This is one of the better shops around the Cincinnati area. They have EVERYTHING glass you could ever need, and they have wholesale glass to so your not having to pay $25 bucks for a $15 dollar banger. Ill definitely be going back. The girl working was very helpful as well.

I wish I could get five stars and above because this is my favorite place to go to. I’ve experienced living in Cincinnati everywhere from camp Washington l, Covington KY to eastern Kentucky and there’s no better service and just finely chosen product. For me anyway. I recommend it 100%. Your POINTS WORK. They have a system they actually pay attention to :) you get a free lil cute drink, why not? They deal with me and I even talk too much so that’s sayin something LMAO. Go here. Prices are cool too. Know I’m sayinnnnn

The worst smoke shop in the area. Horrible Customer Service & stale wraps. I’ve tried here 3 times before the last rude encounter. I haven’t had any problems with the other one in Beckett commons. Sucks because it’s seems to be nice shop..

I kid you not definitely one of the best smoke shop in the liberty township area! They have a huge variety of everything you would ever need for your smoking pleasures. I showed up yesterday and saw Moe, who I believe is a co-founder of this establishment. Not only does he have one of the best customers services skill I have ever seen at a smoke shop, but also help guide me towards buying my first carbon fiber portable vape. If you people are trying to find your next reliable, professional, clean, great people to vibe with Crown Smoke & Vape Shop is definitely the place to go! They definitely secured another loyal customer and will glad recommended this to any of my friends where they should get there next smoke products at. This is truly how I feel about this place and can’t wait to see how they will grow as a company!

Next time I see a purchase for my minor child at this place, Ill report it to the state.

All three of the gentlemen that I have had the pleasure of interacting with were very kind and knowledgeable. I just started vaping and had a plethora of questions. They are sincere about customer service; they are not just there to push for the highest sale dollar. I recommend this shop to everyone!!!Update: Nov 2023The staff has changed and the sales people in there are not nearly as knowledgeable or helpful. Nothing about the place is noteworthy, just like any other shop. Prices are average.

I think I found vape store that I like better than my usual

Kinda felt like I was bothering the cashier. The print on e liquid boxes can be small and hard to read when its 10 feet away behind the counter. I asked does this brand have a strawberry? I dont know. Asked for another brand and when I was handed the box it was menthol. So I asked do u have this in non menthol? I dont know. Still trying to be polite I said my bad I didnt realize this was iced and handed it back to her. I received an eye roll and nothing else so I left.

This place sucks there vapes have got to be fake they’re making me sick

Great customer service provided. So many items and choices. Theres a walk in humidor for cigar lovers. Not just a vape shop. I plan on looking at the cigar selections on the next visit. I didnt have time on this visit. CBD is available. The store was organized and had ample displays of items available. There was only one person working. However, she was very professional and effective with customers trickling in at the time of my visit. Nice place.

The store is clean and organized with soooo many options and decent prices. And just in case the guy at the counter who helped me out sees this: You’re cute and nice and I had one of those 60 second crushes on you.

I go in and make a purchase what she sold me didnt work while I was there.But she told me no refunds but could give me a store credit. Really the product didnt work No refund. Ive been in business 45 yrs and cant believe that. Bad place. That will cost them more in business than $39. I will stand out in front warning people about this . I was out there Thursday and got to people to leave

Upon arrival I was greeted and asked if I needed help, which I did. I proceeded to tell the gentleman behind the counter specifically what I was looking for and he took me right to it with no problem and I walked out of there with what I wanted at a fair price in just a few minutes. Nice people too

Came into the new shop and wanted to buy a vape but did not know much about them, Sam helped me out finding the perfect vape and a delicious juice. Will definitely be back to great customer service for all my vape needs.

My go to spot since I quit smoking months ago. Very knowledgeable employees and very helpful! I will especially return since I know and have witnessed them ID youngins and as a parent I’m grateful for that!

Came in today to grab a hookah and Suhaib and staff were extremely informative and accommodating in getting me the right one. Will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.

Great smoke shop. Really good delta 8 selection. Treetop, Funky Nugz, and Remedy. They have carts, disposables and edibles.
