I have been visiting a business next to this vape shop since january 2022 (this shop is literally in the same business center) and the employee decided to leave a note on my car. thats not the issue, i totally get parking in san marcos, you dont want people to abuse available spaces. but maybe take a second to remember youre representing a business?? it doesnt matter if you are a vape shop and think you can get away with a whatever attitude, you should still take it easy at 8:30 am and not choose anger with your little sticky notes. you couldve kindly said the exact same message with a different delivery. when i went into the store to inform the employe that I DO in fact shop here, i also reminded him that he can choose to be kinder to people. he tried to say stuff to me as i was walking out but it wasnt loud enough for me to hear so i kept walking. he then ran out the door and yelled that this was him being nice. id really hate to see what youre like when youre mean.

This store sells harmful counterfeit vapes. I was not able to get a replacement or a refund. I have bought the same vape from this location 3 times before and the last time I noticed it was different and hurting my lungs. I compared it to the old ones and it was very cheaply made did not match and contained clear liquid

This place has a great selection of disposables. New and interesting fun flavors. They even have little bity ones for $7.99 and always sale ones for $9.99 and alot are the 5,000 or 7,000 puffs. They also have plenty of parking and conveniently located.

Went in to buy a Novo 3 pod and they didnt have any so I bought a new novo 2. It was broken so I came back the next say and they didnt have another novo 2 so they exchanged it for a cali burn. When I got home I realized it was also broken. I had to come back a 3rd time and we exchanged it for a device ive never heard of that they dont have pods for. I actually like the device but its quite unfortunate because I highly doubt other shops will have the pod either. Cool thing is I know if I call they can order them and the employees I met were both super cool and accommodating. Ill most likely be back for vape stuff other than that their selection is pretty underwhelming.
