I cannot say it enough that Alexis, who told me she typically worked at Holly springs/Canton location, is absolutely a gem of an employee. This wasnt my first visit to the location, but it was the first time I received such exceptional customer service from start to finish that I felt compelled to say something about it. She was GENUINELY friendly, extremely knowledgeable about every little thing I asked, and she managed to sell me on an amazing water pipe that Im beyond pleased with. Mind you, I didnt go in for any glass at all 🤣 I actually got what I wanted, left, and went back in because I couldnt stop thinking about everything shed told me about the sale pricing and quality of the piece she had showed me.With how stressed we our as a society, interactions like this are becoming less and less common and it was an absolute pleasure to see someone putting in the effort to be a light in this world . This chain of smoke/vape shops just continues to improve and impress. I especially love the new location, located so closely to me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their jobs which implies that the owner/manager is doing well, and, they restock items requested quickly and always answer the phones promptly. Very impressed with this store.

Dont buy from here bruh. Bought a battery and after one day of use the button stuck. When I tried to take it back they refused because electronics are finicky also they dont have their return policy posted anywhere. Buy online. They have return policys and warranties. DEFINITELY SKIP THIS PLACE
