Our bartender was Connor. He was personable and friendly. The rest of the wait staff we interacted with, Hannah and a Emily, were high energy and great as well. We will be back very soon!
It’s an ok place, I expected more. They market themselves as upscale but I went during a Bollywood night and was kinda disappointed
We went on NYE to walk into all Indian music. We asked for our refund and we were refused. Nobody offered us any service and the entire NYE was ruined. I am not racist but I am going to club in West Plano and expect American music and atmosphere.I will never go back here ever again. We wasted $200 and the staff was horrible and didnt care what we felt.I will also report them to BBB out of principle. I hope they shut this place down!
Nice atmosphere!! The food was over priced, I paid 18 for a chicken sandwich, my wife had a 360 burger, the burger had two bottom buns, I order “the best Long Island “ it had little to no liquor. I had 2 people at my table to taste it to make sure I wasn’t tripping. But I give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Definitely not worth coming back! You will have to try for yourself
This place has a nice vibe. We didnt order anything because we got there really late but the band was really good.
After reading past reviews which can or cannot help make good decisions I wanted to share our experience. First I’m American and my Wife is Ukrainian and we have an entourage of friends who like to Party! We made reservations and spoke with management and decided this was the place, Sambuca did not disappoint! Our Waitress was the Amazing Anna, she was fantastic! Very attentive and made sure our Glasses were full and food was fresh and Hot! Thank You Anna! The Fried Cauliflower, Quesadillas, Chicken Bites were on Point! Hot and Delicious! The Rib-Eye is Amazing! The Live Band “ “Matteson” was Amazing playing a blended genre 80s 90s Hip Hop and Pop, we danced for hours! The DJ’s before the band were great, during the warm up you can text pictures of your party which they put on the video screens which was really fun! Our night with Sambuca360 was a “10”!! My wife’s Birthday was a surprise and was an Amazing Success!I Highly recommend this place and will Undoubtedly be back!!Once again Thank You Anna!!💜
We had such a great time there! The manager, bartender, DJ, and amazing live band were all incredible.
I had an amazing experience with Johnny & Connor! They were incredibly kind and efficient, and the quality of both the drinks and food was outstanding. The interior aesthetic of the place was also very pleasing. I highly recommend it to others. However, I did encounter one issue during my visit. Unfortunately, the host stopped me from taking my water out for some reason. Aside from that, everything was great.
I asked , how do you run out of perseco wine, She says, we sell a lot of it.Ok, so buy more!Oh well, we sell out.Ok so you don’t know how to manage a bar?!?!? WowBe aware!Terrible
Victoria the server had a bad attitude after she charged me extra for a drink l didn’t ask for and when l requested for my refund and talk to the manager . She rudely send me a security guard as the manger !! Just disrespectful . Still waiting for my refund From so called manager working on this night????
Went last night with a few friends for a live music event. Band was really good. But got charged $15 for a non-alcoholic lemonade. I think that is quite expensive for lemonade which has more ice than drink in a glass. The floor in front of the stage which had been cleared for dancing was a wet with spilt water/drinks whatever. There was no caution sign or any attempt to clean the floor. A definite safety hazard.
Called ahead a few days ahead to reserve a space for my birthday party, party of 10 people for Saturday night. The hostess on the phone was professional, courteous and very accommodating. When we arrived there was some confusion about my reservation and seating my party. Despite being incredibly busy the staff went out of their way to correct the problem and placed my entire group in VIP for the night. This ensured that my group could order quickly, see the amazing band Vegas Stars and have an unforgettable evening. The food and the staff did everything right for me and my party (many from out of town and from out of the area). We danced then night away. I recommend making a reservation for a larger party in advance. Give a little grace and understanding on busy nights and come to have fun! Samubuca has my business and my highest recommendation.
Stopped in on a Saturday for a night out w/ my wife and a few friends. Heres our experience.First Impression:The door guy was way too handsy for my liking as he just starts tapping my hand like some sort of weirdo Morse code to get my attention after I walked in to meet the rest of my party(previously dropped off at the door before parking). It was a little weird and off-putting for me particularly because words wouldve got the job done.Service:The service was a little slow in our section and we werent sure who our waiter/ waitress was for a solid 15-20 min,... Not totally unheard of for a Sat night but noteworthy nonetheless. After ordering their drinks the waitress ask for a card for the tab, is presented one, scans it in her handheld device and proceed to walk away w/my card. A swipe is one thing but holding onto my CC for service is a no no in my book and I rarely visit a place twice w/ this practice 🤷🏾♂️. It should NOT be a requirement for $13/hr bar staff to have unsupervised access to my Platinum card for an hour or two just so to eat crab dip from where Im sitting but thats a personal preference of mine. Another noteworthy part was the lack of Silverware that night. We were presented plastic ware & napkins 10 minutes after our food arrived... Once again, I understand things happen but this was my 1st time visiting so I was extra observant because I both eat out frequently and I make a lot of recommendations to my friends and family so we have go to spots throughout the city.Drinks:Im not a drinker these days, but everyone appeared to enjoy their cocktails that nightAtmosphere:It was a mixed crowd, mostly folks in their 30s- 50s if I had to guess. The live music was pretty good and there was a DJ spinning age appropriate music that youd remember if you werent born in 94. Although a little loud at points group conversation was possible inside or you could hang out on the patio and people watch.Overall, it has a nice vibe to it, not a lot of the young, 20 something crowd, and its something that your friends would likely enjoy for an evening out in a happening part of town..Valet would be amazing too.
Went for Latin night. The cover was a bit much for the environment. It was their first Latin night. But it was kinda dead. And I mainly go for salsa and they played mostly bachata and merengue. Ill give it another try in a couple of months to see if it gets momentum. Also the drinks were a little expensive.
The team was amazing, so helpful and responsive. The ambiance is amazing. A place where decent people gather. Dance floor was crazy specially on bollywood night. LOVED this place. it’s safe and fun place
I went here on a sunday. The service was ok and they automatically charge a 20% tip and when the waitress cashes you out she bypasses the breakdown and takes the screen straight to the total. The only reason I knew about the automatic tip is bc I purchased a drink at the bar. The food sucks, the only good thing was the dj and the band.
Air conditioning is not working and they are charging people to get in for Memorial Day weekend on Sunday.... just horrible.
Im updating my review to say again that this is a terrific place! I prefer up-scale places, and while the Shops at Legacy definitely has them, Sambuca 360 is the place to be for good music, good food, and great atmosphere. Definitely a classy place to spend your time. Its always clean, plenty of great seating and tables, and friendly staff. In my experience, since I first posted a review a year ago, the staff has always been very friendly and attentive. I tend to stay toward the back bar (go Conner!) where there is easy access to the outdoor patio, but the front bar by the band, and the dance floor, are also great. Kudos to the manager, Tommy, who is always around keeping an eye on things and is always warm and friendly. So if you want a place to enjoy a meal, or a night out (Friday happy hour is always hopping), then definitely visit Sambuca 360. Check their FB page as well since they keep it updated with the band schedule!
