This place has some good THC but they never answer their phone and I always have to drive so far to go over there just to him and say I don’t have any. They never answer the phone. That’s why they get one star

I LOVE SURPRISES SO THE GRAB BAGS ARE ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE!!! Staff is very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions you may have. The few times Ive stopped in staff has written down what Ive asked for so I can make sure that I remember the items.

Best selection in town, every brand available, havent found anywhere cheaper than them either. I think people tend to miss it because its in an industrial type building because they are essentially an online retailer. Im just glad they come up front to sell their inventory. And never once have I been up sold here, which is the main reason I go.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Vape Pen Sales. One of the most customer service based businesses I have ever visited. I was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly man named Chase. He walked me thru multiple options for a new vape pen, and showed me a variety of different devices in a wide range of price points. After making the sale he tapes his card to the box since Im not local, in case I have any questions or issues or need warranty support. I would absolutely recommend this location for all your vaping needs.

I strongly advise against making any purchases from this establishment. I have personally experienced significant issues with their payment processing system, resulting in repeated unauthorized charges on my debit card from almost a year ago from previous purchases. What is even more concerning is that these charges occurred while I was not even present in the state where the establishment is located.Upon discovering these charges, I promptly contacted the store and requested to speak with the manager to address the situation. To my surprise, the manager informed me that the company responsible for processing their payments was recharging payments from a year ago, alleging that the initial transactions had not gone through. However, they were unable to provide any concrete evidence or documentation to support this claim.In an attempt to resolve the matter, I learned that a class action lawsuit was being filed against the establishment processing their payments by Vape Pen Sales. I contacted both companies, urging them to cease the unauthorized charges and rectify the situation - each one trying to redirect me to one another. Unfortunately, despite Vape Pen Sales assurance that they would handle the issue, I have not received any updates from their staff or management regarding the progress of the lawsuit or any actions taken to correct the charges deducted from my account.Meanwhile, the unauthorized charges continue to drain my bank account every few weeks and have no idea when they will stop, leaving me in constant worry about whether I will have sufficient funds to cover my essential living expenses. This ongoing financial burden, coupled with the lack of communication and resolution from the establishment, has only exacerbated my frustration and concern.Given these circumstances, it is clear that engaging in any financial transactions with this establishment poses a significant risk. I strongly advise others to refrain from purchasing from them and the company needs to take appropriate measures in the future to protect customers from unauthorized charges.

Horrible experience. Messaged them a day or 2 before they shipped my order out so that I could adjust it. They responded to me after they shipped it out. Ok, no worries, at least they ship stuff out fast. Come to get my order and they sent me the peak instead of the peak pro. Sent them some emails starting august 31s and wasn’t rude, just agitated, and I was offered no apology, or reasoning whatsoever. Just a return shipping label LOL. Even inquired if they have any more peak pros since it looks like they were out of stock since I ordered my original, and they just left me on read for 4+ days LOL. I know it’s a holiday weekend, but If you have time to send me a return label, you have time to address the situation. #1 customer service. Least you can do as a business is offer an apology, in store credit would be nice, but jesus an apology at least if you’re gonna send me the wrong item, and be out of stock of what I wanted originally.

Love this place. The employees are always polite and they know there stuff. Great service, great prices, just an all around GREAT PLACE!

Knowledgeable staff and good pricing keep me coming back. I feel I get good value for my money. All my questions get answered almost immediately and if not within a few minutes. They have a points program that tracks and offers rewards so even more coming back to the customer. Whats not to enjoy about that.

This place is truly a joke. I ordered a coil and they sent the wrong coil. So I sent it back, with the label they provided for the return. So after a while I never hear anything. I call and the kid tells me I should have called them to tell them they received the wrong item back. So I just cancel the order. Then the owner,i assume, Shaun reaches out to me by email. Says he doesnt like bad reviews and aims to make it right. So we email back and forth a few times, guy seemed real and genuine. Said he was gonna send this and that for free and I was even gonna order some other things to show my support again. Then he just straight stops emailing and I get nothing. I didnt even care about free stuff, I was just happy someone was trying to fix the original issue. Now nothing from anyone at the company. Great business practices. I wouldnt order from them if it was 99% off. Period.

