Been going there for years and the man that is there is awesome. However, that young girl who always has the hello Kitty blanket wrapped around her is another story. Two out of the last three times I go there the door is locked and she’s nowhere to be found . This time after knocking on the door and calling because they’re going to close in 20 minutes, she comes out of the bathroom. Why would somebody need to lock up the business to use the bathroom? I have a few guesses. Then she comes and unlocks the door glaring at me, doesn’t apologize. Doesn’t say a word nothing. Should really get rid of her. She’s clearly up to no good, and has no Customer service skills

Guy working here was nice BUT charged me $20 cash for 2 vape batteries, didnt give me a receipt (didnt speak up because I assumed he was pocketing the cash) and one of the batteries stopped working 3 days after I purchased & the other wont hold a charge! Junk! Annoying! Smh.

Every time I go there the sale personnel are very friendly and helpful. Always have everything I need. I highly recommend this Vape store verses any other.

I Purchased a puff bar At this business, walked out opened it in my car it didn’t work and was leaking. Walked back inside less than 5 min after purchasing and I told the associate that the product didn’t work. The associate just shrugged his shoulders at me and said no refunds or exchanges. Surprised I repeated you are going to sell me faulty product and not make good on it? I don’t want money back just a working product. He said sorry no refunds or exchanges. I get that it was a small purchase but I find it to be extremely morally wrong. I’m sad to see that this business doesn’t care about providing quality product to their customers. Updated review, 4 years later, and its still where I get my juice, coils, and mods. I appreciate the occasional sales they run and their rewards program. Great variety and helpful staff!

Called right after opening to ask if they carried my replacement pods which they were the only store in the county to have them in stock. Made the trip out, customer service was great, and even picked up a new device while out there! Fantastic experience and will return!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable about mods and tanks. Great personality for everyone that works there. You can go and hang and they like it. Just vape. The only thing that would make it better is they carried premium juices along with their own mixes and house juices. I am not a real big fan of their juices. Often seem weak and not quite there. But other than that...i love this place, juice is good in a pinch. I will always go back. Great place.

Love this place!! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they treat you like family and make great suggestions. They have a really large variety of VAPE products. The shop is easy to get to, great hours, always have sales and it is really clean!! Another thing I really like is, they check ID which keeps the youngsters out :) Keep doing what your doing!!

Boca Vapes is a great store Ive been going there for about a year now Ive never had a bad experience the staff is always been over the top helpful and knowledgeable and through all of the pandemic aftermath and the new price hikes on everything their prices have stayed consistent as well as their hours what a great business

Justine and Megan were amazing saleswomen. They changed my juice, hooked me up with a free bottle and answered all of my questions. Super knowledgable employees here at BocaVapes. I left as a super satisfied customer

The customer service is unbeatable, if not everyone than just about everyone is very knowledgeable about the vaping bubble. I always trust their suggestions with a 5% chance of being disappointed. Plus just about every holiday they have a sale and for juices that are not premium or as fancy as the big names hell they come pretty damn close to it.

I have been coming to this place for years. Even if its out of my way. I know Ill get a good price and selection. The manager of the place has been there a while so its good to have a familiar face as well.

Im a frequent customer and always had great service with Boca vapes until today.I called the store tell them that the large bottle of Gold Rush they sold me had a Faulty lid. When I went to fill my tank I removed the cap inserted the Drip tip into my tank soon as I Turned it upside down the Drip tip disconnected resulting in about 80% of my brand new E-liquid on my floor. Hey mistakes happen right, So I cleaned everything up put it all back together but soon as I tried it again The same issue. This is what I realized it was A problem in the production, So I called the store to inform them and they Informed me theyve been having the issue with Is many other customers, So theyve been asking customers to check before they leave the store. So I asked if there was a way we could correct this issue since my entire purchase was wasted, He said yes By buying a whole new bottle... I thought he was joking but he wasnt, I didnt think I would get a free bottle but thought at least discount right?

The best Vape Shop hands down in the Treasure Coast. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing is very fair compared to the gouging other stores have implemented in the area. This is a quality business that is appreciated in the area.

Its ok, staff is knowledgeable, young, I didnt feel comfortable as a ok older woman as its a fog bar. The liquids are personally made by them which makes me nervous as I like mine to come from California as they have very strict rules they have to follow. They are small bottles but on the plus side they do offer a smorgasbord of flavor.

Thus shop is very welcoming and constantly receiving new inventory to select from. With the very knowledable staff choosing is super easy. Especially having deals on their juices and vapes themselves makes me always want to come back.

Great place to shop and/or hang out. Super friendly environment and everyone that works there (or that you meet there) has a sense of humor! 10/10 would recommend.

Three stars only because I walked in one day and just was looking around seeing what Id like to buy in the future. But it only seemed like they care about how much money you have. Like I get it its a business but really dont ignore a customer that might have questions.