Sambucas 360 in Plano exceeded all of my expectations. The manager, Tommy, truly exemplifies exceptional customer service. After inquiring about the menu, he went out of his way to create a new style special dish for me, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were exquisite, and I cant stop raving about it. The staff at Sambucas 360 Plano is top-notch, making you feel right at home. The drinks were fantastic, and the music added the perfect ambiance to the whole experience. I cant recommend this place enough – its a true gem for those who appreciate great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere.
I went to the Revolution 2024 Bollywood party. It was an awesome event. DJ RZON, DJ RAJ and DJ BezLive were too good. Great atmosphere! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a night club in the Dallas area.
Am not one to write reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I have visited this restaurant countless times in the past 5 years with no issues at all. Food was good, live band and DJ was great. Fast forward to 04/29/22, we decided to visit again, we haven’t been there in a while. We noticed right from the entrance a lot of the things have changed. We sat for almost 20 minutes with no one coming to the table to attend to us. We waved down a waitress that was casually walking past our table and requested for the menu and something to drink. She took our orders and left. After about another 20 minutes a different waiter arrived with our food but no cutlery to eat the food, he left to go grab some and it took him at least 15 minutes to return. I ordered a shrimp linguine pasta, when I took a bite of the pasta, it was the most salty and tasteless food I have ever tasted in a restaurant. I spits it out, same with my friend’s meal. We called the waiter immediately and told him to take the food away it’s too salty for us to eat, he took them and came back to ask if we wanted a replacement, I told him I wanted the same meal but without so much salt. My friend requested for tacos instead. The waiter went back and returned with the food after 15 minutes, to be honest the pasta tasted just like the previous one I was given, very tasteless and still salty. I gave up and requested a to go box so I can take it home. When the bill came, they charged us for both meal that was returned. We requested they remove it from our bill they refused. Two different managers were called to our table, the first manager apparently didn’t know what he was doing. We explained the situation to him, he smiled and said he will take care of it, but never returned. We were ready to leave by 11:15pm, but no body would bring the correct bill and check us out. We were indirectly held hostage because we could not leave until the bill was settled, but they refused to come to our table with the correct bill. We were very upset. We waited till past midnight until we had to flag down the waitress to get someone to attend to us so we could leave. She eventually went to get another manager who explained to us that the waiter that served us told the kitchen manager we had ate a quarter of the food before he took them away! This waiter practically lied against us for no reason and then vanished, he never returned to our table. Thank God we had a video of the food and showed it to the manager, he went back to talk to someone and came back to our table. He stated they have agreed to remove the fried chicken ribeye my friend ordered from our bill but will not remove my pasta. They refused to bring back the waiter to our table, and told us they explained to him to make sure he explained to customers about paying for food they rejected in case this same situation happens again. I ask the manager if I can have the food they want me to pay for back? He said it’s been thrown into the trash. Am not sure if they changed their chef, but my 15 year old daughter would prepare a better meal than whoever they have in that kitchen. This was a sign that we have outgrown this place. Never going back.
Hmade reservation a week ahead and confirmed it 2x and the got a message sitting reservation was canceled . Called the place to find out why. Was told we didnt respond fast enough. I responded as soon as I got confirmation messages. Then was told we have to call to confirm. Will NEVER go there
A disaster of a place! Bad service, bad food, very expensive, for 6 chicken wings $16! I do not recommend it
Very poor Service most especially the front desk girl so rude very rude attitude, we pay for $20 entrance fees to get inside and find a table, they told us we need to pay another $20 per head again and pay for the table almost $800 plus, we didnt agree its way too much, trying to exit the place ask the font dest girl for refunds for our entrance fees, she said no refunds once you get inside, asking for manager or supervisor she said they dont have Manager at all.How this place run with this rude employee????🤬😡They should treat everybody right.
I’m going to keep this short. I visited Sambuca for the second time last night for my sorority’s Founders’ Day.Pros/Goodness 👍🏾: Sambuca 360 is a nice weekend spot to visit. There’s normally a live band, a DJ, food and of course a bar. It is decently sized, with indoor and outdoor seating. And, I appreciate the cleanliness of the bathroom. Additionally, they have pretty good food (salad, seafood dip, and lemon pepper chicken wings) and drinks (spiked Strawberry Lemonade). My total bill came out to around $30.Cons/Issues👎🏾: However, Sambuca 360 is not suited for larger special events. The promoters/hosts were rude, their servers was understaffed and unprepared (*they did the best they could, but it really added a damper to the service we received). There was a time where we didn’t see our server for like 1hr. The wait and lines were so bad even my server encouraged us not to order cocktails due to the delays. Lastly, it was over-crowded and no space to even move around. We ordered a table and hardly had the space to be sorted comfortably.Might I add again, the promoters/host were unprofessional and ridiculous. We ordered a table for up to 6 people. Once we go to the table there were no chair but just a boot seat on one side of the table. We ended up grabbing 3 other chairs to fit everyone at the table, and was then reprimanded by the promoter/host. The then tried to remove 2 chairs from our table, leaving 2 people out (therefore, not allowed for 6 people at the table). We literally argued about this for like 30 minutes. It was ridiculous and nothing I’d put up with again. We paid our money for a table and had to argue about chairs. 🥴🙄
I went on a Saturday night not realizing the event was a private event. I went because a friend asked me to go with her. Ran into someone I knew and it was her birthday. The server ASSUMED I was there at her party, which I had no clue she was having a party since only a few people were there.I ordered the tacos per menu $23.00 and a mojito?? plus $2.33 tip equals $47.99. Called place and they said, well its 20% added because of a private event and being a guest at a party. Hmm didnt know that. Mojito $13.99 which changes depending on the day you go! Not happy and will Never go back! Be careful of over changing people!!
First time going, and was pleasantly surprised, mostly. This is a sort of dance club/fine dining place. The food is good but overpriced, and the DJ was amazing. I didnt go to the bar or the dance floor because it was packed, but Ill probably return after the holiday crowds are gone.
The Sunday party is a whole vibe!!! The food is mid but its OK because the drinks are good BUT SEVERELY OVERPRICED!! Service is good but the bartenders are super slow and you have to fight get their attention. The drinks are PRICEY $16.59 for 1 grey goose and cranberry in a very small cup is basically robbery. I would hope again Im for the music and the vibes but not the food and only 1 drink due to them being expensive as a bottle
Went there on a Thursday night while my friend was visiting from Tennessee. It was my first time going so I didn’t know what to expect. The place was practically empty and the band was ok. So, we decided to stay anyway, for a little while, and ordered a drink each and a bowl of plain nacho chips, which where stale. Our waitress/bartender said she was new so we overlooked her asking us if we wanted to close our tab right after we’d just ordered our drinks. Felt like we were being pushed out after just arriving. But the most ridiculous part happened after we paid the check and were leaving. The same employee who held the door for us as we walked out side, came running back outside to ask us if we had paid our check!! He said the manager told him to do it!! The freaking manager was standing beside the waitress/ bartender when she brought me the receipt to sign so that was some bull!! And by the way, we were two African American women that he did that too. I will never go there again!!