Ive ordered lookah coils from this company at least 25 times and they are the best! My most recent order shipped same day and arrived in just 2 days! Definitely recommend this company!

I wouldn’t order from them (online). If anything goes wrong, be prepared for terrible customer service. I only ordered from their online store because manufacturer’s online store was out of stock (otherwise I would have bought directly from manufacturer). My product arrived and within hours of unboxing, its battery started going on the fritz—turning on and off intermittently, clearly defective. The Return/refund process was elaborate: they required a video of the battery not working...I figured out a way to demonstrate, finally. Their customer service is also not incredibly responsive: it took more than 48 hours to process my video/demonstrable defect (but they can and do charge credit cards immediately). Once they did process, they sent a new product via the cheapest, slowest drop-ship they could...and so I waited days for my replacement product. When it finally arrived, I realized they shipped me the wrong replacement product. When I notified them and asked them to ship me the correct item, they demanded I ship back what they incorrectly sent, at my expense, or, they refused to ship proper replacement part. Not a way to handle a business transaction. I just disputed with my credit card company and washed my hands. I’ll never deal with these folks again.

I bought over $70 of product for this store. When I tried to use the product it didnt work. I went back to the store to ask what I could do. And I was told by the worker there is nothing we can do basically its not our job to stand behind the products we sell. Even after I mentioned that I probably need to talk to a manager, I was made to feel like I was crazy to even asked to have the product replaced. And a manager never came to help. Be careful what you purchase from this store. I dont believe that they care about what they sell.

Sketchy staff never answer phone

I recently ordered a replacement coil for my device without realizing I had accidentally ordered the wrong size from your website. Totally my fault. When I called in I was connected to Shaun Powers, Shaun was extremely helpful and receptive to my mistake and was quick to help me with finding the coil I need and getting the bigger one sent back for a refund. I really appreciate the initiative Shaun took with my problem and getting it resolved so quickly. I will undoubtedly be using this site a lot more in the future because of how great the service was.

Give never been ti their actual store but Ive place 4 or 5 orders with them online and they have been awesome to deal with. Very cheap prices on a lot of different vaporizers a d such. You gotta check em out n snag yourself some killer deals. I was able to build my own Yocan Evolve Plus XL vaporizers for less than half of the cost of a new one for exactly the same thing. These guys rock!!

Terrible customer service.They dont even care when products are mislabeled. You buy an inaccurately described product and its YOUR problem.The photo below shows two screens. The one on the right is the screen that come with a Black Widow vaporizer. The one on the left is what Vape Pen Sales claims is a Black Widow replacement screen... See the problem?Get this... I was told I bought the wrong thing!Wow.... Just wow.Will not be buying from them again.FYI: Although I let them know of the error on the product description they are still selling it online. If you own a Black Widow vaporizer, be sure that you dont purchase these! They will not fit.

Love this place. Love the employees, their selection isn’t all of what some other places have but their growing and I go to this place all the time for whenever I need juice or coils or even a new mod. My first time in, customer service was great, they showed me what they all had that fitted my preferences. Walked out with a smok trinity alpha, and pink lemonade. Trinity alpha still hasn’t let me down yet. Definitely deserves the 5 out of 5

Literally got my pen charged it then try to use it. Coil lit up but when I tried it with weed wasnt able to smoke. Reached out to the company and wont replace it or refund my money and I cant even use it!

Once I started ordering from their website, I have not gone elsewhere. Good prices, fast shipping, well packaged and I havent had a single complaint with any purchased products.