Really friendly. Im kinda used to walking into a vape shop and getting the whole too cool for you hipster treatment. But this place was way different. Very welcoming atmosphere. Great juice too!!

I love coming in to Boca Vapes. The employees there make me feel welcome every time I enter the door. Also Justine is the sweetest and most helpful person. All of your employees are fantastic at the St. lucie west location. I send all my family and friends there and Im happy with all the service Ive received over the past 2 years attending to your vape store.

Awesome staff, selection and prices, I got the monkeys breath eliquid and a new coil. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus they were playing Skyrim on the TV! Ill be a frequent customer I can already tell.

Only had one problem.Went And was going to buy some juice however there was only 1 attendant there so I had to wait.About 5 minuets later a girl came running through the door with Dunkin’ Donuts in her hand.Turns out to be a second employee who took off for coffee.Which is understandable.I choose the 3 bottles for 5 bucks that was on the counter.However she charged me 3 something a piece.I questioned it and she asked where I got the juice.I told her from the bucket on the counter.She then stated loudly that she was the manager as if I should stay quiet or intimidated..It seemed like she was accusing me of going behind the counter and grabbing juice.Very embarrassing as a couple more customers had arrived by then...I’m sure the employees who read this know who I am referring to because she probably acts that way around them.Sh probably is gone by now anyway..Anyway it’s a great place with a lot of oils to choose from.5 stars.

First visit to Boca Vapes and I was searching for coils that fit my AIO. The store didnt have them but thats ok, I was however very impressed with the store. The employees were very friendly and the shelves are stocked! I will be back for more juice!

Purchased a vape pen, Brought it home, Found it to be un chargeable Because the charging port is clearly defective. When I brought it back the same person that sold it to me said the best he could do is give me a 15% discount on another one that he demonstrated did work. That is a really SH ITT Y return policy And I would never recommend the store to Anybody

Lives up to the BocaVapes reputation. Crew was fun and the regulars a blast. Huge compared to the Boca store.Hardly seems possible however it looks like they have more stock than Boca. I only dropped in on the way to Daytona however if Im up there Ill make sure to visit.

The only place in this area that I will actually buy house liquids from I have tried at least a dozen different shops all along the Treasure Coast from Vero to Hobe Sound none of their juices were worth a damn I was stuck having to order my go to juice online until I stumbled across this place now 90% of my vape business goes to them highly recommend

Best vape store I can find in the PSL area... Great selection of juice and oils and always seem to have coils and other spare or replacement parts in stock only issue I found is to make sure you check your items before you leave or keep your receipts...

Everyone there takes the time to help u with whatever u might need. Theres never a rush to just pick something out. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

The only vape store I will go to.... I use to go to another vape store but Boca vapes psl stole me for life... Anytime I have a issue or just a question they are, all always more than helpful. Bocavapes is in my opinion the best place to go for your vape needs from tanks and mods to vape juices. They have a very large selection of flavors and can costume order your particular needs with the levels of nicotine. They are honest and they dont sell you something you dont need.the staff is always awesome and friendly, they know their clients by name. Great prices and have sales all the time and purchase points as well. If you need anything with vape involved they should always be your first choice

Bought a Smok mod a few weeks ago and replaced the coil yesterday and mod wouldn’t give me any smoke. Took it to a vape store in wpb and tried selling me a new mod claiming the one I bought was bad. The sales guy that was here tonight at BocaVapes that I originally bought it from gave me the CORRECT coil and mod fired up as it was suppose to. BocaVapes is a bit out of the way from my house but I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you guys 🤘🏾

Four stars because of the employees, it just very expensive compared to other shops. The juice is high quality but also too costly. If you can afford it, definitely recommended.

So my husband and I have quit smoking and vaping, but when we vaped Boca Vapes was our one stop shop for e-liquid. They have more flavors than the rainbow and the people who work there are all really friendly and willing to assist however possible.

Worst customer service ever had a state I.d got denied because he said he needs a driver license 😂 I never heard of this law but discount vapes is better anyway if you are looking for better place to shop in the Port Saint Lucie area ✌🏾😮‍💨

Fake coils for Smok tfv8 3 times three different weeks leak horrible spray juice Into the mouth threads all wrong wont even seal up the glass on tank as they are too tall called out the workers for them being fake and swore up and down they were legit three separate times I think Ill be going elsewhere and will continue to spread the word they sell fakes

Bought a vape there last week and it stopped working the first day tryed to return it and they said we cant do nothing for you. Tryed to talk to manager and got a third party answer never got to state my case the people are rude and dont care about ther customers im going to Vapor Rocket now customer service is way better and the people are very helpful..

Prices are fair. They don’t really sell a ton of mods tank for such a large space they have. House juice isn’t that good, but staff is super helpful.