Wait staff was in corner of restaurant just talking loudly or standing around. Food was way too expensive, there was no seasoning very bland. We traveled 2.5 hours. Heard really good things, but it was truly a disappointment. Dont order the shrimp and linguine. There was no garlic toast or bread. The wine was barely cold. The glass was not even half full for $12. The place is far over-rated.
I live in Houston where we also have a Sambuca. I thought the vibe would be the same (upscale and classy) but to my surprise it was the complete opposite. Though we had a booth (it was 12 of us), it was wall to wall people. All they played was hip-hop music (with all the explicit lyrics). The service was horrible. The waitress brought us water and one of the bottles was already open and it looked like someone had drank out of it. We ordered a bottle of Grey Goose and a bottle of wine (which came quite some time later with no glasses). When we asked the waitress about the glasses, she said they didnt have anymore and proceeded to bring us red Solo cups (yes, red Solo cups🤦🏾♀️). We also ordered food. When she brought it to the table, she stated, we close at 10pm (it was 930pm and we got there just before 8pm). Not sure if this is their normal Sunday vibe but it was a complete mess!!
When I tell you the staff here (hostess & waitress) are rude as hell, and have no desire to make sure you are taken care of. They act bothered by doing their job. Were here attending an event for one of our friends performing, and outside of her performance this place is trash!! They dont carry popular liquor, which is weird considering Hennessey and other premium tequila is usually the norm at other establishments. The main issue for me is how rude their staff is, you dont come in to be served like youre sitting at DPS, and Im completely disappointed that Ive even spent a penny in this establishment. Not worth your time or money, especially when Dallas hold so many other quality establishments. You all need a to retrain your staff on Customer Service, because its completely unacceptable to encounter the trash we had tonight!!Best,AB
Me and a friend went in to have a drink. Had one drink each and paid my tab. Got my credit card statement and see the charge for the round of drinks, but also an additional charge of $600.55 at the same time. Someone decided to help themselves to my credit card for a fake bar charge. This is the second time this has happened in recent memory. Never going back.
Great place to entertain. The staff was very friendly and well informed on the menu. Great prices for the food and drinks (which were delicious). I will be back, looking forward to see what else the place has to offer.
I went for a private event and didn’t eat but drinks were good and the ambiance was great too! The up high stage was perfect for a panel discussion that could be seen from anywhere in the restaurant.
This was my 1st and last time at this establishment and I wanted to like it so bad. The service is extremely slow, the menu isn’t the best, it’s like they need a chef to come in and create a menu, it’s the only way to describe it. The food quality seems overpriced for what’s given if that makes sense. I also feel the waitresses know that it’s an automatic gratuity on the tab so it’s minimum effort given. I didn’t get not 1 refill on water the whole time. It could have been better. Easily.
Was there to celebrate a wedding reception. The atmosphere was great; however, I was not impressed with the food. The Salmon was under cooked and the Chicken was overcooked. When the couple’s cake was sliced and put into containers, the top tier was also sliced and not saved, for the 1st Anniversary. Needless to say, overall I was not impressed with the service.😟
Staff are great and live music however cocktails overpriced not worth it
I ordered the Midi plate and it was good. The overall service and the live band was good as well. It was too dang hot inside the club itself...hot as hell! Its as if the a/c was broken. This is unacceptable in June in TX!!! Be prepared to SWEAT...and Im not talking about Keith Sweat either...
Worst customer service. The receptionist is really rude! Me and my friends went there and charge $20 each, and they wanted to charge the table for $800 reservation fee. which freaking ridiculous! The receptionist girl didn’t even explain that they have special events on that day and has no sign or showing that they have events… It is really ripped off!
I went to the Thursday night r&b night and it was amazing! The DJ played a good mixed of r&,b and some of my favorite hip hop hits! The live band and DJ made it one of the best times Ive had in DFW. If you in the area go check this spot out on Thursday nights. The DJ alone was worth the admission.
Absolutely the worst New Years Eve of my entire life. Paid $276.12 so that they could breach their own contract for New Years supposed 3-course dinner.Their own, contract said to be there at 8:45 PM for prompt seating at 9 PM. Instead, we waited in a long line & were seated at 10 PM. We had no silverware/napkins & the waitress finally brought our drinks 45 minutes after being seated. Dinner wasnt served until after 11 PM, and the entree was brought before the salad. We had to find silverware ourselves (by then our entree was completely cold) in the sea of people as our waitress had far too many tables to wait on to help us. We finally found a busboy to bring our salads (since when do busboys wait on patrons & is that even hygienic?) We spent the entire night waiting on ourselves by looking around/serving ourselves for what we needed to even be ABLE to eat and drink. We never even had the opportunity to dance because our night was spent fending for ourselves! After asking what staff we could find, including our waitress we finally received ONE of the two desserts we PAID FOR, and this was AFTER midnight (breaching their own contract). We split the tiny dessert after realizing we were lucky to get anything at that point. The restaurant was beyond overly crowded and it was very difficult to even move around because they obviously oversold seats. To me, it seemed like the fire marshall should have shut down the place because it was unbelievably and unpleasantly overly crowded. The few times our waitress came by she said shed bring us what we asked for but she never did. She told me she was going to quit working there the next day and that she was disgusted with Sambuca. She also told me that Sambuca had, oversold 300 tickets at the last minute and that was why there was TOO little staff to wait on people. I saw very few staff working and have been going there since 2015 and never experienced anything like this. The entire night was absolutely exhausting and stressful. In essence, we paid $276.00 to wait on and fend for ourselves and we did not even get what we paid for. I have called Sambuca several times and they will not return my call.
So I bought a table for today and its my birthday the vibe was cool but the service is TRASH even the Manger TRASH . we bought a table and had no server at all . Whats the point of buying a table ? Just to sit ? I ask the manager and she says I need to contact the promoter like girl what ?? All these bartenders and you couldnt ask not one of them to service tables that actually paid extra to be here I wouldnt go back !! They really need to do better aint no reason Im paying for a table and have to walk and wait in line for a drink thats crazy to me Ill stick with lava cantina on sundays !!