Chace is awesome 3rd time in there in like 3 weeks and all staff are very helpful and friendly have great personality and chase today for 2 hours explained how to build my very first RDA from a Swanker and he was thorough and very informative. All the guys are cool in mine and my partners eyes. Best of all low lol prices sold at internet prices. Awesome and will be back for sure. 😊

I have received defective product not once, not twice, but three times. The first time I received a cracked mouthpiece. The second time I received a vape with the magnets that are supposed to hold the mouthpiece to the battery. Obviously that couldn’t do its job since the magnets can’t connect due to their reversed. The third time I had high hopes that it would be okay, since I finally had complete parts, but no. The vape would not heat up enough to produce smoke or the desired effect. Now I was told today by phone that I need to submit yet ANOTHER email, when I know good and well that I had sent previous and multiple email, along with photos and a video of the problems. So here you are and I request my money back for the hundredth time and send a postage paid box and I will gladly send your “product” back to you. Also I must mention that I ordered a mouthpiece directly from MIG Vape. It was not oversized and fit my old pen perfectly. However, it will not fit the products that I received through Vape Pen Sales aka Dakota Vape. Everything about their product was nothing like MIG products. Something is very, very odd and suspicious about this whole thing. If I didn’t know any better, it’s as if their products are knockoffs. I have paid for something that I STILL DO NOT HAVE. Trust me, no one in this entire world would NOT unnecessarily put themselves through this hell. No one else, including those at Vape Pen Sales would put themselves through this. I am fed up with being treated like some criminal or liar. I have much better things to do with my time than to put myself through this. I am a disabled, severe chronic pain patient, multiple stroke patient and autoimmune patient on a fixed income. This is too much. It is causing me problems with my health and if your business is on the up and up, just refund my money and send me a postage paid box and our ties will finally be severed.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a pipe vape battery about two weeks ago. I doesnt work and never did. I explained the situation to Joe via email and after a few responses everything went silent. He is out to mess over consumers and make a a quick dollar. I will inform my fellow Sailors and Marines to steer clear of this hoax. Have a great Navy Night!

Very hit and miss, in terms of service. My first visit, the gentleman allowed me to look at multiple products after hours and was super informative. Then when it comes time to replace the coils, I tried for several days to call, left Facebook messages, and even resorted to buying an incorrect piece elsewhere. This companys response? (Shrug). Buy elsewhere, this is nothing but an Amazon storefront for cheap Chinese vapes that have largely been discontinued.Ill be purchasing online and waiting for shipping before dealing with this company. Picking up an item from a residential house, near an elementary school nonetheless, is a dicey affair. Shop around.Also, its cute how the OWNERS of the household BUSINESS are leaving the only positive reviews. Notice their last name... Cool. Anything but....

The Longmada coils burned out in 10 dabs. They wont replace but gave me a credit code for a better atomizer they sell. THEY DONT WARRANT THEIR PRODUCTS so i wont be using that code or buying from them again

Great pen have a creeper. I want a white one. I got different bowls because come with single coil so got double coil and the donut (Ive been ysing donut its great)...website could be updated more user friendly but othwise good product and fast shipping. Oh i would like a medium shirt. With big picture of lesbian girls on front!!!

The people there were absolutely chill. They knew the answers to all my questions and got me equiped in a timely fashion. The snowwolf i got has not let me down, and they are the only place in town that has naked e juice. I will definitely be coming back, and would recommend this place over the cloud or blown away any day.

I have use Vape pen sales on several occasions and have always been satisfied. That is why the 1 star review bothered me. Really bro? Of course it is an online company store front, that is where the customers are, right? You can order online and pick up in SF is great. It is not in a school zone and I am not a family member. Maybe some people would prefer to pay almost double and have thier hand held in a store then ordering online. LolCheck out VPS inventory and then that of in town vape shops, VPS has a lot of the same inventory. You cant blame your incorrect atomizer order on them, do some quick research.For what it is, Vape Pen Sales is great. Good prices, in town pick up and you get emails with orders and specials. Try them out.

I bought a dry herb vaporizer (order VPS72315) from Vape Pen Sales that fell apart after 2 days. Ive emailed a picture of the broken parts to the customer service and asked Vape Pen Sales to owner their Bonus 30 Day Warranty and send me a replacement. I should be getting it soon.
