This place is the best smoke shop in Rochester! They have the best selection of everything and are super helpful at finding what you want. They really listen to their customers and make a concerted effort to ensure they are happy with their purchase! They are always welcoming and the atmosphere is excellent! I always leave happy and Ive never been disappointed. I highly recommend going there for yourself. Youll be glad you did!

I bought a Space Club vape that malfunctioned. It got extremely hot to the touch and all the product drained/burned up within minutes. I had only taken 4 puffs on the $40 disposable vape before it malfunctioned. It’s completely broken now.

Went in for vape juice and the worker obviously wasnt paying attention to me which felt weird. Better yet when cashed me out he didnt put anything in the machine or tell me the total just took my 20 dollar bill and said youre good. I dont know personally I at least like to hear a total.

Can’t be beat across the way they charge 20 for the same thing also if you come in with CLEAN glass you can make sure it’s what you want for your piece and that’s awesome to me I’m gonna keep going they have hella dope 2 $1 stickers and ones made by local artist so go support

Mostly helpful, though some staff is more friendly than others. Sometimes I feel a bit uncomfortable walking in, depending on who is working. The person who seems to be the manager (because he lightly reprimanded the other two employees who working once when I was there) was very helpful.

This place is the best smoke shop on Monroe Ave. Mo never disappoints… They take care of their customers. That’s what’s important and their recommendations are always on point. Plus the quality of their products is the best I’ve seen. And Steve-O is the best, he’s the most friendly dude you’ll ever meet.

09/23/2020I had a great experience. I walked in with a ton of questions and was given honesty and full transparency. He didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t want or need. I felt very comfortable spending $178. No regrets

I wish Id gotten the name of the woman who was working the closing shift. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest, and really funny and personable. She made my night a little better and Im really thankful for that. As for the actual store, Exscape had a pretty wide selection and I love that theyre open so late!

I was just in Exscape with my brother and there were quite a few people in the store. We were super impressed with how well Dustin handled everything including computer issues that came up! He made a point to keep recognizing everyone in the shop and letting us all know he was aware we were all still waiting and apologized for the wait. I was impressed and we will be back in the future! =]

Would highly recommend this being your main smoke shop to go to if you live in Rochester. Not only do they have a selection with everything you may need, but the prices are fair and customer service is excellent.

This is always my go to spot for any smoking needs and i’ve always had an amazing experience except for today when i went at noon and the open sign was on and lit up but the door was locked and no one was there. just a little frustrating that i give consistent business to people who are randomly going to leave in the middle of store hours. it won’t stop me from coming back, but i just really wanted some rolling papers, man :/

Emilia (I think that was the name?) was super helpful and they didnt belittle me for being a beginner! They were knowledgeable and was able to help me find something I am satisfied with. Overall, not bad. Would definitely return to at some point.

Very nice staff but dont go here for vaping juice.Extremely limited selection one brand.They probably should take vape out of their name.Prices are nearly double of what all the other Rochester area vaping locations are priced at for the exact same brand.I went in here to support local businesses in the community but its impossible when theyre priced out of market.The best deals that I have found have been Mad hatter hide away and Elites in Henrietta.I would definitely come back to shop here if they did their market analysis and came down to where everyone else was at to compete.

Very disappointed. Paid $60 for a vape that worked for one week. Stopped working and their policy is no returns on open merchandise. Fine, I understand they dont want people using things and returning them. Owner took FOREVER to find a cheap, temporary solution and assured me he would call me after speaking with the company. He personally sold me 3 worthless coils that do not work with my unit. I have not received a single call from him and today is day #25. Plus, this whole replacement situation thing has been a drippy mess for almost a month. Im going to cut my total loss of $80 in junk merchandise and utter waste of my time to go to Mad Hatter. So if you want to spend $60 for a week of smoking, just go to the reservation and buy a carton of Senecas or check out this place.

