Service fantastic! Massage fantastic! The Only complaint ever is that the talking in the lobby is way too Loud for the relaxation part in the front room... or if the door opens and people walk through where the chair massages are or the foot massages are its too loud...need it quieter in those front rooms for the Relaxation part to work.

First time ever today and very very VERY impressed. I had Tom for a 30 minute chair massage and he was outstanding. FromBooking the appointment online to being greeted at the front to the actual massage, 10/10 ⭐️…hands down! Thanks Tom! I will absolutely be back. If you’re considering this place, Run don’t walk! Very clean and professional!

Massage was good, great pressure, lasted the whole hour. Was planning on scheduling a follow up massage until I went to check out. I paid in cash, the lady checking me out insisted I tip (I was going to already, I was just getting my money situated), and when I was pulling out cash to tip, she said No, 20%, so I handed back a $20, and they gave me a few dollars change. It was just a really weird experience and it didnt make me want to go back

Great facility, wonderful staff and very accommodating experience. Usually able to book the day of which is nice when you have an unexpected break in your schedule. I get the 30 minute chair massage nearly every week and its 100% worth it. The full body massage is also top notch.

This place is wonderful!! Both my husband and I had the hand, arm, and foot massage. It was so relaxing. He fell asleep!! We felt so good when we left.

Husband’s massage was interrupted a few times and felt that pulled from the atmosphere. Massage itself was great. I had a facial - which also had some interruptions, however I did not feel it took away from my experience as they were timed with things that needed to set (I.e. serum, mask). My face was glowing when I left and I would try them again. My husband is undecided if he would.

Best massage ever!! Such thoroughness. Really worked on each tight muscle area. Hot stones moving up & down back at one point great. Feeling much better! Highly recommend.

Ouch! Rough, tough, and don’t care! I might as well have been a piece of chicken and her hand was a mallet. They never even asked what areas I would like them to focus on. My back hurts more, afterwards. I do not recommend.

First time I come she does stronger and little hurt my shauder but fine , second time I’m told on register and ok . If you something y need told on register table , lady do mass No English . 5 star!

New builder was a nice fancy room but Very disappointed in my massage. Left in severe pain for multiple days after the fact . Plus it was a couples massage and the two people doing the massages were talking 90% of the time to each other. Will not go back. And do not recommend for someone looking that is not familiar with the area!

I consider myself a massage expert. I am 60, play tennis, golf, and do manual labor on my rental properties daily. Definitely have been to many upscale spas. This place is absolutely SURPRISING! My massage was great. Very few massage therapists have gotten the knots in my back to release…SHE DID IT!!! Highly recommend

I have enjoyed visiting Asian Relation Center for several years. My favorite service is the reflexology. After visiting other place in town, there is no comparison to the excellent service. I strongly recommend you try them out.

If you are looking for a genuine deep tissue massage, for a great price, in a calm atmosphere without any frills, then this is a must-go. I have been multiple times and have always walked out with only one regret - that I didnt have more time to be there. On top of the high-quality massage, the staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Youll feel better for days after getting a massage here.

The place was beautiful ! I’m a truck driver and they found the knots and worked on them until they were gone! Perfect pressure and reasonably priced! Nice people.

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! Hubby and I went on a quick getaway and decided to get a massage. Booked this location because it was not far from where we were staying. The location is is decent BUT both myself and my husband left discussing how PAINFUL this massage was and the people massaging talked too much even if they were so called whispering. But what really made me decide that we will NEVER come back is after I paid, I gave the lady a cash tip she proceeds to tell me how it was not enough for all she did! Be glad I tipped at all after how painful it was and I was charged a fee for using my card on such an expensive bil!!