Appetisers were bad, but drinks absolutely horrible. Me and my friend both got Sambuka 75 cocktail, hers was very dark color and tasted bitter, mine was sweeter and light pink color. I order another one and what they brought was terrible, so I sent it back but they made another one even worse. I asked our waiter if it’s different people making same drink and she said: No, it’s same person, just inconsistent….We then wanted to just order a bottle of champagne, but what in the store is $14 they selling for $80 😩. Music was good, we danced and had a good time, but considering this place is promoting itself a restaurant, not a club, we expected decent food and drinks. If you want to go there to dance, just make sure you grab a bite somewhere and get nice and tipsy before going. Our waitress was sweet though, she did a good job, it’s the kitchen and bar that definitely needs some better management.
Ok food, but the band and drinks were on point. DJ on Friday was fantastic as well. Service was accommodating. One more time great band Friday night! From 80s to todays music 🎶 had people dancing 💃
Im extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I made dinner reservations for a friend and myself a week in advance to visit this restaurant on Friday August 25, 2023 at 7:30pm. We received our text message confirming confirming our reservation. On Friday August 25, 2023 we received a phone call stating the restaurant was going to be closed on August 25, 2023 at the time of our reservation but they were going to be opening up at 10:30pm if we wanted to come then or we could reschedule for another date and time. Then I received an email stating our reservation was canceled due to a private party that had rented the restaurant out for the evening. This was very disappointing and has left a very negative impact on us due to our special plans for our evening.
With establishments like Sambuca its hard to gauge the overall quality of the food sometimes because of the nature of the business. Meaning when its busy and people are drinking it can become difficult to locate individuals and give them their food in a timely manner. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service is about average. Its worth checking out and its in the area with a lot of other businesses, restaurants and shopping. On the weekend the parking can be rather full however, there are usually spots available you may have to walk a little ways.
BEST TIME I’ve had in a long time! Live band was incredible and the DJ rocked the place when they were on break 💃 the drinks were expensive but for the experience, it was totally worth it! Go early too, bc when we were leaving there was a huge line to get in outside. SUPER FUN!!
Sambuca 360 had a great atmosphere, the promoter on Sunday was great as well. The band and DJ was off the hook! However, it was SO COLD! If it was a little warmer, I would give five stars
Dj was fire 🔥 Food was pretty good . Catfish cld of been cooked longer . Service was good until the crowd came and our waitress forgot all about our table . The live band came on and everyone on the dance floor disappeared. I don’t recommend doing a live band anymore it killed the vibe . But the decor & layout was top tier !
Before recounting my recent experience at this place, I looked at the customer reviews on all of the different platforms and it all makes sense.I was there last Friday 7/1 mainly to see the show since it was my boyfriend’s band playing that night. We were greeted at the entrance and invited to sit at the bar. He ordered a drink and fried cauliflower to snack on. Once the show started, I was asked to move away from the bar to make room for the dance floor. No problem. I returned to the hostess to see if I can get a small table. She said they had open seating “anywhere that’s not marked reserved”. Sounds good…after 4 different attempts to find seating, each time being told to move with no offer to help from any of the staff, I found a seat in the back. After about a minute of taking a seat, this male waiter with a blond buzz cut came at me and demanded that I move. His approach was nothing short of combative - I actually thought he was going to try and fight me.This was not a case of their staff needing to address an intoxicated person causing a problem - I don’t drink alcohol. I was also not loitering - I’ve got plenty of money to spend at places I enjoy. If anyone had offered to serve me, not only would they have received a very nice tip in appreciation for their effort, I would be leaving a positive review mentioning them by name. This is clearly a case of arrogant and confrontational staff who for reasons unknown, uses unnecessary aggression towards a person who just wanted to see the show and have a good night.Between the addlepated and clueless hostesses to the male waiter that apparently likes to fight women, I had enough and I left. On my way out, the very same angry waiter decided to exclaim “Have a nice night!”, with a flippant and sarcastic attitude that was 100% intended that way. After reading a good amount of the dissatisfied customer reviews, there’s no secret as to why this place has a 2.5 star rating on Yelp. It goes without saying that I will never set foot in this place again. If you’re a person who works hard for your money, I recommend going somewhere where your time and presence is respected and appreciated. If you’re going out on a first date, save yourself from embarrassment. If you DO decide to give Sambuca 360 a chance, if you are dissatisfied at any point, I strongly recommend to close out immediately and go to another one of the multitude of places in the area so your night isn’t completely ruined. Any attempts to address an issue with the staff or with management is futile - you will be treated as though YOU are the problem. The lack of response from management/ownership to any of the reviews is a good indicator that these people do not care about their guest’s experience or the reputation of their business. This place is an armpit and not an accurate reflection of the community in Plano, TX.
Youll have a good time as long as youre not a person of color. Terribly rude
The drinks were good. Better than the place next door. The mood and ambiance is just not there like it used to before. The food is mediocre at its best. Legacy east needs a revamp. Looks like the west ate your lunch and dinner.
Great place to have some drinks and listen to great music hits.We arrive there after 11 pm so we have to pay a cover to get in, $10 dls pp if Im not mistaken.
Went there for a girls night out and had so much fun. The waitress was so nice and attentive and I wish I could remember her name but I really appreciated her service. We ordered the nachos, peach cobbler and some drinks. All of those items were good. Loved the DJ who was playing really good old school jams from the 90s which is my favorite. Then later on that night there was a band that came on stage to play live which was awesome! Overall I definitely recommend checking this place out but come early for dinner before it gets packed.
We went for the Easter Brunch. The food was good with a nice variety. Music was advertised as jazz, however jazz it was not. The music was so loud you couldnt talk to anyone unless screaming. People complained about the music being to loud, nothing was done about it. The wait staff was disorganized, we never could figure out which person was assigned to our table. We wont be going back.
Nice place to hangout specially on Friday’s for Bollywood nights.
I would give NO STARS but have to in order to put a review…….. Went there for the first time ever to watch live band and dance with my husband. Since there was no seating we stood at the bar and had a couple of drinks. While waiting for the band, (every time we had to ask for a drink and we were not attended to) a bar back and a women bartender decided to do a gunshot with red bull. When they punctured the can it splashed all over myself and went into my husbands eye. He informed the guy that this happened and the dude blew him off, so my husband took a bunched up napkin and threw it at him and asked how do you like it. Dude went and told security. Next thing you know we are being asked to leave. My husband asked why and told security the situation and how unprofessional that was, even told him his eye was res as you could clearly see it was. They didn’t care and said they needed to protect their employees! So your paying customers that were the victims don’t matter? I am lost for words about how unprofessional this place is and handles situations! They even called the police because we asked to see a manager which they refused and still kicked us out! Do not go here, they are just looking to take you’re money. We were only there for maybe 30 minutes, had 2 drinks only and paid over $30 to get in! I will never go here ever again!!!!