They have all your smoking needs (minus actual tobacco). The staff is usually knowledgeable and they have decent prices for their merchandise. They have an in-house brand of smoking accessories which they sell for a lot less than competing brands. They have a large selection of vaping materials too. This is my go to store for my smoking needs.

The ladies whom are there when I stop in to shop are sooo sweet and helpful. I tried to return an item that wasnt compatable with my mod despite not having the receipt and she vouched for me and helped me find what I needed. Thank you so much, yall are the best.

I needed a rubber seal for my vape. The one gentleman who greeted me was very nice and stated the manufacturer doesn’t send them any because they come in the kit when you purchase a vaporizer. The greeter said we may have some around extra and asked another guy. He found one and I asked what do I owe you and he changed me $3.00. That is bad business and that idiot ripped me off. Not that I was expecting a free-bee but if the tables were reversed I would have just told him not to worry about it. never go there again and will pass the word around. one guy said we don’t have any because

I was extremely disappointed both times Ive been to this shop. They had very few juices and almost no replacement parts. When I asked for new glass for my tank they tried to sell me an entirely new tank at $80, stating there was no way to replace glass (you can in fact) the next time I asked about coils, the girl had no clue there were even different coils for different vapes, I vape at 65 with a g80smok.....she handed me a coil for a kbox nano not able to go above 20. And did not fit my vape. Luckily I noticed the huge shape and size difference before leaving. Not to mention the prices here are INSANE! $25 for a single spot battery charger that takes 24 hours to charge!?!?!?! Just spent $20 at cloud factory for a 4 slot free standing charger 1 hour full charge. Ill take my business to cloud factory 10 mins from the city. Exscape is a joke Ill never go here for vape anything again. They are meh for other quick trip smoking supplies. I will say however their employees are nice.

My friend and I walked in 3 minutes before close. Hailey was beyond friendly accommodating and took the time the explain the products to us. We will most definitely be going back!

Frustrated from the hour long slog to the nearest medical dispensary to me, I needed to chill and take a hit before driving back. But my cheap battery doesnt work. So I find the nearest vape place and walk in. Not a split second later, Im greeted by the two friendliest people Ive ever met, who listen to my tale and sell me the exact product that fixes my problem.

As far as vape supplies go this place had very few and what they did have I found to be over priced or very out dated . The person working (Mike nice guy )would have been helpful if he had the stock or more up to date vaping supplies. If your looking for glass wear this is the place , more a head shop not a vape shop .

Recently shopping for a nicotine replacement vape. I called a few stores and it was like we were talking a different language. I havent vaped in 3 years, and some has changed. Everyone wanted to sell me mods for huge clouds and talked down to me when I said I just want the most effective nicotine delivery system. Brandon was amazingly helpful. He asked me what I wanted, and gave me a few options. He asked what was important to me, and we narrowed it down some more. Finally I left with a vape that I absolutely love and does what I need it to do. He even primed it for me in the store and gave me some tips and tricks to keep it running in top shape for as long as possible. I couldnt ask for a better shop. Thank you Brandon!

I was sold a bad battery and the shop will not return or exchange the product. Not a good way to retain customers. Shop at Ghost Dog, theyll take care of you on products if theyre bad.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting for a flo to come in for almost two months. Have they called me? Have they made any effort on there end to remedy the situation or even work with me? No. Everytime I call I get the same line. This is ridiculous. I will never buy a single thing from this place again.

My personal #1 smokeshop in the Rochester area. Their selection and prices are unbelieveable. You can basically get 30% off all the sticker prices.The employees are very helpful, you can try all the water pipes before purchasing.Also carry great selection of vapes, incense, and vape juices and hardware.

Had a really bad experience here. No return policy because the stuff breaks and they want to take your money. Also never have certian things in stock.

The owner dosent train theyre employees, so the employees then sell you the wrong thing. Then the owner refuses to take returns even tho they sold you the completely wrong item. The owner is lazy, greedy and rude.
