Westside Glass Emporium

Fantastic store. A million great things to look at and buy and amazing customer service. Ever since since they opened the liquor store next door its the only place I need to go for party supplies. 10/10 would recommend.

I called tonight to ask about the hours of operation of the new store. Whoever I spoke to was very short and rude with me. I called at 8:25 pm and asked how late the new store was open until. He said hed have to check and I said Id wait. I could hear he was helping someone, no big deal. He got back on the line and said they would be closing around 9. I said Okay.. and laughed a little and followed up with, what exactly is around 9? Cause Im walking over there and dont want it to be closed when I get there? His voice changed and sounded annoyed that I asked for clarification. He replied with IDK like 8:50 or 8:40, somewhere AROUND 9! So I hung up on him and proceeded to head there. As Im walking I notice it thundering and lightning outside so thought Id better hustle. I got there at 8:35 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. Got rained on a little as I came back home to top it off. Im finishing this review at 8:56 pm. Ill go to the smoke shop on 18th and cleveland where they sell 2/$30 breezes and are polite to their customers.

My boyfriend and I go to this place on a regular basis, by regular basis I mean 2-3 times a week. They have great prices and amazing customer service. The employees know us by name, and always have a big smile when we come in. They say, We love our people and our people love us.. The whole team has mutual respect and love for the customers and are always willing to help and answer any questions we may have.

Prices are respectable and the selection is decent, seems like they are always adding new stuff and their inventory is growing. The staff is helpful and pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have not had a bad experience here at all, I only rate 4 stars because honestly I have been to other places more often due to a larger selection but as I said they are always adding to their stock!

This is my favorite local store of its kind. Staff has always been knowledgable and friendly. Awesome rewards program. Large selection with competitive prices. Definitely worth checking out if you havent already!

Always the cheapest glass and best service. Leonard, Jeff, and Bryan do a great job of running the shop. They support local artists and thats a dying breed.My main choice of glass and accessories.

My go to shop. I had a issue with the vape pen I bought earlier and they got it working for me. Pretty happy with the rig I bought there awhile back to.

They sailed broken device with poor quality of oil inside. Oil has tastes like a green chlorophyll bush weed but not a flowers .

Apparently they like to hang up on customer in the middle of them talking. They have lost any respect from me I will not be going back. That was plain disrespectful.