Avoid this place at all cost, the masseur is not professional at all, on top of that, they insist for cash tip and pay cash at front desk. Not even 5 minutes after my massage started, my masseur asked me everything was ok, I responded all is going well. He then suggested me to pay cash and tip in cash which I didnt have on me. I carry my credit card most of the time. I didnt respond to his suggestion, so he seemed to have apply much less pressure. At this point I asked him to increase the pressure which he didnt do. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy. After the massage, I pointed out to the young lady at the front desk my bad experience and she didnt seem to care either. All I got from her was that they accept both cash and card but if we pay card we will also need to pay a fee. So I think they are trying to avoid paying taxes.. the IRS better have a look at this salon. I have also filed a consumer complaint about their behavior.

Very clean facilities, very attentive massage therapists on staff. Extremely respectable, and respectful of the clients. Very peaceful and tranquil dark environment for chair massage. Finds the spots you didnt even know needed attention. Go in with a headache come out feeling Zen. Same day service available makes this very very nice for those of us who live with headaches due to back pain and neck pain. Absolutely wonderful massage!Update August 2023, this is the only place to get a massage. You actually get someone who focuses on the muscles that are tight and doesnt just ignore the tight spots. Wendy went above and beyond trying to work those muscles that have been bugging me for so long and I walked out of there without any hip pain. This is the first time Ive been without pain in my hip in 3 months and Ive gone to acupuncture, chiropractor, physical therapy, other massage therapists and even the stupid Urgent Care to get x-rays because I was so worried I might have a degenerative hip disease or something silly. Turns out I just needed Wendy. Ill be seeing her every week! Dont let the language barrier fool you these people know exactly what theyre doing when it comes to massage and they know how to keep a clean environment and they are very respectful. I love this place!!

AMAZING MASSAGE! I wish I was local so I could be a regular client. I had a 60 minute Swedish massage and it was awesome! The masseuse put a lot of strength into working out the knots in my upper back and neck from being on a computer 24/7. I could hardly move the next day from being so sore but it was a good sore. Now I feel like Ive been to a chiropractor, it was like getting a more in depth adjustment! Prices were great too! Fantastic value!

Was a total pleasure. I had two areas that needed special attention. One was due to a surgery that had to be light and the other was a muscle is showing my leg. She was efficient, professional, and excellent all around. Well definitely be going back.

Very disappointing reflexology. Was more of a foot rub than anything. Did a nice job relaxing shoulders while feet were soaking but then just rubbed tons of lotion on legs and feet. Never used thumbs to identify pressure points on the bottom of my feet. Lots of money for 45 minutes of a foot rub.

Terrible customer service. 1st I made the appointment more then 24hrs before hand knowing it was a slight risk bc I am on the road traveling but I was in a lot of pain so me and my partner set the time to be right when we would be driving threw to take a break. Reservations went threw perfect they took my info all went smoothly then2 hours before my appointment they change my time to 45 min earlier then I set it as with out asking so we rushed to get there without stopping for a meal just to be sure to make it we were almost there 20 min early and they canceled my appointment all together no contact I called to see why they never answered never returned my call. Worst customer service ever. And then it was to late to make another appointment some where else.

Had a 30 min chair massage and 30 min reflexology after a three hour surf session and a 7 mile run the day before. The massage was excellent. They really got in there and worked the knots out. Will be my go to from here out.

I’ve been having horrible pain on my upper left side near my neck (pinched nerve or strained muscle). I work 40 plus hours a week in an office setting & I am sitting in front of a computer most of my day which was making my pain worse. I decided to make an appointment not realizing I was going to be able to get one the same day! My shoulder feels 1000x better & my whole body is so relaxed. For $25 plus tip for a 30 minute chair massage you can’t beat it!! Highly recommend! You are not in a private room you are in a big open area with other customers around you but the way it is set up it isn’t distracting nor caused any issues for myself in being able to relax. Already booked my appointment for an hour full body massage next week..can’t wait! 👍👍👍

Awful experience. I made an appointment online for my daughter and me two weeks in advance and they only at me down for one person. I was most definitely specific about two people because we each travel over an hour each to meet in Wilmington.They didn’t have enough staff to handle two people for anything else. So we asked to use the rest room and saw that the whole place was messy and dirty! I couldn’t wait to get out the door.

