Owner is nice and knowledgeable. Good Rewards Points program. Best on the island. One star deducted only for slightly slow restocking on high demand brands and flavors. But overall a great place for novice to custom mod vapers.

I am new to vaping, and Nick was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a few issues with my new mod, and when I went back to the store with it Nick went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. A million stars if I could...you just dont get better customer service than this! Thank you Nick!!

Purchased a $20 torch that stopped working after 10 days. Called the store and was told nothing could be done about replacing it even though it is almost brand new. I would like to keep shopping there but unfortunately I can’t because of an item that probably costed them $5.

They are selling cbd oil that expired 6 months ago. The expiration date is on the bottle. I didnt check in the store. I naively trusted them. They wont give me a refund. Taking advantage of sick people is cruel!

Needed help buying CBD vape juice. employee was nice but decided to sell me flavored tincture drops that are suppose to go under your tongue. told me to just fill the vaporizer tank with it. it tastes terrible and was expensive and now im having a terrible experience. regret spending money at this business. I will never go here again. JUST LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE NOWDAYS I WILL BE BUYING FUTURE PRODUCTS OFF A WEBSITE AND NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. THANKS I GUESS...

Wasnt open exactly on time but 15 minutes after 10am on a Friday. Only reason not at 5 stars but strong 4. I had alot of questions as a new vapor and they are every helpful. I needed a special MG of nicotine. They found the strength and flavors I nended. They took time to make sure my needs where met with no rush to make a sale. Will make this my vape shop for sure. VERY VERY happy with my experience.

Excellent selection & customer service. They also arent looking to make their rent off a bottle of juice or a mod. Very reasonable prices across the board.

Walked in to general had a lot of questions about vaping because I am new to it got helped out by Chris very knowledgeable and well spoken young man helped me out and walked with a starter kit and 4 juices prices were great but most of all the customer service was outstanding I definitely will be stopping in to get more juice very soon

I went inside because of how nice it looked on the outside. i was more surprised when i went in. decor is beuatiful! i was shocked with all vaporizers and ejuice inventory they had! bought my first starter kit and let me tell you the the VAPOBURST juice taste amazing. i am i the road to quitting traditional cigarettes! thanks to omar and eugene and the VAPORBURST family. !

Place is amazing I come all the way from Brooklyn just because they have all the exclusive juices and mods that no one else has by far the best shop around
