Great vape shop with excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and can steer you in the right direction for what you want. Unlike Fatties Smoke Shop, who knows nothing about the products they sell and will lie to you just to make a sale.

Purchased my 1st vape here today. As this place was recommended to me from 2 different friends. Service was great. They helped set up my vape and which juice to pick. Wish I wouldve gotten the guys name. They also helped me save about $20. Will be returning once I run out of juice or just want to switch flavors. Thanks again guys.

Ive been shopping here for 3 years already, and rarely go anywhere else. The prices are better than anyplace else and the staff is very knowledgeable about product. They have a wide variety of products and are really good about keeping up with changes in the market.

Becky is great! She has an awesome attitude, is super helpful, and carries a huge selection of things. She keeps coils and pods in stock for a massive variety of companies! One of the only 2 shops I know of that carry suorin air plus pods. 5/5 this store rocks!

Been going here since they very first opened. Only place in town in my opinion with the best selection of vape juices. Not only is there more of a selection of brands, but popular brands to boot. Fair prices and they always have any size coils Ive ever needed with my vast selection of vapes over the years. Go here man and please dont ever freaking shut down.

I come over here every week after work. They have so many options with their flavors and have great qualities vape mods for the price. I cant remember his name ...but the gentleman who serviced me was very knowledgeable about the products. Wont go anywhere else in San Marcos.

Very helpful and genuinely nice people. I purchased a Penguin Atopack SE and it broke a few months after I got it. I took it into their store and the people working went through every test possible to determine why it was broken. Found out the battery itself had faulty wiring causing it not to fire.They then helped me even more by giving me a wick for free for my old vape pen that I had gotten a few years back.Also their juice is incredible, and somehow manages to last a lot longer than other stores juice. Probably using higher quality ingredients.I recommend this store to anyone who is trying to upgrade their kits, or just for their juice. Always helpful, always caring, and a great business.Thank you for your great service!

I bought a LoKey a few weeks ago and LOVED it. Came back last week and bought a second unit and it stopped heating. Gonna take it back and see if they can help, so my 5 star rating is PENDING. Stuff like this (returns and exchanges) make or break a business reputation. Ill update as soon as I leave the store, but I have high hopes.UPDATE: Wasnt able to return YET because I didnt have a receipt (which Mike offered me when I bought it, but I declined) so I have to figure out exactly WHEN I bought it, then they will send it back for a replacement. Still hoping to get this fixed. Still happy with their service. Mike was happy to help and even sold me an inexpensive pen for the time being.

If you want great customer service and friendly service staff this is the vape store for you. The staff always helpful and friendly. Ive been a customer for over 5 yes and their quality service hasnt wavered. Hometown feel to this shop.

I bought 2 vape kits yesterday. When I got home I had a problem with one of them leaking. I brought it back in and the staff immediately helped me resolve the issue (turned out I had moved one of the o-rings out of place). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Guys this place is horrible. The 5 star reviews are made by the owners, or at one point they must of ran a special that gave out free stuff if you left a review. Told me I needed their juice plus the cbd oil. I told him I didnt want any flavor and he told me my pen wouldnt work without it. The oil says it doesnt need anything extra added, but he had already opened the flavor in the store and poured it in my pen before I even left. Not to mention the oil itself is hard to open. Customer service was horrible also, but theres enough reviews complaining about it. I shouldve read the reviews first smh. Hopefully you dont mess up like the rest of us.

Im not sure who the person working was but whoever the guy with the cool looking mustache is helped us out alot and really have us alot of helpful of information when it came to both the devices we had and were looking at. The store was really clean and overall great experience

I sropped in ready to drop some cash on a new rig and found some young kid working there. He was nice but didnt know much. Changing gears and deciding to just buy some juice but didnt get much help. I just left and spent my money at the next shop down the road.

I recently bought a MiPod from here the price was fair compared to other places but the customer service wasnt all that great. I didnt even get an explanation on how to use the vape. All that was said to me is that they had a no return or exhange policy unless it had a manufacturer defect within 30 days.Then about 2 in a half weeks later I started getting problem with my vape and it wouldnt inhaleor hold a charge. So I tried to exchange it for a different one and they said they couldnt do anything. They even tried it out and it clearly wasnt working, or holding a charge. I was informed in a rude manner that to just clean it and charge it, which I did before going to exhange it, that they had a 2 week defective return policy. I really liked the device but clearly the misinformation and rude customer service I received made me not want to buy from them ever again. I hope this helps people not get scammed or ripped off by this place.

Kent and Cayce have been very helpful in showing and telling me the pros and cons of different accessories and how they work, they even fixed a battery that I thought had gone bad. I enjoy visiting them and always have good conversation when Im there and have met great ppl when there are others in the store. Great employees!

GR8 Vapes, maybe, but the customer service not so much. They sold my wife the wrong coils. After trying one and realizing it was not right we went back and they said they could not return a used product. So we are stuck with 4/5 of a pack of coils we cannot use and out $18 for a new pack of coils. They gave us a whole 10% off for THEIR mistake. We wasted gas money, time, and $18 for THEIR mistake.Thanks, but no thanks. That was our last visit to not-GR8 Vapes.

I bought the MI-POD, had problems after 2 weeks, still had the receipt, box, everything. The guy tried it, notice it wasnt working then gave me the vape back and said we have a 2 week return policy .. it hasnt even been 30 days! I bought it 4/9/18.. i drove 30 mins to be turned down, all i wanted was to exchange the device. Very rude. I wont shop there again. Love the MI-POD, at create a cig they were happy to exchange my friends MI-POD when it stopped working, it was also within 30 days. But not GR8 vapes. Horrible experience.

Staff was extremely helpful. The filled a special order for me and pick up was a breeze. Favorite Vape shop for sure.

Customer service was very poor. They made me feel like I was interrupting what every they had going on in the back. Asked for a 60 ML sweet cinnamon flavor and they gave me a hot cinnamon that made my mouth feel like it was burning. I went back the next day to see if they would fix their mistake. The guy talked to me like I was stupid and that it was my fault he gave me the wrong flavor .He ended up giving me a 30 ml of some vanilla after we exchanged some additude because I was getting irritated from his its not my fault additude.Waste of time and money I lost like 25 bucks on the whole experience. Wont be going there again. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

My boyfriend loves this store. He said it’s what he’ll miss the most about moving next year. It’s conveniently located for us, always stocked nicely and the employees are knowledgeable.

Selection is better than most others. Staff is friendly and dont mind you asking questions. They dont upsell you when it isnt necessary and super knowledgeable

Chill store. I get delta 8s here. I like the loot gummies and the pure cartridges. The staff isnt very social, its more of a in and out type of destination
