My husband and I had a couples massage with Ashley and Jasmine and it was absolutely amazing. Both us had our needs met in a calm and professional manner. And the quality of service from arriving until we left was top notch. Will definitely be going back again for another couples massage.

Pricing is good, atmosphere is ok. Staff could be friendlier, I said hello, and got nothing back. That’s fine 😂I had Jasmine for a 2 hour massage with hot stones and lavender. It was a good massage, I think there could have been more respect for boney/joint areas. An elbow up and down the ribs like a xylophone multiple times does not feel good, and neither does yanking on ankles or wrists. With 2 hours, it is nice to be flipped more than once as well, for sinuses. I’ve been a clinically certified licensed massage therapist for 11 years, and I feel awful that they have to work in literally the tiniest rooms I’ve ever seen.

Jasmine and Jeremy gave my wife and I amazing massages. The place is clean and serene. Definitely recommend!

Destination is easy to get to, and the massage therapists are stellar. There is a good variety of massage types and custom add on services. The ability to book online makes it easy to schedule appointments.

I have a membership and I love it! The therapists are skilled and friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. This option is so much better than one of the chains. Love this local massage spot!

Friendly, comfortable service. Competitive prices. Looks nothing like the outside (traffic, noise, etc). When you come in, you will feel like your in a relaxing clean Spa-like environment.

Jasmin is a fantastic masseuse! I love the way she uses the hot stones to massage and she has a great firm touch. She spends the necessary time on the places that require the most attention and I appreciate that.I love the reminders I get about my appointment and that I can book online. But when I do call they are so friendly and kind. The overall experience is what makes me keep coming back.

David at check in was very polite and professional. I havent been here since the new owners took over. Its nice not being pressured to sign up for the membership. Ill definitely be back. I had Bibi for my massage therapist. She worked on the areas I needed. It was excellent!

Ive been a member here for almost two years, and I love it here. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful, and respectful and yet maintain a relaxed good humor. I havent settled yet on a permanent therapist, instead usually take which ever the girls suggest. Ive not had a bad massage yet. I refer all of my friend to this place, they are so awesome. I never felt pressured into becoming a member, and since joining have never felt pressured into trying any of their other services either. If you are looking for a inexpensive, but good quality massage then I highly recommend them.

Never had eyelash extensions before but now that massage time is offering I thought maybe give it a shot. The esthetician was very good at educating me on the procedure and how to take care of my new lovely lashes. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them since. She did a really good job. Any massage that Ive ever had At Massage Time has been decent. But the best one Ive ever had is from Ashley. Shes my favorite massage person! She always smiles and asks me if theres anything she wants to be careful about or focus on at the beginning of the massage. She makes me feel calm and relaxed. And she respects my wishes concerning how much I want to talk or not talk. I trust her to give me the right amount of pressure each time.

First time there, the massage therapist I initially scheduled cancelled last minute. Fortunately there was another massage therapist available. So I was still able to seen later that day. That aside, Overall the massage itself was pretty good and will be going for a second time.

I havent been here in almost a year, but needed to get in last minute for an upper back injury. Bibi was my therapist and literally saved me from my excruciating pain. I explained my situation and she targeted those areas with professionalism and technique. Her aftercare suggestions were also appreciated. Im grateful for Bibis treatment and highly recommend her. Thanks for helping me get back to work.

I have been a member for years. Currently, I will give a 5 star review for their services. The staff are professional, trained in many different types of massage with a caring atmosphere to heal the body. I will recommend this establishment.

I had a massage at this place and the experience was great. Very clean place. The massage really lasted an hour, I know some places actually deduct the time you get ready in the hour they charge you for, but not here and I hope it stays that way. I would definitely recommend this place.Update: They have changed and include undressing in the 1 hour.

I enjoy all the staff they a super friendly. Each massage therapist has a different technique so I encourage you to try them all.

I definitely needed a massage after injuring my lower back/hips and Bibi did a fantastic job finding the spot on my left hip causing me the most pain. Its now less stiff and the rest of me feels good too

They allowed me to book, specifically, Couples Massage on their website, then texted to confirm the appointment. When I called the next day to verify, they said they have one room for couples and it would not even be possible to book it within the next year and my appointment was for a single person only. Needless to say, wont be booking an appointment again, and you guys should probably fix your website.

I have been going here for a while and get a minimum of two hours a week. The therapists are good, and friendly. Im a construction worker. I have been kicked out of other places because I did not dress like a yuppie . Someone said they had a high turn over rate. But its hard to hang on to employees now days much less finding ones that are reliable and want to work. If the guy across the street offers $.50 more they are gone.

The front desk staff is so polite :) It was so nice going somewhere and feeling so comfortable and relaxed. The massage was amazing, I feel so good! Im definitely going to go back. A plus being that its local and I dont have to drive to Seattle to feel like Im getting a fantastic massage in a chic spa.

My overall experience at Massage Time Spa was amazing from start to finish. The staff is really knowledgeable about massage and treatment care. My first visit was with Destiny I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain and was able to walk out of my appt feeling the best I had in weeks! I continue to go back for treatment care. Ive seen a few different therapists since my first visit and always walk out extremely happy with the massages I receive. I always recommend this place to my friends and family.

