Gradys Lounge

Gradys Lounge is a great little hole in the wall or dive bar. When I walked in, I felt like everyone in there was a regular and shortly after I was talking to everyone too, so it has a very homey feel to it. I ordered chicken tenders and fried, which were very good, but the portions were somewhat small, so I had to order a second helping. Their beer selection is also limited. I asked for a Two Hearted, one of Americas most common IPAs and they didnt have it or anything resembling it. So, I settled for a Black Russian with Vanilla Stoli. Overall, had a very good experience!

Girls Night Out. Ordered $200 food drinks. The food was meh and some of our party left their whole plate of wings because they were dissatisfied. Two hours later a second waitress arrived to say we had to order drinks. Really? No! I ordered 3 alcoholic beverages and a soda with my food before she got there. Carry on. Enjoyed karaoke. Will go somewhere else next time for a night with the girls.

Hamburger is way over priced 9$ is not available for me try 3to 4$ the steak potatoes good

I wouldve gave this place 5 stars because me and my family came there and had a great time because we always enjoy ourselves anywhere we go but we had a few instances that made us uncomfortable. My aunt ordered some chicken tenders they were not cooked thoroughly. The drinks was pretty watered down unless you got straight shots. Our first waitress was amazing she was new she was nice and even took our picture but then there was another lady who came to our table and was very rude to my cousin and aunt telling them if they didnt buy anything they needed to leave and at this time we had already had food and multiple drinks!!! The karaoke DJ was great loved her she played all of our request and she was super sweet! It also seemed like a lot of patrons didnt care for me and my family to be there which was uncomfortable to say the least but Because we do not feed into foolishness we still enjoyed ourselves as best as we could but probably wouldnt come again just because it wasnt all pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Beat karaoke bar, and a great time in general. Charlie is a wonderful bartender and Kelly makes you feel like family. Excellent prices and awesome atmosphere. Good for Friday or Saturday nights with friends or a lone drink during the week.

Came her for St. Patricks day for my first visit, fun little dive bar. I enjoyed the atmosphere and patrins and bartenders were a lot of fun. Not really understanding the negative reviews maybe those people who wrote a bad review have never bee. To a dive bar before. But my experience was a lot of fun!

Good place to have a beer, I don’t know about food since we had pizza from little Caesar’s lol. Great bartenders

Im new to the Grady Gang... Been bartending for a few months now. Great customers and friends to keep company. Karaoke on Thursday nights start at 9pm with Corona specials for $2.50. I been told I make a great Burger, special comes with fries and a Draft for only $7 before 6pm. Try your luck with our Keno and lotto. We also have pool table and darts to keep you entertained!!

A great place to just have a good time.. everyone knows each other one way or another! Alot of great regulars

After several months going to this place, I began to notice several disturbing things regarding new management this year after the previous one passed away suddenly and am adjusting my original review based on my last time there.There is a certain type of atmosphere and clientele that seems to be preferred over others as far as who they want in the establishment currently.My very last time there, I was casually called a racial epitaph by another customer which was witnessed by my friends in attendance. Prices seem to fluctuate based on who is working the bar now. When the new manager was asked by a former bartender where their in-house security was after several incidents and being AWOL for weeks, said bartender was informed that -I- was the security, although Ive never been compensated for my time and efforts and instead strung along for 2 months on official employment by them. New management is not above stealing, either, from employees or customers - a simple glance through other various reviews can confirm that last part at the very least.I dont recommend this place anymore, for any reason, to anyone. There are much better establishments in the surrounding area for drinks, food, atmosphere and karaoke, and where they actually do -proper- business.

Wife and I went on a Sunday to watch football. We really liked it. Nachos are good. Pool table is in terrible location so its not the best for pool but if youre just playing for fun its fine.

The staff here were wonderfully sympathetic to my situation and listened to my nonsense. I could not have asked for a better service. I wanted drinks and needed someone to vent to, and i was able to do exactly that without judgement or harsh words of wisdom. Im sure I got annoying at times, with how much i rambled, but they never once let me know. Very pleasant, will recommend and will go back again.

I am a avid customer on Mondays early evening for the $17.00 steak night. Art the owner an the master steak man cooks the 1 an 1/2 New York strip better than I ever had so come out an try for yourself you wont be disappointed

-Shannon is a fantastic bar tender who can make any drink I request! Love her for that! And she always polite and kind! The kind of bartender who would go above and beyond for you!-Rainy on the other hand has a chip on her shoulder for sure, always has some snide comment to make. Today is the 2 time shes served me and when I walked in she snapped saying show an ID , Then once I took it out to show her she said I look like Im 12 🧐😭😅 on top of the nasty attitude, cant make drinks correctly. She works Fridays so I wont be coming Friday anymore lol.... she needs to learn some professionalism and general respect & kindness !!! Nobody likes a b*tchy bartender!!

