Xhale City - Centerville CBD Smoke Vape

I recently visited Xhale City and had an unfortunate experience with one of the workers, Alexis. It was the first time that I visited this shop so I was walking around looking at the inventory. I didnt notice the very small sign that said please do not walk in the middle and Alexis told me, An excellent way to get kicked out is by walking through the middle. and proceeded to roll her eyes. This comment was unexpected, unnecessary, and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Instead of saying hey please dont walk in the middle because...(inserts reason or not) She decided that being rude was the way to go... She then mentioned that the owners were Indian and strict, which was also unnecessary and made me feel like there was some sort of racial prejudice at play. I did not need to know the race of the owner as this was irrelevant information to what was happening. With todays racial climate, this is a big no no.My brother let her know that I didnt know about this store rule and that it was not done on purpose and he also tried to change the topic during our visit by asking her about the products, because it was getting a little heated on both of our parts as i felt disrespected. It does seem like she is a valuable and knowledgeable worker... However, the customer service is horrible. The way that she treated me alone makes me never want to come back and shop here.I hope the management addresses this issue, as a more friendly and professional approach would significantly improve the customer experience.

5 out of 5 stars. Love this smoke shop, they have everything I’ve ever needed. Everyone is so helpful and really makes sure you understand your items if you really do have questions. Also love the little ducks they have everywhere, gives the place a fun feel!!!!

Lexi is so sweet - she always is eager to help and brought a new atmosphere to the smoke shop. the previous building owners hadn’t used the space fully & she’s made it look more than appealing. knows her product & always has a warm welcome 💕.

One of the most friendliest cleanest stocked up smoke shops Thus far in Gwinnett staff is always on point definitely a bang for your buck. Plus they’re open late

The store was very clean and well kept. The clerk alexis was extremely helpful In locating the products I need and even suggesting good alternatives. Ill definitely be back.

Dont go here if your a person of color. Walked in and everything was fine until one of the employees yelled at my friend “what did you just put in your pocket.” He emptied his pockets and the only thing he had was his phone and wallet. And instead of apologizing she proceeded to accuse him of being someone who she claimed had came before and she kicked out. After explaining to the employee that our friend lives 40 minutes away and it was our first time ever even going to that store, she then insisted that he was the person she kicked out. The way they treated us was unacceptable and racist. Fire the white lady with brunette and blonde bleached hair, and hire some smoketenders who don’t racially profile the customers.

We walked in and we were racially profiled. One of the employees assumed I was stealing something while also wrongly accused us of being underage. The other employee stood there and instigated the whole situation. We left as we did not like the way we were treated. Never again, I would give 0 stars if I could.

The customer service is great and they have a very nice selection of products. Ill definitely be coming back soon.