Best massage Ive gotten in Wilmington. Get the hour long deep tissue in one of the private rooms. They got to all the trouble areas in my back and neck, and my muscles feel great.

I booked a 30 minute chair massage. It was supposed to start at 1. I got there 5 minutes early and they took me back. She ended the massage at 1:15. I asked how long it had been. She said I got there at 12:40. That is a lie. I have a receipt from Kohls showing I made a purchase at 12:50 before I went to the massage. Not only did she cheat me out of 10 minutes, during the massage she stopped a couple times to go ring other people up at the register. Dont waste your money here like I did!

Please do not go here!! I went for a massage and I always leave my underwear on for massages (it’s a comfort thing for me) and during my massage, the woman pulled my underwear off without my consent. I didn’t realize what was happening until they were removed. Along with this, during my massage, I opened my eyes to look at what tool the woman was using (I could tell it wasn’t her hands) and it was a coat hanger! She was using a wooden coat hanger on my back! Totally unacceptable and inappropriate practices. Please be wary visiting here.

Kevin was wonderful. I had a deep tissue massage. I have been suffering pain running from the back of my neck down my left arm for months. He knew exactly where and with what pressure to massage. I would recommend this place and Kevin over and over again. I feel like I stepped out of a dream. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. Thank you!

I was here today and my back fell worsted then it did before my appointment.i was only going tip $5. The person who check me out that is not good enough for what you got they said $10 is good. I will never go back again, just waste my money on this massage

I had been needing a deep tissues massage for awhile. If your looking for a deep tissue massage this place is definitely the place. They really worked on my back which is what I needed.

I was down at the coast for a few days of R&R. Over the weekend my body turned into one huge knot and I decided it was time for my first massage. The Asian Spas were the only ones open on Saturday and Sunday so I researched them looking for a “real massage”. I wasn’t looking for the “happy ending”, I needed a REAL massage. I took a chance in the Asian Relaxation Center and it was wonderful!!! Great deep tissue massage!!! I felt like a new man when I left. I’m not sure of the Ladies name but she was awesome. When I get back to the coast I will probably visit them again.

While in Wilmington, looked for a good deal on a massage. It is a college town, I didnt find a lot, and some were double the price of this place. Needed a girls day, so I took my sons girlfriend here for her first foot spa, neck, shoulder,arm,legs feet massage while seated in the comfy reclined chairs. The water foot soak was nice and the therapists were good at finding issues/painful spots without us having to tell them. Was totally relaxing and we left refreshed.The workers were a bit chatty coming in and out of the seated massage room, but it wasnt that loud, as some say in reviews.As a licensed massage therapist, I know when a massage is good, or if someone is just going thru a routine, and they did a good massage here.

Went here for the first time today and I cannot say enough good things! I booked my appointment less than an houe beforehand which was a saving grace because I desperatley needed a message! The whole staff was extreamly kind and attentive and Lee, who did my deep tissue massage, was AMAZING!! I did not wait very long to be seen at all, the atmosphere is relaxing and the space is much larger than meets the eye. I left feeling so relaxed and 100x less tight. I will be visiting again!

Came here for the very first time to do a 30minute body massage. Let me tell you, they really get in there. I loved every minute of it. I love how they ask: if you prefer chair or table;They drape a towel over you to help warm up your body and to ensure its dry and not moist;I had some serious knots and she thoroughly worked them out. It hurt at first but in a couple minutes, it was so worth it.After the massage, they put a hot towel on you and get rid of the excess oil. That was my most favourite part. A+ massage service. I gave them a tip afterwards and she was most appreciative. Definitely coming back next month.

Mary was excellent, she got into every tension and rubbed them with good strength and energy. I feel like a whole new person! I enjoyed the use of hot stones and hot towels. She did the whole 60 minutes, unlike a lot of other hour massages in town. It was fantastic!