Was supposed to have outside dining during COVID. That tent was absolutely filthy with what appeared to be homeless bums sitting all over the tables and smoking. We left without a purchase. Went inside a few weeks later. Had 1 beer each and left. Probably never try them again.

Went on a weeknight so it wasnt busy. Had a Euchar tournament going on but didnt play. Came there for dinner and ste saganaki cheese was delicious

I am a semi-regular patron here. The bartenders are all very attentive. The place is clean/warm. Great customerbase. The bad? Electronic shot dispenser 👎 ‼️

Had a great night here for my friends 40th birthday! Great food, great mixed drinks and hilarious stand up comedy routines. Will definitely be going back!

Hadnt been there in a couple of years (we live out of state), but the owner has taken major steps to upgrade the place. A slew of new TVs, barstools. Much cleaner appearance. Kudos. The effort shows.

Went here with my brother just now. Spent about an hour and a half here. Could have been a great experience but turns out the waitress at the time likes ringing up drinks on your tab you didnt get. Mind your tab carefully.

Great laid back atmosphere and the drinks are reasonably priced! Salute the DJ Jon Cash who did an excellent job entertaining our party. Will come back for sure!!

Came here once back in August of 2010. A friend who lived on Nevada street brought us here and it was a blast. It was the first time I sung karaoke (Turn the Page Sittin At A Bar and Riders On The Storm). I highly recommend it!

We didnt eat but we had drinks and we had a good time I like the patio.

My wife and I had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year here. The drinks were good and well priced, the staff was wonderful and the other patrons were outstanding.

I was trying to get into the restaurant next to Gradys and the owner of the place came out screaming at me. Granted I get I was trying to get out of the way of his driveway but I’m a GrubHub delivery person and I had to get into KFC and because of him I had moved and wait another hour in the drive through line. Ok I get it we’re all stressed it’s hot and the COVID restrictions such, But the fact that an owner of an establishment could treat me so rudely and I wasn’t even on his property is uncalled for

Best reubens in town! Art, the owner, is a super friendly guy! The staff is fun, down to earth, and friendly. Highly recommend coming here for the food, drinks, and chat.

Not a good experience on St. Pattys day wait staff was rudely ignoring us just to talk to other people and insulted us as we walked out, even though we said nothing disrespectful or at all to them.

Most of these reviews are straight out bold face lies. Cryptonite whoever you are, your grandmadidnt have any heart attack due to black mold if she had one at all. We are inspected by the health department every 6 months as all restaurant and bars are and always have minimal or no violations. Weve never had any type of mold, black or otherwise. These types of comments should be checked out before they are posted. Sometimes lies can do serious damage to a business and its not fair or just. Just sayin

Lets start out with, this is not a bad bar, if youre in to 70s and 80s music and like being surrounded by regulars (or bar flies as I call them). Now if you are a band, and think that this would be a nice place to play, be careful. My friends band was booked to play here for a Halloween party. They had already played this bar last year and had no problems. However, this year, the owner felt that she needed to stand up for the 2 or 4 regulars there that night that did not like the music. She started yelling at the bad to turn it down and that they were too loud. The bad had everything so low all you could hear was the drums and they were not even being mic-ed. The 2 or 4 regulars took it upon themselves to start yelling at the band and telling them to get off the stage. When the band stopped and started talking to the owner, asking what the problem was (and nicely, not rude), several of the regulars rushed the stage and tired to start a fight. The band decided to just pack up and go to another bar (as did the other band there that night , they knew that the regulars would not like their music either). As everyone that was there that night to watch my friends band was leaving, half (if not all) of the Roseville Police showed up. As the owner was talking to them saying that the band would not get off the stage (now remember, they were already packing up by this time). Plus the police wanted to know who call this in and who had the gun. At this time I stepped up and told the officer that we had it all recorded (as we record all our friends shows for the heck of it) and what really happened and that no one in the band was trying to start a fight and that they were all leaving already. By this time the officer was lecturing the owner about making false claims and wasting the departments time, then all of a sudden her story changed and she denied calling and had no idea who called. Of course that night, neither band got paid.So just a word of advice, if you hire a band called Devils Lock, do not expect them to play Bob Seger or CCR...

Very dead Sunday night for the tigers game. But beer was cold and bar food was pretty good. Also much bigger inside compared to what it looks like from the outside.

Asked for Jim Beam on ice, even though bar tender said it was beam it did not taste like Jim Beam as a matter of fact I am a fan of Bourbon have been to several Bourbon trail distilleries and I do know my Bourbon and it was not Bourbon tasted more like Southern comfort which is nothing more than surup

Hands down the worst bar I’ve ever been to. Service is rude and incompetent and their drinks taste like dirty pond water.

Food is amazing fresh and hot. Atmosphere is amazing. Room temp is perfect on a hot day. I will be back