I left one star cause thats the lowest option. There were a lot of things wrong with this place.Ladies at the entrance desk are very rude. They scan your ID without asking you and then ask you to sign consent for them to keep your information. Of course they dont disclose this when you are asked for your ID and asked to sign the little ticket. They do have a sign, covered by their event calendar. When I inquired what membership they were talking about, she advised it was a private club. So, no answer for the membership question. When asked how long they keep your info, it stays in the system. So, no answer for that either. There is a $10 cover. It is in a nice area, but they still manage to have poor customer service.
Would recommend just going for a drink and enjoying the music (try to find out beforehand which band is playing if you do not want to be disappointed).Food is horrendous, overcooked, and super expensive for what you are getting. Service at the tables was terrible, just one person taking care of the tables, and another one emptying the plates and tables on plastic bins... very disappointing!
Alright so plano+frisco= suburbia. This establishment has a great location, its spacious theres really not a lot of options for nightlife. So when I want to go out listen to some music and have a few cocktails, I dont want to drive to Dallas. unfortunately, the music here is not great, Its terrible.
It was my birthday celebration I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Its nice, but the music is not what were looking for.
I went to Sambuca 360 for a Sunday Party. It was crowded and the bar was under staffed. After I ordered a drinks . I didnt have enough cash so against my better judgment I paid with a debit card instead of a credit card. The bartender Karlee handed me my receipt and moved on to the next customer. When I looked at my receipt it was not itemized and she added a 20% tip for herself. I couldnt get her attention again to address this issue. I left and thought I would contest it with my credit card company but realized later I paid with a debit card. Beware of these scams......
What an amazing place! An incredible wine list...a little short, but had all my true and tried favorites...Good food, nice ambiance, excellent service and wait until the live band comes on at 9:00pm! The place transforms to party central! The band members are very talented and its an incredible show...youll be entertained with 70s, 80s and 90s music.Excellent all the way round!
Clientele has gone downhill. The bands are not worth the cover charge. Im extremely disappointed. I reached out to management, but there was no reply. They are happy to take you money at the door, though. Not a fan.
Horrible experience on our anniversary! They ruined the entire night! We prepaid for tickets, had a reservation at 9, was still not seated at 10pm!! No apologies from the staff. They were rude, and the manager actually SHOVED ME when I told him to cancel our “reservation” and credit our credit card for the dinner we paid for!! I will NEVER go back and absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. Sambuca Uptown had it together, valued their customers and had great food! The owners need to wake up! The female staff members dress less then classy, wearing clothes one would wear behind closed doors, while the men dress in shirts and ties. The only thing this place has going for them is the live bands.
Cool place to hang out. Great customer service.
The food was good, band was great. Only downside was service. Our server rarely came to the table. We actually had to talk her down to get our tickets and then again to pay them. She kept giving my orders to other people. She was very apologetic so maybe she was new. Not bad enough that I wouldnt go back. I enjoyed myself.
Awful service! We were waiting for 30 minutes for waiter, finally he came and took our drinks order but he never brought them! Then I went to ask the hostess where can we make an order for food, she said at the bar. I went to the bar and the bartender was so rude! The barter said She’s not gonna serve us food, that she just takes orders but we need to come back to the bar and take the food, even though waiters were serving food and drinks to the other tables! I would’ve ignore misunderstanding in the ordering system at that place, but the demeaning attitude that the bartender gave me was the last straw… I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Definitely was horrible customer service. This was on 5/8 which was Mothers Day brunch. I had already paid and reserved a table for 3 people. The hostess brought us to a half table for 2 with 2 chairs. I asked her why is it for 2 instead of the 3 people reservation. She said she doesnt know but she will check. Anyways they told me the GM couldnt add another half table or move us to a bigger table. Wait, I paid for 3 and was even granted a booth initially. We ended up getting a half table for 2 with 2 chairs and not a table for 3 people. To make it even worse, the drink bill had already automatically added 18% gratuity. Food was good not great. Service was zero star. How difficult was it for them to add a half table when the one half table next to us was never occupied? Wont be back.
I worked with Ally Williams to come up with some options for a holiday party for my company. She was so kind, understanding and was quick at responding to my questions and inquiries. She sat and spoke with me through electing the menu, and choosing which areas we wanted to rent. She was extremely patient through the entire process even when she may have had to repeat the questions again.
Great place, service and atmosphere, the music is great and everyone seemed friendly. Im dark skin and seen some reviews about racial issues and thats really a shame on the reviewers, I got to say that there are clubs for different people out there, if you think that sneakers and working boots or hoodlum sweaters are the latest thing in fashion then this is not your club, if you think that showing your underwear with your pants down its fancy then this is not your club, everyone should fit where they feel most comfortable at. Dress casual like normal people and you will have a great time here, no one is racist, Im black and a regular customer, everyone is respectful.
We had a great time for my boyfriend Birthday dinner. The staff were awesome. They really made the evening run smooth. I would have love to see more simpler items on the menu like burgers and something fried. Great atmosphere to hang out in.
I guess I had an expectation of this place being similar to Sambuca Nashville…VERY different. Drinks were weak for the price. Server was on point 5 stars for her! Older crowd on Saturday night, 35 and older or you’ll be out of place.
Went here to celebrate my birthday. I had more fun than I should have! We had dinner, drank, and danced! The food was good and drinks were always flowing! Somehow, we lucked out and managed to get a table for 9 people in a sectioned off area, which was awesome!! I really liked that the crowd wasnt super young, I didnt feel out of place.
This place was fun. The only thing I didnt like was that people stood on the dance floor instead of dancing. The bathrooms are so cool in that they are mirrored--so you can put your lipstick on and check your hair in the stalls. Food was excellent and the band was GREAT! Service was on point. I had an excellent time.
It’s gone down in quality. Been living in Plano for a year. But, they keep getting rid of management. They use to do brunch. Now, it’s hip hop DJ afternoons. My friends who are all middle class plus do not want fruit flies & poor service. No seats at the bar? Why? We spend 100s a night & ypu refuse us bar service? That’s ok we’ll go next door and spend another $300. Service has disappeared. My wife said the restrooms smell fierce.
A very loud and boisterous place! Great atmosphere for dancing and having fun. The band was fantastic. And the food and service were very good too! 🎉
The Easter Brunch was Awesome! Everything was delicious. The live band set the mood as well. I did feel the Mimosa was pricey for the amount received. It was not unlimited. Overall, all good and will return
DJ was jamming! Went for music, drinks & vibe!
The only thing good about this place is the music. We came here for New Years Eve and what a mess. Overbooked with not enough staff. Servers were running around in the weeds all night. We paid for a pre fixed dinner that we had to order each course as it came. Had to find our server twice so we could get our food fired. Just really sad. And also a first ever dining experience ........our wine was brought to our table and not opened. Server just left it with 2 glasses and walked off. I guess I was suppose to bring my own wine opener. Had to wait in a line at the bar since we couldnt find our server to have it opened. Completely managements fault. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that you need extra servers on one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants. There were also cstomers being over served and just trashed spilling drinks on the dance floor all night. I really want to love this place but its clear they just want to get as many people in there to make money and could care less about the experience . if you go there with just the expectations of listening to great music only and dont pay attention to the bad service and management then you should be fine. Maybe on a regular weekend night its much better but i will never know because im not going back.
