I do have to say that this place goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and always smiling. Very responsive. Definitely will be back. If you’re looking for e juice this is definitely the best place to go.

A customer service rep named Moe at cigar & vape was super friendly and very patient with me because I didn’t have any knowledge about vaping. He carefully explained different products and even showed me how to properly use mine! Super friendly environment with lots & lots of different options varying from cigars, vape juices, and vape devices. Not to mention that their prices are very very reasonable!

Best vape shop. Great selection - and if they dont have what you need, Mo will get it for you so fast. Most recently I needed empty pods to bring on an upcoming trip to NYC (so I dont have to spend the whole thing in bodegas looking for the right kind) and in order to get them in time for me he went and personally picked them up. 10/10 service.

This shop was great they had every smoking accessory I needed. They also have a great selection of disposable vapes with many brands even new ones Ive never heard of before. The management always took care of me and made sure I left happy, they also put special orders in for different products they did not have. 10/10 recommend this shop if you are in the West Hartford area.

Great staff! It’s a life saver for people who smoke cigars like me, they have a buy 4 and get one free deal on all cigars!!! And they let me mix and match , doesn’t get better than that!

Had a defective disposable device auto firing, went in the next day to see swap it out and they gave me a new one that day, super cool dudes there with a big selection. 100% recommend.

They have so many options for flavored vapes to choose from for a reasonable price. And the people that work there, are always nice and patient. I totally recommend this place.
