This is my edit of a scathing review. The owners obviously care very much about the reputation of their store, and it is never my intention to give such people a bad name based on a single employees behavior. So, here is my opinion based on my previous experiences coupled with the owners seeking to do whatever necessary to change my mind...The selection here is a bit more limited compared to other shops, and i have had a couple snafus with employees making odd recommendations. For instance, getting a menthol juice when i said i enjoyed dessert flavors. Overall though, it is a fine store. They run pretty good specials too. If it is the most convenient store to you, its not a bad place to shop. They seem to keep most coils in stock as well.As to my deleted review, the owners are great. Some of the employees are kids. They dont realize that their actions can reflect poorly on the store as a whole. Overall, i have had great experiences with the employees. There is a newer girl that was extra, EXTRA awesome last time i was there, and another female employee that was so cool another time i felt compelled to come back the next day with a big tip (didnt have cash at time of purchase). I wish i knew their names!

This shop right here is the reason I hate B&M shops. They make all their own juice and do a sub par job at it. Most of them are 50/50 and seem to be made for an ego pen as I dont think they are meant to be tasted. I got two bottles as I am out of town and running low. They are absolutely unvapable. I couldnt stand it. Harsh, strong alcohol taste, plastic like taste and more expensive than most premium juices. 10ml (only size) for $8.02? Thats ridiculous for how awful this stuff tastes. I pay half of that for most of the stuff made by hardworking premium vendors online and I wouldnt much rather wait for the shipping times than settle for this inferior quality garbage. The staff was disinterested. Nice store, but that doesnt mean a thing when your product sucks. I feel bad for anyone who is a regular here and doesnt know what they are missing out on.

This is a great store. Large selection of vape juice. They always have my coils in stock which is nice. Great price on new batteries. The employees are very helpful. I so far met 4 different employees and they are all great.

This place is sort of a hidden gem. It has a tasting bar, a wide selection of juices, and very nice, helpful staff. Every week or so, they have one or two e-juice lines discounted. I usually buy a couple every time they switch it up because it’s such a great deal. I definitely recommend stopping by this place if you’re in the area. You’re guaranteed to find something you like!

See here is my issue with them though I liked the vape I got. however the battery quit working and wouldnt charge after only 2 weeks of having it. so I returned and the guy stated there was nothing they would do for me that I would have to go through the manufacturer and request warranty. but so far have heard nothing from the manufacturer so now Im out 70 bucks because they cant replace a product they sell not fine by me its only been 2 weeks seriously?

The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. I just upgraded my setup and tank and they were more than willing to walk me through it. I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in getting into vaping.

Have been here 2 times. 1st time the sign says open, lights are on but door is locked. Wait a few minutes and still no one give up and go elsewhere. 2nd time I go in and ask for a replacement tank. Guy looks at me like really you are going to waste my time for a replacement part. Obviously he doesnt want to help me. I point out to him they have the tank on the other counter (He still hasnt moved) and he basically says well you need your device so I can know the wattage or some BS. I say you have the same one for sale right there so just give me the replacement right beside it. Then I thought you know what never mind Ill spend my money at a place with a bit more customer friendly attitude and left. If you want rude this is the place to go.

Pricing on everything is among the best Ive seen at any vape store around. The staff here has been extremely friendly and helpful each of the 3 times Ive come by in the last month.

Jay was very professional and helpful; I clumsily broke my mini Natalus glass and Jay helped me to repair it and the new glass very very affordable and reasonably priced. Also they have the best Cotton Candy vape juice I have ever tried- many of my friends and I go to this place!

I tried switching from smoking to vaping unsuccessfully about a year ago unsuccessfully. My second attempt began here where, luckily, and with a lot of help from the salesperson, I chose a device that works well for me. I have not smoked since.My experience with the house liquids here has not been completely lucky. I picked up one a couple of days ago with higher percentage of a flavor I liked and assumed the extremely dark color was due to the normal oxidation of the nicotine - more nicotine, darker color, right? Wrong, even after I diluted it to a lower concentration it was still unvapeable and after minimal research I learned that if the liquid is a very dark color the nicotine could have possibly gone bad. The only way to know is to test it; if its very harsh and peppery then its not usable, as the nicotine has gone bad.I took it back and requested an exchange for another bottle, the owner said the FDA doesnt allow exchanges or refunds on nicotine products. I was offered a $5 discount on another bottle. How generous! That covered the cost of the coil I ruined. I detest poor customer service and believe there are multiple ways this could have been resolved in a fashion that would have left me far more like to spend money there again.I do have them to thank for inspiring me to research the subject because I also found out how incredibly cheap and simple it is to mix my own. I purchased ingredients, including nicotine, to make a gallon of the stuff for about $60. Purchasing an equivalent 75 of their 50 ml bottles would have cost me $1,350. And in the year or so it took to spend that amount, I would have been purchasing coils, new devices, and premium e-juices there as well. Thanks for saving me so much money VapeZone!Assuming their FDA regulation statement is valid, I would have been happy with a discount that allowed the store to recoup their cost for the unsatisfactory product without profit. I cant imagine a business that chooses a short term gain of about $30 over earning thousands long term will be around very long; but they may want to consider this or other ways to keep their customers coming back instead of ending up on Reddit, diyordie, or some other such site.

Always out of popular flavor a never, ever make an attempt to correct problems. I got a few juice bottles with bad tops that blew open. The response was thats they way they come sometimes. Ive come here for a year but give up now. Far too many other options with better service.

I was very pleased with the customer service of the sales rep. Jason when I bought my vape. However I only truly got one months use out of my vape before it stopped working and I was unable to charge it. When I finally had the opportunity to stop by the shop I was very disappointed to find that they werent willing to do anything other than get me another charger which would not solve the problem

This is my shop!!! Seriously, walking in VapeZone is like walking into my home. The staff are all super knowledgeable and friendly, I always feel welcome. Jack and Morgan, the owners, are some of the friendliest people youll ever have the pleasure of meeting. They have great deals on e-liquids, both premium and house blends, AND THE STAFF KNOWS WHAT TO RECOMMEND BASED ON YOUR JUICE PREFERENCE!!! That is a big deal for me, and they arent going to push you on something you may not like just because theyre over stocked of if its on sale. Just starting to vape? No problem, they carry starter kits, and the the discount vape websites should blush with embarrassment at some of the deals they have on hardware. VapeZone is, hands down, my favorite stop for anything that has to do with vaping. To all the haters: You obviously are not talking about my VapeZone. Best Prices. Best People. ANYWHERE!

This is a great, the multi variety of flavors that they can custom make for you is absolutely amazing. The woman that help me, sorry I didnt get her name but I think she was the manager, was very helpful and provided great assistance.

Ordered equipment from vapezone and it took them 3 days just to process the order and then they entered my address info into DHL incorrectly which cost me another day. What should’ve taken a max of 4 days to arrive took 7.

Amazing customer service. Not a huge premium selection but staff is very knowledgeable and they have a military discount. Thanks for supporting military and veterans!! Great local shop

Poor selection of nic salts. Didnt have the mod I was looking for but the staff was nice and very accommodating. I went in with a problem with my mod and the rep tried to fix it. The staff was great. They didnt have the nic salts I was looking for.

Went in for 2 batteries cause I forgot to swap mine out this morning.. they wanted 16$ for an efest... r u crazy!!!!.. no hey well maybe we can charge ur batteries for u ..or offer any other support ...no just try to sell me a charger...I have a charger...im good thanks..never again

Amazing place and amazing prices. customer service is perfect and staff is knowledgeable! I love the atmosphere here. Always get taken care of here.