GREAT music, the bartender is one of the best i’ve seen, like come work for me! First time here, haven’t tried the food but the music and the energy is A1! come here if you’re looking for a good time.
My girlfriends and I have been coming here every weekend for about a month, and we love it! We don’t eat here so I cannot review the food, but the music is fantastic. I love the mix of the live band covering classic rock and the AWESOME hip hop in between! The crowd is a little older (no offense!!!), but it appeals to us - I find it better than being in a college uptown scene. It’s more lowkey and still fun! I can come here in tight workout clothes or a short dress, so the dress code is freestyle. Thanks for being our new hot spot! (;
Atmosphere was great and the vibe was one of the best. I was disappointed in the food as there were several items not available. They also were out of several liquors such as Whiskey and Hennessey.
Ambience is great but its too loud. The country band does a good job. This is a place where you would just go, have couple of drinks and dance. Couples on a date should avoid this place since you cant talk due to the loud noise.
Third time here last night. Music is great, atmosphere is fun. Surprising, it is mostly 40 and older people in there who still have the youth in them! Love it. No one is mean all positive, except for the bouncer, but you know he is just doing his job he has to have an image. Only problem is always a lot of people and definitely over capacity. Always bumping into other people and accidentally bumped into a waitress and made her drop some drinks. So, yeah gotta be very careful around there.
Server was fantastic, great service. Food was good, though came out alarmingly fast, which made me think it was just pre-made and nuked real quick. Live band was very good (Live 5). The overall atmosphere was good, kind of a strange crowd but everyone seemed to be having fun.
It was my first time at Sambuca and we had a great with our friends. The cover band that played that night was awesome, they really livened up the place. Food was good, it arrives fairly quickly, and the service was really good as well. My advice get there early; you dont want to be stuck waiting in the line.capacity can fill-up quick and you dont want to be waiting for people to leave before they let more people in.
Unacceptable service on New Years Eve. Paid 100 dollars for a ticket per person in my party for a 4 course meal and a table and waitress. Ummmm got my meal was served. at 11:45 pm and it was suppose to be 930 pm. Our waitress did not pay attention to us because she was so over loaded. The tip as well was pre done which was unacceptable because service was horrible bec she was so overloaded that she forgot us many times. Again not her fault but def not okay. Over it. The music was great but the service was terrible
Will never go back to this place. It was my first and last time at Sambuca 360. This is how they do our people they charge a cover to get in, then charge $50 just for a table, and then over charge for food and drinks. With the horrible service. When I asked for a tequila and lemonade he had to make it but he put sprite in it. Since when is lemonade made with sprite. The glass was dirty with strawberries on it and he he had to remake it. Then to top it all off the bartender was at the stage bar on 12/18/2022 and decided to write out his own tip amount and I noticed as it just posted to my account.
Second time here. First visit was for lunch. It was firing the well and a little slow. The food was great and so were the drinks. Tonight was lots of fun. DJ started the night, then a live band finished it up. Still have good and great service. This is going to be a regular place.
Enjoyed a memorable and fun birthday party with family and friends. Dinner selections were delicious, band rocked the house and drinks were nice and strong! Fun atmosphere & vibe!
Incredibly loud, the tables all wobbled, a lot of the seating is bar height.Service was good, the drinks were good, and the food was good.If you are looking for an expensive club, you may love it. If you are looking for Sambuca the old restaurant, this isn’t it.
Nice club. Live music. Can get overwhelmingly crowded when the band is popular. Definitely reserve a table if youre going with a group to see a live show with a popular band. Or else youre standing with the crowd and barely able to move.Otherwise great place. Food is not bad. Shrimp & crab dip is very yum.
I would really be more 3.5 but they dont do half stars. They did OK with our party on one particular visit. It was large and we were sat in the back. Im more menu savvy than most and we (two of us) got a good bang for the buck VS some others in our party. We did have drinks before so I could get past the more, softer libations they serve.Like it better with groups than I do couples or small groups unless you want to dance without being at a full club. Its great for that.
Excellent live band. Great servers! Phenomenal food. However, this restaurant is not receiving 5 stars because of a bad apple named Mike. Mike is an Ambassador for Sambuca. In addition to be loud, obnoxious, and uncouth; hes one of the types of people who do not believe in giving others space or wearing a mask during the current pandemic. My husband and I chose a secluded section to grab a bite and enjoy the atmosphere. Although the restaurant was mostly empty, Mike decided that he and an unmasked friend of his should do some catching up 2 feet away from my husband and I. We could literally hear every word of their conversation, Mike and his friend were so close. When politely asked to give our table so space, Mike and his friend ignored our request and continued talking. When asked again to grant us more space, Mike became belligerent; so much so that management comped a portion of our bill.Despite having the title of Ambassador, Mike is a poor representation of the service industry and doesnt deserve the honor of being affiliated with an establishment like Sambuca 360.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The workers are absolutely rude. We waited forever for service and when asked it was if we spat in their face. and I even watched the bouncer throw a woman onto the pavement. Whether her behavior warranted her being removed from the bar or not, as a man, why would you ever use excessive force with a visibly intoxicated person.
Food is ok. Drinks are ok. Service is EXTREMELY SLOW, even on a Wednesday night when they hardly have any patrons. I am very frustrated with how long it took to receive every drink or food item we ordered. The live music tonight was amazing though! I really loved them! I hope to come back on a night when its more live.
Extremely hot for no reason, take note its not summer yet. The Bartender was efficient however they did not have any cognacs (brown liquor) that night, a variety would have been nice.
Excellent upscale nightlife hotspot that is extremely popular on weekends. Food is delicious, cocktails are amazing, and live rock and country music is almost always good. The DJ is pretty awful, changes songs every 20 seconds. But the servers were great, bartenders were attentive, fast and talented. Door staff could use a dress code after 9pm on weekends to keep the crowd classy. Patio scene is excellent. Plenty of gorgeous, well to do clientele keeping this place packed every weekend. Highly recommended.
Show up and its an unannounced private party? On a Friday night? Edit - showed back up at 11, since the private party was over at 10:30. We could get in early for $40 each. Run from this place.
