Terrible first time customer experience, asked for non ice, non minty recommended flavors in disposable vape. Both the ones I was assured were not were absolutely terrible flavor and icy/minty to the point I cant even use them. 50$ down the drain, will not ever go back.

By far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to Customer Service as well as ease of access. I was Stuck at the red light on Greene and had never tried this shop before, I figured I would give it a go, I was in and out of the drive thru with a new device before the light turned green, they even waited for me to try the device and took my trash. Thank you Cloud Nine

New favorite spot in Spokane forsure, great prices, I’ve never received a faulty product, and the other day when I drove up he saw me coming and prepared a few options of what I liked ready to go for me, 10/10 would recommend.

Super professional with great customer service! A bit far from me but id still make the drive any time. Helpful, knowledgeable, top notch/wide variety of products and i left more than satisfied. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy. The man behind the counter was very polite as well. Also very close to my home so a nice convenience factor as will considering I don’t have to cross any busy or major roads to get there.

You have to try this place! The selection they have is incredible, the prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is amazing! Plus, the unique and convenient drive thru made the experience that much more ideal. Could not recommend Could Nine enough!!!

Went to try the place out and sat at the window for a good 10 minutes waiting for the dude to look up from his phone, knocked on the window and still nothing so I ended up leaving and going to a different shop. Not a good first experience there but I am willing to try to go again eventually and update my review.

Cloud 9 is the only place I get my vape items from, they got awesome prices and the drive thru is so convenient especially for being in a rush 24/7, I’m out of there in just a couple of minutes. The owner is a very honest dude and willing to answer any questions you have, I’ll continue to keep shopping here as long as I’m vaping.

These guys are awesome. They didnt have the vape juice that I usually use but they were willing to and did order it for me!

My boyfriend and I were really excited to come check this place out especially after reading all the great reviews. Unfortunately we drove across town and they were closed even though it shouldve been open ( according to the hours posted online).

Overall 5/5. Highly knowledgeable and trained staff. I was impressed at the competitive pricing and selection, I will definitely be back. The building is very clean and nice inside too. Cloud Nine is my new fav