Always enjoy getting my neck and feet massaged here, I’ve learned after coming here many times that I prefer the guys to do the massage because they use a good amount of grip and force and it always puts me to sleep. One of my favorite places for a massage in Wilmington. Wish their prices were more like the other places I’ve been to but for the price it’s pretty good.

I’ve been to several massage salons including very fancy and pampering ones, not to say I didn’t have a good experience there, but I have found that at Asian Relaxation Center I feel amazing when I leave and for some time after, the staff is so sweet and calls me by name when ever I call or walk in. They are so professional and are amazing at what they do. I strongly believe that since coming here I notice a huge difference in my overall wellness and I thank you all very much for your wonderful service!

Unbelievably great massage by Hi. I have low back issues and plantar fashitius on my feet and my physician (yes doctor, MD) recommended this place for my issues. Got a 30 minute deep tissue back massage then 30 minutes for the feet. I walked out pain free. Cant believe I didnt know about this fantastic find!

They offer walk-in appointments, but they prefer if you call ahead. Chair and foot massages happen in one large, dimmed room, but its very relaxing, with music and a fish tank. There are rooms in the back for table massages. Everyone there is very nice, and Eve is a great masseuse. This is where to go if you want a massage that actually does something; you may be in a little pain but afterwards you feel amazing!

Over all the massage was really good .At no point was I uncomfortable . The majority of issues that I needed worked on were addressed . Negative remarks: I wasnt asked to fill out an intake form .Nor was I asked what areas I wanted them to focus on. The massage started face down . Not knowing the exact time . However, it appeared to be 30 minutes the massage was conducted over the sheet on the entire back of the body . Lotion was then applied to back, neck, shoulder and arms . The areas that were massaged were massaged well .The massage ended with a hot stone and hot towel .I am a runner so I wish the front of my legs were addressed . Over all I am pleased with the massage.

I signed up for the deep tissue yet received reflexology and Swedish massage ..very little deep tissue even after I asked. The problem was my masseuse could not speak English so even after cking out he couldnot explain and later sent me a bill for a 26 dollar tip. Sorry I don’t tip when you a misrepresented what you do and b did not do as I asked so no tip and kinda one and done won’t go back geeze Louise 😳

Deep tissue massage was decent. Pressure was moderate. I would of preferred more focus on my back and hone in on my knots and tension spots.. Price is fair. Nothing to run back too. Overall just ok.

The best massage in Wilmington. Not a fancy salon but the best massage you can get for the money! Tip well, because their services are underpriced for the quality you get, in my opinion. If you like a lighter touch be sure to ask, because a massage here is a workout!

If youre looking to get the worlds best back massage this is the place to go. Whenever my husband and I visit Wilmington this is a MUST go -to. Its intense and sooooo pain relieving afterwards.

I had a 30 minute table massage just to get me through until I can get in with my massage therapist and it wasn’t even worth the time or money. The young man providing the massage was clearly not very educated in massage therapy. Will not make this mistake again!

I had a same day appointment this evening and it was wonderful! The building was nice, the music was relaxing and Hi was incredible and professional. I cant believe I never knew this place existed before today. I will for sure go back! Highly recommend. I cant believe this place wasnt fully booked.

Just walked in at 11am for a 30 min foot massage and they were not busy. They told me they couldn’t work me in and couldn’t get to me. So I went down the road and had another Asian massage place get me right in for a massage.

I have been going to this place for several years now, I am sorry for those that have not had a good experience.I have only had the best. I will say full body does not include legs and feet, they need to explain this. Foot massage is excellent.

Massages are always great! They are different than your typical day spa massages. Great for deep tissue, concentration on particular areas of tension.

Tried to make an appt and they got the day wrong. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Massages are decent but unfortunately making an appt over the phone can be fraught with peril.

Highly recommend to anyone in need of a feet reflexology.
