Worst customer service and attitude you could ever imagine. Literally told me I ask too many questions, turned his back on me and walked away. I dont smoke cigars and have never bought a cigar before in my life.I wanted to purchase alot of different cigars as gifts for a tradionally special occasion here in America. The stalk has arrived! So naturally I had a few questions about cigars.I was about to purchase over one hundred high quality cigars..Davidoff cigars was suggested by my cigar aficionado friends and family. Took my business elsewhere as I highly recommend to all, do the same. Cigar smokng is supposed to be an enjoyable occasion and celebrated...this place is anything but that. When I told my friends that enjoy cigars about my encouter they said I was lucky, laughed and said..Why did you go there, that place sucks, theyre overpriced and sell stale cigars! Thankfully I walked out and have taken my business elsewhere.Lesson learned....Steer Clear and Stay Away from this low class hole in the wall rude estaishment, I still dont know and gladly dont care if they carry Davidoff cigars.I advise all regular, new or future cigar aficionados to try a different location. Any place would be better than this one. If your reading this review be glad you did because visiting this place is an aweful experience.

Great up and coming shop. Still building there cigar stock. Owner is receptive to supplying your favorite stogie. Welcoming and friendly proprietor. Cant wait til they open a cigar lounge on this side of Staten Island.

They carry items that other cigar and smoke shops dont. I highly recommend anyone in the area, especially anyone who is looking for oil burners, to shop here. I had friends in from Portland, and they liked to use essential oils that you need special burners for (apparently they have other uses as well but thats not my business). They were willing to skip the bus and WALK about 3 miles to this establishment, and they had such a good experience, they came home laughing and smiling galore. I was very happy for them. Not to mention they have some of the best smelling insenses I have ever smelt in my life, and Im somewhat of a conesuer of insenses. 5 stars .

Excellent place, amazing staff, good smell al over the store. A nice place to visit for tobacco and any other scents.

Extortionate prices and terrible customer service. Was not interested in hearing anything and had his nose in the air as if he didn’t care whether he made a sale or not. Don’t go here.
