Man they used to be cool I been coming here for years now. Always leave a tip and extra dollar in case I’m ever short. Today I go in and my card only allows 13$ I’m short a few bucks. I literally live next door and told the guy I’d be back he didn’t wanna let me slide. Good thing I had 3$ off on my account so it all worked out but it’s the point he made me low key beg and coulda just let me bring the money back later. $17 for some lose leafs from a smoke shop is bogus anyway. I can go to war pony and get them for 10. Y’all tripping and I can’t even blame the store as a whole it’s just one guy. I can honestly say when I come and others are here even the owner he always cuts me a decent price for my leafs hell I’m probably the only one who even buys them lol at that price. Treat ur regulars better dude seriously I am willing to make that drive for better service.

Vapor city is my new favorite place to go! Andrew is the best, he gave us a lot of options for picking out new glass (& my husband & i are very picky!) & a killer deal on what we needed. Best prices and customer service :)

Chill shop….. cool and knowledgeable employees……just weird the want a tip for you buying a vape…. First time I’ve seen that, I tipped anyways ,just never heard of a vape shop wanting tips😂

Prices arent too shabby. Staff is always welcoming. They let you try the disposable vapes inside before you leave that way if you end up with one thats bad/burnt, theyll replace the original you bought. Everyday they have discounts on certain items. Thisll be my main go-to.

Really nice and friendly guys here. However the last few times we’ve been in we’re told to come back in a week because they’re going to restock the flavor we want. We go back week after week and it’s never there.The deals are awesome and convenient - over all a nice shop even though you can get products cheaper elsewhere.

Great staff and prices but they can not or will not keep Naked Salt-Nic juices in stock. It is extremely frustrating to be told that they should have more stock soon but never do. Naked brand is by far one of the most popular juices nationwide and I would be a frequent buyer of the Hawaiian POG, Lave Flow, Melon, Etc. if the owners would only keep them stocked. Just give the people what they want and reap the benefits.

Came in at closing, I was helped by Trenton. He had a positive attitude and displayed excellent customer service, even while dealing with a less than friendly customer. Trenton helped me find everything I came in for. He is a super knowledgeable employee, and he deserves a raise.

Attendant was super helpful. Found my choice of Kratom and Juice. Very good prices and even fudged the pricing on a group of smaller packs to match the product size and cost I could afford, Im highly satisfied with my service and I hope more business comes your way!

Stay away from this business!! I went in to buy a vape and then i had 5 unauthorized transactions from eonsmokepods on my card for over $500 over the next few days. Had to report fraud, get a new bank card, etc. Really the rating should be zero, not even 1.

The guys were super nice and cool, and the prices were really good. However you get what you pay for, I would not buy your Kratom here, it was very low quality. I would go here for all other vaping products though, they are really cool people and very helpful!

Love this shop! Ive been to many vape shops before I found this one, now I never go anywhere else. I have been helped by probably every employee there and they have all been kind and helpful. I love their reward cards. I have already earned a couple free juices.

Just went in here for the first time but I have frequented all of the nearby stores. They have all the latest greatest gear and the staff Was very friendly and helpful. A lot of brick-and-mortar’s over charge but these guys are very reasonable with a selection that rivals an online store. Makes shopping local an easy choice!

I don’t know his name, but he has a tallish, dark & handsome vibe going on and he’s tatted. Every time I go in he’s soooo helpful and today he really went above and beyond to hook me up with a replacement glass for my Zeus tank. I’m super broke at the moment and I left the store only paying a few bucks. Thank you so very much, vape god! Wish I could have tipped you better 😢

I really like this shop. Great staff, awesome glass selection, clean main area and well maintained. All around pretty great place! To be honest, the electronic cigarette hardware is a little expensive but not too over priced! Would highly recommend!

They do not back their products with a sufficient warranty period. Purchased a Regis legend kit, they talked it up as a product that would last a long time and it malfunctioned within the first 30 days of purchase. I spent around 190 dollars for batteries and a charging kit. When I called they were friendly about it, but basically told me I was out of luck. He also said they offer the best warrenties in the industry, but after a little research I found other places locally and online that offer 100 day warranties. They are extremely helpful and I always enjoyed the convenience of their store, but won’t be returning to do any future business. I’ll stick to the online stores which offer the same products with better warranties. I hated giving such a harsh review, but I spend a lot of money on vspe products and I just think products need to be backed by the stores and merchants that sell them. 14 day warranties are not long enough

I bought two elf bar disposable vapes. They would not allow me to test them. Got them into the car and opened them, both elf bars were soaked in vape juice, neither one was charged and neither one worked at all once charged. These people do not do good business. They have a fancy facility to fool the consumer into believing they are a good reputable smoke shop. I bought my Voopoo Drag Max from them, which is a box salt nicotine pod system. It only worked for a week before it continuously said “atomizer short” no matter what I did to try to get it to work.

I go to Vapor City & Smoke to purchase my incense. I have NOT had any bad experiences. Everyone there has personality and is very helpful and friendly. The store is ALWAYS clean, with a great look.

Love Vapor City! I was turned here from a friend after trying several vape shops that were not very customer friendly. Everyone here is very knowledgable and not just trying to sell you the most expensive products they can.All of the employees really make you feel like the customer is super important, and I have personally seen them helping customers with problems or questions that I guarantee other shops wouldnt even take the time for.From my experience, all of the prices at Vapor City are as fair as possible. Sure you could probably order your stuff online for cheaper, but at this shop they help you setup and understand everything about your mod so that you can enjoy it as much as possible. They also have some great deals going on all the time.I want to end with saying that this is the best shop Ive ever been too, and if they keep up the excellent work they will be the only shop I goto.

The Younger people that work there are kind and fun to interact with however the older gentleman is very rude and very unhelpful it felt like I was being talked down to as if I was a child and I didn’t appreciate his tone either , I’m a long time customer and am calling it quits with these guys unfortunately …..

Top notch service. I went in and had just broke my cheap vape, I bought elsewhere , promised my son Id be done with nicotine by 2020. But still wanted a rig for cheap that worked and would suit me. I was shown every option on a couple different price ranges bit dude understood me and toom the time to offer me a good purchase. He even said if your quiting by 2020 then you need to go fro.6mg to 3 mg of nicotine. I didnt even think about that. I could continue to say more about the customer servic5and customer experience. I appreciate VAPE CITY & SMOKE. Honestly goes a long way. He never tried to just take my money. And Im not knowledgeable about Vapes. My new shop for now and I will recommend them to all I know in conversation.

Big shop with not much in it. The two employees I met were not helpful at all when I went there to buy kratom, and I even called first to make sure someone knowledgeable about kratom would be there.They sell their kratom in big jars that look like clear cookie jars. It is loose powder, they put their hands (no gloves) in the jars and measure it out with a little spoon and NEVER weighed it! and then put it in little ziplock baggies. And then wrote what the name of the kratom was on it with a sharpie. And made an error in doing so as well.I decided on Red Horn and Green Maylay. He (Robert) brought out each jar and filled one baggy, then filled the other baggy with the same kratom. He never opened the other jar.However, I did not pay much attention until my husband said something to me about it after we were home.🙄Needless to say I will never go back there again. I wish more people would write reviews on this place because I am sure Im not the only one whos dealt with these idiots.I had never bought kratom from a smoke shop before and so I never thought to question the way the kratom is stored and sold there.This is a good way for people to get sick with e-coli, salmonella, hepatitis and all kinds of other things. 🤢🤮
