Staff is nice and helpful. Stock is hit or miss. They are frequently out of the items I am looking for. Prices are average. Ive paid more and Ive paid less but Im not accustomed to tipping retail clerks just for ringing up my items and I dont really like it.

Can’t accept Apple Pay from certain cards so what the point. Both of my card companies and I wasn’t able to pay w either w Apple Pay. If Wise Guys doesn’t want peoples money that’s fine as there’s another 20 shops around the area.

One of the best vape shops I have been in. Vince who was in the counter helping me out with my purchase is such an amazing person with good knowledge about what he is selling. He recommended me the ceberus tank and I must say its phenomenal. They have a good selection of vape juices, accessories. I highly recommend this shop. Keep up the good work wise vape.

Best place! They have a great variety of just about anything you could need from a smoke shop. The prices are good and the staff is super nice!

Stoped in to inquire about buying a new mod and Rob was very helpful with finding my the perfect one! Also was very knowledgeable about different vape juices.

Great service but ridiculously overpriced. U can get the same products for almost 5 bucks less. First and last time for me.

Wise Guys have been giving me a great experience with service, juice, and mods. They treated me with great service and their intent to let you know your things really helps. Ever time I walk in there, I feel like a princess. Definitely going to rate it 10/10 and always going back there for more.

This place is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime i come in im asked how my day is going, which to me shows that they truly care about their customers and not just about the money. I highly recommend coming into this location for all your vaping needs. If there was a 10 star rating i would definitely give this store 10 stars. Keep up the great work!!

I live out of state and stopped in this shop right before closing time. Tammy took the time to answer my questions and exceeded expectations. I would happily return to this shop for any vaping needs.

Girlfriend recently purchased a vape pen from this location. She was skeptical about it because the pods were side loading and she was worried about leaking. The employee told her at purchase that if she wasn’t satisfied with it that she could bring it back within 14 days to return it. It started leaking after one day. She went to return the purchase but was told that there was in fact a no return policy. Besides being given misinformation by a company employee. The other employee told her that they would “talk” to the confused employee. Offered no consolation. But did try and sell her a new vape instead on top of the 60 plus dollars she already spent on a product. Terrible customer service on something that wasn’t even her fault. I’d take my business elsewhere.

I have visited the Schaumburg & Lombard locations. Next is the new one in Roselle & eventually Des Plaines, though I dont get in that area much. Anyways, the prices blow me away for a Brick & Mortar. I have noticed on quite a few of their items they have Internet-like prices & on some others they have some better than Internet-like prices. They have everything you need from hardware to e-liquids. The staff at the locations I have been to are awesome. I like the atmosphere & hanging out just trying juices & supporting my local shops. This place has now been added to my go to shop (I only have 2) & one of the owners actually knows the guys from my other shop & are cool. You have to make it to a customer appreciation night when they do one, great times, good people, and foggy :)

I bought a glass piece and I was very careful with it. As soon as I unwrapped it, it was broken in half. I called them up to see if I could at least exchange it and they said they will make an exception. They dont usually do returns or exchanges. The owner even offered me an extra 20% off my next purchase.

This was the first actual vape shop I ever visited, and for that, it will always have a soft spot in my heart. The staff here are some of the most knowledgeable I have ever met. They are able to answer any of your questions and even help teach you anything you want to know. The Wise Guys crew are always eager to help you in any way possible. Very popular hangout spot so if you are ever bored and want to have a good time, this is the shop to go to.

I have been coming to this shop since they opened and I have nothing but good things to say about them. This shop is over an hours drive for me but I keep coming back because of the owners and employees. The juice selection is good and they are always bringing in new juice to keep it fresh.The hardware selection is good and the prices are reasonable. This a good place to come and chill and to try out juices. They have a friendly juice bar where you dont feel uncomfortable relaxing and socializing. The employees are very knowledgeable and are very helpful in assisting with questions or even building RDAs for their customers. If you need a build I highly recommend asking for Ashar or Joe. The other employees; Nick, Kyle are also great. I have several shops closer to me but I drive the extra distance because of the employees and the fellow customers.