Wanted to get a good meal with my girlfriend before I deploy to Afghanistan next week. This place needs to understand the concept of being a service-based organization. A good restaurant would walk its customers to their tables. The hostess did not but rather pointed to a general area. My girlfriend and I went and found us a table for two. After ten minutes of not being served, a waitress came up and said that the table we were at was reserved. To our knowledge, any table in this area was free, according to the hostess. Not only did this waitress not serve us, but she again pointed to an area we could sit. There was one table in that area and it was underneath an extremely noisy air conditioning unit.Honestly, being in the Army I dont complain about nearly anything. I just expect that a good restaurant provides its customers with a good service and respect. For something like this to piss me off so close to deployment really goes to show how little this company must care about its customers and service members.
I have a real problem when Saturday night has an entry fee of $10 and Sunday has an entry fee of $20. Big problem. I will not be back! Get rid of the entry fee just to come eat and drink.
I like going there. The bands are always entertaining. The food is good. There are people from all ethnicity there. Black, White, Hispanic, Asain, Indian....everyone gets along nicely. I think the people claiming racist are the actual problem. Go there yourself and see.If you are unsure of any dress codes, look or call before you go. Thats for ANY establishment.Friday nights are fun!
Love da Live Band and love the DJ Phife was off the chain and the Manager i for her name had on hat with long hair she was super nice! She get a 5 star to 10 star from me all day!!!
DJ THANH WAS AMAZING!! Come check him out every Thursdays from5-9pm you won’t be disappointed! The BEST music I’ve heard for a long time!
I had an amazing time in Sambuca 360, the food was amazing and the live band was on point. Im coming back for sure!
Nice atmosphere, our waitress was very attentive and made sure I got a drink as soon as I arrived and kept them coming. The live band was great the singer was killing it, the DJ that played later in the night was amazing!
Service was friendly but tragically slow. Portions were large and food was above average. Band and atmosphere were very good. Oddly our first round of drinks were poorly mixed but were better after that. Overall a nice evening.
Thank you to Mr. Tommy Hoang for making the service at Sambuca 360 a wonderful night as it was our anniversary weekend. Thank you for making it all right for the night. We will be back and we had a great time.
First visit, arrived just before 9pm so no cover charge. Once the band starts playing, patrons coming in pay a cover charge of $5-$15 depending on who is performing. The food was amazing! Ordered Nachos and these were best Ive ever had! Wish I took photo. Unexpected great food presentation and delicious.Note if youre an early dinner (before 9pm) and your table is in front of the stage, tabled will be cleared to make room for dancing. Also loved I could drive up to front door, the valet servyis only $5. Well worth it with the weather and safety late at night.
I go for the brunch but mostly because of DJ Phife!!! That guy is a wizard. Played the right songs at the right time! I had soooo much fun! Awesome sauce was everywhere!!
Good food, but terribly managed. First, you wait in line to have your drivers license scanned. Then you wait in line for the hostess to look up your reservation. No seating areas in the lobby. Then, if you have dinner between 5-8, they wont let you sit where you prefer because the tables are reserved. These tables sit empty until about 9 or 10. The live music doesnt start until 10, so the place is dead up to that point. The waitresses and food are great, but stupidly managed around alcohol sales instead of encouraging the potential dinner crowd. Addison restaurants have live music at 6:30, which allows an enjoyable evening without throwing away half my Saturday from staying out late.
Very poor communication, bad service andfood definitely not worth the price. Their marketing promoted a Valentines Dinner with Emerald City band playing at 2 times, 7PM and 9PM. Its almost 10PM and they still havent played. They also charged $110 for 2- 3 course meals but told us to share a cheesecake. We only was able to order 2 drinks due to the slow service and even didnt get our entree until a hour and a half into service. This was the worst decision and Valentines dinner ever. This location sucks big time.
Drinks were over priced I feel. $15 crown n coke. $10 entry fee and automatic 20% gratuity on your tab
Service was excellent. The hostess and waitress could not do enough for us. The pan seared steak with potatoes and green beans was out of this world! The problem was the desert....we were served the driest banana bread muffin, at least i think that is what it was. So we asked for coffee to wash the muffin down. You wont even believe the rest of the story...... We dont have any coffee. The poor waitress was so embarrassed. What turned out to be a great date just tanked!!
Food was good. Desert was dry. They need a better way to notify customers who paid in advance for dinner reservations. We waited at the bar. And was told to get back in line to double check when available. Why do they not notify us. Even chilli has a buzzer to signal when ready. Dinner services was ok. We were here in new yrs eve and it seem more organized than valentines day. Not bad but just ok. We will come again but we plan to communicate our desired customers service. Emerald city bad was great . The band made the evening.
Sambuca 360 is a destination. Fantastic live music, great menu, consistently excellent service, and a popping dance floor. The waitstaff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I would give more stars, but 5 seems to be the limit, so let me simply encourage you to spend an evening in delight at Sambuca 360.
Bar staff could be more attentive on weekends. The air conditioning needs to be better since it was hot inside. People were sweating. The hot air must have been coming in from the outside since the patio doors were open
I probably won’t be coming to this place of business anymore. I spent quite a few coins at this location over the years. After coming here a few weekends ago, I noticed how the bartender didn’t have on any protection, the people that were up dancing, and the people at the bar. There are no enforced rules at this location for COVID-19. I get it, everyone has their freedom, but follow the rules just like every other restaurant and bar around Texas. I have to say, I’m quite surprised. I really don’t understand why is it so difficult to engage in social distancing. Whenever you’re seated at a section, they place people near you.
We went on a Friday night for dinner around 9 p.m. and did not have to wait in line. Our server Mary was very attentive and helpful in selecting a variety of appetizers. Our main course was served hot and fresh and was delicious. The manager even stop by our table to insure we were satisfied and enjoying our visit.During our meal a live band was playing and was very entertaining. Afterwards we enjoyed the club. All in all I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in the area andvthe live music is an added bonus.
Shrimp were big and freshly delicious! Not enough seats for Mardi Gras Celebration tonight. Got crowded the more time passed by.
One of my favorite places to eat when I want to relax, take my time and enjoy a glass of wine. The atmosphere outside on the patio is great, and there is often live music. The fish tacos are AMAZING...somewhat pricey, but very tasty. The happy hour wine specials are definitely a deal.
OMG I loved Sambuca, I really want to go back even though its a drive but so worth it! Its really nice, definitely not a dive. Great live band, full bar with a parking structure right next door. I was highly impressed with the staff, very professional and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.
Awful experience tonight! Staff is unprofessional, lazy and with bad attitude. I want to point out one individual especially- Jason, very rude behavior and manners. I will never come back to this place again. Check your prices from menu and check; lots of discrepancies!
Friday Afterwork Escape is brought to you by Phee and Teresa!
Sunday brunch /day party was a nice vibe. Ill definitely go back. One negative the bar does not have crown apple which is my go to drink
My first time going to Sambuca and I had an absolutely amazing time. The wait staff iwas great. The band was great. The crowd is very mixed and laid-back and just a overall fun experience
Ive been here a couple times with friends and always have a great time. Cool cover bands and a great DJ. I would definitely come back. Got some music for everybody!
