Staff is so great at this shop! They always have great recommendations, but what I appreciate is if they dont have something theyll find somewhere that does or a way to get what youre looking for. Also if they dont know something theyll tell you the dont know. If they sell a device they have the parts and coils for that device. Just overall a great place. The staff is really nice and helpful. All of them. The in house products are great. Just highly recommend!!

I always go here for my vape need. Whether it be as simple as needing a new coil or a new rig their knowledgeable staff will help you pick the right choices to get you started.

Made a 1.5 hour drive to get my favorite juice from UIS...Drypt Keeper. Nice shop and friendly service. Most likely wont make the drive again, but will definitely order online next time I need juice.Update: Id give 10 stars if I couldIve been ordering juice online for about a year now. I jumped on the site earlier this week and it showed my regular flavor (Drypt Keeper) was out of stock...not a huge deal, stuff happens. I checked again tonight and it was still showing out of stock 😔. I emailed UIS asking when it might be available again. WITHIN AN HOUR, I had a response 🤯. Sean stated he just updated the website and I should be able to order! Sure enough, I jumped on and ordered with no issues!! Props to Sean for responding so quickly and updating the website!! Awesome customer service!! 😊

CSR Trevor is knowledgeable about all aspects of vaping. He reads customers very well and makes suggestions that are spot on! Ive had negative dealings with this business in the past. Great staff. My vap broke after a month of use (I did not buy if off them) I went to see these guys, they were awesome. They tried everything to fix my but unfortunately it couldnt be fixed, so I had to buy another one, they did not try to sell me something more expensive then I needed (like the 1st place bought from) Even threw in a bottle of juice. I recommend these guys to any new or current vapor person. Thanks guys, Ill will be back

I love the flavors of their in house vape juices that are made on site. The guys know their stuff and are always happy to help. They have a little work station you can use or sit on the comfy couch and watch some TV while you try some new flavors. Support small business, support your community.

I like this shop not only because its the only one in somerset but they usually have a specific kind of juice that we vape. Very organized and clean! The employees are always helpful when it comes to trying new products.

This is a great vape shop! The guys who work here are very helpful and really friendly. They have a pretty large selection as far as premium juices and house juices go but they also have a decent selection for salt nics. They have a good selection for mods tanks rdas and pod systems.

Great company would be 5 starts but the prices are a bit high and no website(2/16/22). They should update that so Google wont be sending people to GoDaddy to buy the domain.

My boyfriend and I stopped by and were quickly comfortable and impressed with the knowledge and selection of juices available. We are from Virgina, and were in a quick bind for some eJuice. They make all their own stuff in house and the flavor combinations are way above our expectations. These guys are the real deal and would be some serious competition for any vape shops down here in VA. We will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area.

I cant begin to say enough good things about this business. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and the business is clean and comfortable. They also have the largest variety of juices of any store in the area.

Love the Uis liquid but its a Shame that they dropped BNC. It was my favorite flavor and banana but just dont cut it . Please please bring it back