Vince has been helping me transition off of my juul onto a way better device. I had an issue with the new device and he went out of his way to make it right. Hes so nice and the shop is beautiful.

Prices are incredible. The employees are always helpful. I received multiple recommendations for juices from the staff and they were exactly what I was looking for. I would just come in and tell them what I like in a juice and they always had the perfect recommendation.

Every time I go to this location I get charged something new when I always purchase the same 2 products it’s always $3-$4 less or more depending on the employee working. Staff doesn’t seem happy to be there not how it was before.

These guys are the best Pierre (sp) is a great guy. Honestly I suck at names I even forget my own fathers name from time to time. Hes the only super tall dude there. Regardless fantastic price on juice and coils. Hard to find a place that doesnt kill your wallet in Cook county and these guys are it.

Walked in looking to replace a part on a piece gifted to me. Was laughed at by a girl with a lisp... once she realized she was rude and useless, she recommended that I try amazon. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Try hiring people who have experience in customer service. I too, work in an environment where I’m asked laughable questions... however, I have respect and help regardless.

Nice people work here but they do not stand behind the products they sell-They would not take a return on a defective vape, instead said to contact the manufacturer. Can you imagine if Best Buy sold you a defective TV and said sorry, contact LG? Really, Wise guys?

I love this place. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of prime flavors. Good selection of many different vapes and accessories. Incredibly reasonable prices and theyre always willing to let you try new flavors whenever you like.

Came here last night, amazing place! By far the best vape shop ive been to yet. The staff members are very very helpful and friendly. The juices they have here are also reasonably-priced and they have amazing flavors. The inside is very clean with some neat lights and a fantastic sound system!

The gentlemen there was super friendly and helped me find a great juice but I asked for a 3mg juice. I had left home without juice and stopped there to try and find a small bottle to tide me over as I wouldnt be home all day. Used some of the juice before I noticed he sold me a zero nicotine bottle.

Amazing, quick service and good quality products. The owner, Rob, is so helpful and knows what hes talking about. We will definitely be returning here!

If you vape and want a dope place with great customer service and deals. Wise Guys is your place. I am fairly new vaping and Kyle help me pick out some awesome juices for my mod as well as a new tank. Greatest mistake was one of the flavors which I really love now and recommend. One thing that really stood out to me as a newbie to vaping was, this shop did not feel intimidating. They help you out and steer you in the right direction and have great advice and knowledge. In todays age we buy and look for cheaper things on the Internet but I will continue to shop at this local shop and support them. Thanks again guys.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service!! Relaxing atmosphere and they have the latest Vapes and I was even able to sample the vape flavors before I purchased!! I didn’t know much about CBD and they took the time to really educate me even though they seemed busy they didn’t rush me out the door!

What cant I say about this shop?Staff; awesome, friendly, helpful, fun.Great group of people.Went to customer appreciation night, bought 20 bucks on raffle tix and ended up winning 3 times!1; 2x 30ml jazzy boba and dewy boba.2; 1 rda Royal Hunter dripper.3; 5x 30ml in house juices. All 95\5 blends.The funny thing was 20 min before I got the royal hunter I had actually purchased one. So basically I ended up getting a bogo on that. Either way it felt awesome to win that much.Around 10 oclock they had a big cloud contest and about 12ppl participated. Top 3 got prizes.Uppon leaving I distributed the raffle tickets I had not won with hoping to transfer some of my luck onto the next, pay it forward so to speak. So hopefully someone won with a donated ticket.Brian was my coid builder and this dude knows his s$#&!! He rigged up both my new rdas with custom coils he built himself. They work great and I couldnt have asked for better teacher to show me how to wick it and re-coil if needed. If you can get his help do it! I think he also works out of the Palatine shop as well.Im deffinetaly coming back again for the next customer appreciation night and will frequent often to sample new flavors.This place is great I highly recommend checking it out if your in the area. Every experience Ive had here has always left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Staff doesnt acknowledge youre waiting to be helped seems more of a social gathering for their friends than an actual place of business.

Staff are always nice not as many choices as other shops. Also prices were a bit higher for the juul pods than I found in a different shop