I got a massage a few weeks ago by Terry he was absolutely awesome. My bodys been killing me for a while so it was much needed. Im here today to get my lashes I absolutely love this place. I drive from University Place to get here definitely worth it.

Lisa did my eyelashes perfect! I have been searching for a great eyelash technician and have had bad luck. My eyes are usually red and burning after eyelash extensions. For the first time, Lisa applied my lashes with no burning or any uncomfortable sensation for that matter. She was pleasant and efficient! I found my new eyelash place!Thank you Lisa!

Ive had multiple massages with both Chelsea and Destiny and really liked both massages. I had a problem with billing once and I let the receptionist know about it prior to my massage. By the time I was done she had reviewed all my massages and even found an accidental overcharge I was unaware of. She apologized, fixed the problem and gave me a free 30 minute add on to one of my future massages to make up for it. Great customer service!!!!

Didnt get what I checked off on the form for the places to massage instead it seemed like I was at a chiropractic they did what they wanted and not what I should of got 20% massage between the shoulder blades 80% moving my legs in positions that caused more discomfort. Most likely will not go again.

We had a couples massage, Jasmine and Val are amazing! Very professional yet friendly. Jasmine helped alleviate my husbands neck and shoulder pain. I have a lot of back problems and Val used the perfect amount of pressure and never hurt me once! Highly recommend to everyone!

I am very disappointed yet AGAIN with your service. My first appointment had to be cancelled because your staff opened the store more than 30 minutes late. My first massage with you was okay, not stellar, but I thought I would give you guys another try so that my daughter can experience one before she went to college. Now, I have to cancel my appointment because YOUR system didnt accurately show that there were two appointments although I booked a Groupon couples massage.I will not be back or try again. Id rather pay more money at a Savi Day Spa whos experience warrants the dollar amount.

If you want deep tissue dont go here. If you want a therapist that actually shows up, dont schedule here. I have now had 3 times that I showed up for a massage and the therapist wasnt even there! No phone call, nothing. I found out every time when I came for my appointment. But they still charged my card for the monthly fres and now wont give me a refund. They want to give me store credit! Seriously?? I have given them so many chances and been patient. But Im done. They want to hold me to a monthly contract that THEY havent upheld on their end but they still keep my money.

As a former employee of Massage Time, I have to say I wish I could move back. Everyone was always helpful, we always had fun and my boss; Anna, tried to help me as much as she could to try to make it so I wouldnt have to move.Of all the places I have worked I was truly happy at Massage Time. I have since told my family and clients that they should go to Massage Time for quality massage, great therapists and an inviting atmosphere. I highly recommended to therapists I know that when they are tired of their jobs to apply at Massage Time to be treated fairly and like the professional they are. If I move back to Puyallup area I will surely want to be back at Massage Time.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, however Massage Time truly stands apart from the crowd and deserves every bit of a 5 star rating. Friendly and knowledgable staff, clean and calming atmosphere, and hassle-free scheduling all make Massage Time a highly recommended business.

Every time there is a decent therapist this place losses them. I dont know what the deal is, but this place has a seriously high turn over rate. Four different time we were referred to someone to replace who had quite the 4th was nothing compared to the first.seems like they definitely need to be taking care of thier employees better. So that they stay.

An excellent massage with hot rocks. they are very friendly and caring. Pouky is excellent. I had an hour massage and will be scheduling a 2 hour massage soon!!! the place is clean and they are efficient. Of all the Thai Massages that I have experienced, Massage Time is the best. They have very good massage people and a good envirnoment. I am so happy that that Massage Time is in Sherman Oaks!!!!!

Me and my wife always went to here and we went through 10 therapists. Every one would complain of the owner Anna and how she abused them - enough is enough when we went for our massage and they were not there both had quit. We have since moved to another spa in town who are reputable. Seems to be a sweat lodge for employees.

Service was great, management is horrible. They do not return calls unless they are ensuring you will keep you appointment. They keep your card information without permission, bill you for imaginary services, & WILL not return your money easily IF they decide to give it back to you. Use cash with these ppl. Going to this spa is my biggest regret. I’ve terminated my services with them months ago and they STILL charge my card monthly, then claim they do not have my card on file, which they shouldn’t because I CANCELLED my services with them. Sadly, that is just one of my many issues with them, and they have taken over $300 which I’m trying to get back. I reported them to BBB and thinkin I should also report them to FTC as well like the other reviewer.

Very good service, clean and quiet place to enjoy all kinds of massage. Ive been getting treatment from here for about 6 months and was very pleasant with their services. My therapists name is Jermy and was there everytime without missing any of my days. I also love how they have different flavor of their flavored water everytime I walked in. The owner also has very good personality and atitude towards employees and customers. I recommend this massage spa to everyone out there!

I found myself treated so expertly. Questions asked & massage therapy. preformed to take care of the problems going on. Ms. Ashley is massage therapist with advance knowledge of the body & knows the right procedure to take care of the concerns of the customer.

Was setting up appointment to return here again, learned under new management. Appointment was yesterday very pleased with massage. Have scheduled another and another since first visit back.

Charge my account , 99.00 . never called this place for appointment. Called placed talked to worker and she doesnt see any appointment and tells me we dont charge that much. Bank investigating. wanted to wait for review ... but its not getting handled.

This place is super clean and the front desk is so welcoming and accommodating . The therapist did amazing jobs every time . I love this place so much and won’t go anywhere else.