The staff is racist. My husband and I experienced same treatment when we were there a couple a years ago. A man that appeared to be a regular customer, told the manager my husband and his friend was in his space. He didnt want them sitting next to him . Said they were too close. The manger actually approached my husband and asked him were they disturbing the guy. Asked if we could just move to another spot.Wont be going back here. All blacks should just stay away. Were not welcomed there. Dont give them your money. Its not valued here......
Its a fun place, but it gets very crowded quickly. If you dont get a spot at the bar near 10 pm, it can be a little wait to get your drink. All in all, its a fun place to meet new people. By the way, you will have to pay a $10 cover charge.
Have been here 3-4 different times 2 for dinner and once for a party in VIP. The dinners were okay and was a very different vibe to that of the weekends which is nice. The VIP was alright, didn’t enjoy it too much. I don’t see myself going back as a lot of better spots around Dallas/Plano to visit.
In a nutshell, very poor experience. The Hospitality Industry is SERVICE-BASED. Worst service Ive ever had. It was my birthday, and we were treated very poorly. The management crew lacked professionalism in dealing with customers. Allie, one of the servers was extremely rude, making accusations that we didnt tip. The manager supported her claim which was false because I personally tipped her. In the Hospitality Industry, tipping depends on service. With any discrepancy, please be professional enough to resolve situations without escalating others. The worst experience ever on my birthday!!!! Wouldnt recommend this location!!!!
I always have the best time at Sambuca. The staff is always so kind and friendly. Kristy the bartender is absolutely the life of the party there. She gets everyone to dance and enjoy themselves.
Friday and Saturday nights are usually pretty great here. When there are live bands, energy is through the roof! Worth the cover charge. Downtown Fever are consistently terrific. Friendly staff and bartenders. A mixed crowd, which is fantastic. A club full of people wanting to have a good time. UBER and lfyt know exactly how to get here (parking can be a challenge).
Went here for Hubbys bday. Food and drinks were ok but over price. The service was good until it came time to pay the check. The waitress DEMAND a $20.00 tip because I had to get your food and drinks. Silly me I taught that was her job. She was lucky I was in a Great mood, I gave her 10.00.
Food is the only reason why this place gets a 2 star. Fantastic for lunch however i was here with one other party and we both kept looking at each other because it took 30 minutes for food when it was empty. Meanwhile the front of the house staff are on their phones chatting away. The back in the house cook who works on the weekdays gives better service than the bartender who was working that day.
Disreprezantion of restoraunt - bar- or club. This palse is nothing of mentioning above. It is cheating, unprofessional, slow, really bad please, manager is azion guy, he dont know nothing about catering, service business. Waste of positive energy, money, bad service so do not go there!!!!!!!!
The food was terrible. I ordered the beer can chicken and the chicken was dry. The chicken quesadillas did not have any taste, just blend. The green beans that came with the chicken was the best part of the whole meal. The beans were delicious.
I loved my time here. But I was charged for someone elses tab and when I called they told me it was nothing they could do about it. They even pulled up my trash and agreed that I had nothing to do with but still charged me and told me to talk to that person to see of they will give the money back. Like no that person didnt take my money you did. Will not return to that place for anything but a refund. Its trash
This place should just close down. We have had a few company parties here because it was close and convenient. But this place has really horrible management and door guys (bouncers) with attitudes. Everyone from servers to bartenders to bouncers think they are doing you a favor by allowing you in to the place. They have treated my guests poorly each time until we finally just stopped going here (after spending thousands of dollars). Skip it. Go to blue martini or Brixton or Henrys or ANY other place and actually enjoy yourself and be valued. I will NEVER go here again!
My friend talks me into meeting him and his girlfriend. On my way home in a business suit I decided to stop by there. Once I entered I figure let me go use the restroom since I’m diabetic. On the way passing though side- I felt behind me someone is trying to almost have me in reverse lock. Meaning my left arm was almost locked by the bounce screening what’s in there. I take my right hand pointing downward bud it’s my phone and I’m diabetic I also have a Insulin pump on the other side. He yells tell me the truth. Then he finds my phone in the case on my belt. I tried to speak with cops and apparently they would be faithful to the place because they know each other. UnderstoodNothing about me looks suspicious, just a business guy having a suit with phone with a case on his belt loop. The same kind of scenario happened couple of years ago. I tried to explain the bouncer- he wound the let a word out and tried to threaten me. I spoke with the manger outside for few- he stated the Bouncer has a bad week- and was involved in couple of fights tonight. I don’t go to clubs just decided to take the offer of my friend to stop by- bouncer without a reason acted completely stupid and used his 3x the power in me who is 5-10 and 190 he must be 285-300. Why is it that this place can’t get it right- how to operate apparently they like to be on media as it seems. Almost everyone coming out of that place was complete drunk- bouncers see it and Plano police must too. But no one really cares. Who cares if a man gets abused inside, yelled at- this place is worst then United Airlines- the man who was pulled out the place and treated like dog. If Sambuca 360 doesn’t know how to operate- folks they need to shut down. Bouncers who attempt trained and struggle with anger. I think at some point they get mentally challenged. So angry and tells me to get out of his face. Well done Sambuca 350
My friend went there for her birthday with her friends and family. She was real excited because her family flew in to surprise her and this was supposed to be a special dinner reserved in a spot of the restaurant. The waitress/service manager had the be the rudest, worst mannered server Ive ever come across. After terrible food, terrible service, the service manager threatened to call the police on my friend after stomping around the table looking at everyone trying to find some kind of culprit. After asking what the problem was, she was said that she was observing through a camera and caught her 20 year old drinking??? What? No one served him a drink and we were sitting across from him, but they couldnt provide any proof. They kicked him out of the restaurant and threatened to charge everything on the credit card on file. He was upset at being accused of something he didnt do and getting thrown out of his mothers birthday dinner, he did not want to come back in. The party was ruined. When we confronted her to provide proof she cursed at her son to get the hell out of her building. When told of her unprofessionalism and her rudeness, she said this was her place. There was so much more that just makes the experience so unbelievable. You shouldnt even get that kind of treatment at McDonalds but to get treated like that at your 50th surprise party with your family that flew in out of state to be with you at prices that arent cheap is unacceptable.
I received email in regards to a position available and that they wanted to speak with me. Great so i thought. Went in with my wife for dinner. Service was literally horrible. Management??... Ruthless rude and they think they own you while inside. Never have I seen this type of disrespectful management staff.. I have been in restaurant hospitality management industry for over 18 years, this here was the first of its kind.
Great good and awesome atmosphere. The staff is really sweet and ensure that you are well taken care of. Two dips I highly recommend are: Shrimp & Crab and Rotisserie Chicken.
