Huge Disappointment. Look elsewhere for a massage. We had a couples massage that was so bad. Way too much talking, even in hallway it was too loud. So much for a relaxing atmosphere. After two attempts to have him focus on my sore shoulder I was almost completely ignored for this request. Even gets worse as my husband had his left side forgotten. Too much time running out of room getting supplies. Uhh shouldnt this be stocked already as you knew we had an appointment? Too many times grabbing that bottle of oil. Again, no idea why this place has such high rating. We ran out of there as fast as we could. Awful experience.

It was amazing! The staff was friendly and I got a deep tissue massage from Bella this time. let me say, it was perfect! She got the deep tissue feeling just right! I didnt have to say anything. They are all very talented therapists. Cant wait to come back.

This place is a great option for a massage. It’s clean, booking experience was pleasant, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Zola did an amazing job with the massage. I walked in with a stiff and achy body and left feeling relaxed and pain free. I enjoyed it so much, I bought a couple massage gift certificate for my daughter and her husband and one for me to use soon.

The message with Sonny was an absolutely great experience! I feel relaxed. My body feels so new highly recommended the hot stone massage! The Champagne that comes with the massage was delicious. We will be back soon. Thank you.

Did the 60 minute couples massage. Overall the massage was relaxing but was more like a 45-50 minute massage in total. I don’t believe these were licensed massage therapists either. When we tried to ask at check out if they were licensed and tried to discuss the fact that our massage was not quite an hour the lady at the front desk pretended to not understand English.

Drove 4 hours just to get a massage from this place and the other amenities around the area because we dont have things like that in our small town. Worth the drive, the two ladies that took care of my fiance and I were super nice and gave us both super relaxing first experiences with a professional massage! Would come back again.

Took my best friend here for a couples massage as a belated birthday gift. We arrived on time and were greeted promptly. We were given glasses of champagne, which was a nice touch. The rooms are private and cozy. The massage was fantastic. Definitely worth it. We had a great time. And will for sure be back again.

Got the couples massage because it was offered at a good price. My bf and I agreed that it didn’t feel as relaxing or thorough as others we’ve had and it certainly wasn’t a full 60 minutes. No music either which was different. Just go somewhere else tbh.

What an amazing massage! I wanted to ease my nerves and anxiety before taking my scheduled NCLEX exam that same morning and it was great that this place was just 2 minutes away from the testing center! I actually had the wrong address and arrived 30 minutes late but they were still able to accommodate me and even offer me a full hour massage! However, since I was cutting it close before my exam, I respectfully declined. The 45 minute massage was just what I needed. She gave me a full body massage, and the best part was the scalp massage and hot stones! I passed my NCLEX so I’d definitely say it was worth every penny to help me get into a relaxed state before my exam. Thank you so much!!

This spa offers really good prices for the quality, in my opinion. Ive been twice, and both times I got the 60 minute deep tissue massage for $90. They use CBD oil, so if thats not your thing or if you are allergic, please keep that in mind before booking this massage. They also use hot stones, and a hot towel wipedown at the end of the session so you dont feel any oily or sticky residue afterward.They are fine with walk-ins, but keep in mind that you might walk in when theyre fully booked. The space is also very clean and well organized. Very professional and timely services. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I came here on Mothers Day to relax overall experience 4/10. I actually purchased the facial with champagne and chocolate (milky ways and snickers ) First in foremost the massage therapist kept leaving the room I felt like it was a rushed job indeed . The facial pffff total waste no extractions no deep cleaning just nothing no fluidity in movements literally I told her easy on my face felt like I was getting smacked . Oh the massage therapist waited for me to leave and said “ leave me tip “ I will not return

Terrible experience and horrible massage. Do not go to this place and do not waste your money. No music. Subpar massage. Hot stones were not even hot. Massage was not a massage, just light gentle rubbing. Even though we told them to add pressure. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this place at all costs. My husband and I just did a couples massage here and while there were many things wrong with our experience, the one that stands out the most is the fact that one masseuse was constantly blowing her nose during massage and then proceeding to massage us with her hands. I feel so incredibly gross after this sub par and not hygenic massage.

I did not enjoy my experience at all. I had to ask the lady 3x to please stop rubbing my eyelashes so hard because I just had them done. I felt VERY rushed. The lady was constantly coming in and out of the room. I was there for a facial and all she did was wash my face and put a sheet mask (like the kind from the dollar store) and massaged me. Although she was nice.... I paid a good amount of money and drove from Crystal Lake. Would never recommend.

I will keep it short and sweet, the lady’s were nice when I told her it was to hard she got softer for a little while then went back ruff. On my way home it started to burn and was painful to touch once I got home I had my husband look at it and this is the picture he took the exact place I told her was to ruff is bruised and I can barely lay on my back. Just let them know exactly how you want it because I paid a lot of money for this service and now I’m taking ibuprofen and a heating pad.

My first time here. When you first walk in it doesnt look very spa like not quite what I expected. However my massage therapist was outstanding! I got the 90 minute therapeutic massage with cbd oil, hot stones, and foot treatment. It was overly amazing and thats why I gave it five stars.

My husband and I bought a Groupon for a couples massage. The facility was clean and well put together. The massage was awesome! Sonny and Mina did a fantastic job. We plan on coming back again and recommending to our friends.

Do yourself a favor and get a massage here. 90 minutes with Ana flew by fast, but I feel absolutely incredible. They are very thorough and they also accommodated my schedule where I showed up over an hour early. They took me right away. Thanks massa!

Been here about 10 times and Mina is my favorite. They all do amazing and the facilities and services are affordable, clean, and amazing. Really love their new location!

Me and my cousin came here for a massage. They asked us to pay prior to service, which is fine but Ive never had to do that Im assuming because were black. I gave an extra $11. The actual service was good however as we were walking out the doors were locked and a worker asked us did we leave the tip in the room. Im like huh? Who asks for a tip? She never asked us how was the service or anything just asked for a tip. Thats rude and we will not be returning because of this.

The massage was excellent!!! The facial however was extremely expensive and not worth the money $80?? For sheetmask and no extractions!? They didnt take my blackheads out which was really sad. Will definitely recommend this place for a good massage though but do not waste your time or money on a facial.

I appreciated the convenience of booking online. The location is convenient and the massage was good. It’s almost like a Korean Spa with the Korean Chicken and Ramen place next door.

Are apt was at 530 they texted us and asked if we can come at 630 instead. We get there at 630 and the doors locked and we waiting in the cold for 10 minutes before they finally opened up. They had up sit down and another couple came in after us but they took them back before us and told us we had to wait another 30 minutes… finally went back the massage was decent my gf said hers wasn’t good. Definitely won’t come back.

My friends and I recently visited Massa Spa for a special CBD oil full body massage treatment. We wete welcome by non other than Soni and Tina. My buddy C-Ristian and I did the couples massage because we earned it by being such great pest control salesmen. The room where the massage took place was very well decorated, it felt comfortable. The music was a bit receptitive but it did make me feel like I was teleported to 1998 and casted in the original Mulan film.The CBD oil felt great. Soni could have put a little more pressure throughout the whole massage, but it is what it is. I did feel great during the massage, but throughout the day, it didnt really feel like I had actually received a massage in the morning. Which is really strange because you would think you would feel great after a massage.

Great Great experience will definitely go there again, clean very good massage and facial we loved the treatments and champagne.

We bought a Groupon for a couples massage and face mask. We called the day before, asking if we can use the Groupon for the next day since it was a saturday. They said yes. We show up to our 2:00 appointment, door is locked, no answer of the phone.We call 6 times before we get a call back at 2:05, asking what we are calling about. I said we have an appointment, she asked when. And I said now. She said ok come in, as if the door wasn’t locked for 10 minutes.We hear her talking on the phone as we wait, talking to someone about how they can’t use Groupon on weekends. After she got off the phone, we ask her if it’s still okay to use our Groupon, because we called yesterday when we made our appointment to make sure, and she said YES you can use the Groupon it’s fine.She is now saying we can’t accept Groupons on the weekend, we don’t make enough money to do that. And we said but how come when we called you said you could? She said oh we didn’t say that, and then said we can pay the same price today and cancel the Groupon. She proceeded to say no and she wouldn’t and started to walk away while we were talking to her and said she doesn’t get why we’re upset. Wouldn’t offer any solution.Awful customer service, don’t come here unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. The reason you don’t make enough money is because of your poor management and customer service. Would also help you out to be more transparent and truthful when dealing with customers, or you may not be in business for much longer!Best of luck to you.

Amazing staff, had a couples massage they made us feel very comfortable, definitely knew what they were doing, the massage was amazing the hot stones was my favorite part. Definitely would recommend going here.

Dont let the outward appearance of this place fool you...these ladies are magic! My husband and I do couples massages for out birthdays each year, weve been to a lot of the big commercial massage places and this was better than ANY of them. We will definitely be back.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is it was a little noisey. Banging and walking from up stairs, nothing to do with the actual massage.

The staff was excellent very professional down to earth. The aroma massage felt really good. I left feeling 23 years old. Amazing and price was reasonable!
