TOBACCO KING and VAPE

Very nice shop, ok selection of vape products and juice, but extremely sub par customer service. Im on a budget so I asked for the cheapest tank available. The young man suggested tanks in the $45 to $50 range while having some for $14.99. If I hadnt asked I wouldve gotten screwed. The salesman wasnt friendly or inviting at all. What a shame for such a nice shop to have employees like that. I dont know if I actually want to return.

This is the best smoke shop around! I just moved to the area and I can always count on Anas and his team to provide quantity service and products.

I’ve been going to this shop for a couple of months now and I have not had one bad experience. Anas is normally there when I go and his service has been perfect since the first day I went. All of the employees are all very friendly people. Their recommendations are always really good as well.

My go to for Rechargeable Vape’s. I’ve been to a couple of other tobacco King stores. This one has good parking but Anas the guy in the store today takes this review. Hegreets you as you as you walk in (rare in some spots). What I really like about this visit was that there were a couple of us waiting but there was a guy who really didn’t know what he wanted. I really think that his patience and ability to explain the products and take the time to ask people waiting for their go to products and their input was a good. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I think this kid should be rewarded. Sometimes it only takes one interaction to win or lose business.

A nice clean shop (on the inside) with friendly and helpful employees. But the outside is horrible - piles of trash, with debris blowing everywhere, make it extremely uninviting. The shop is simply not a good neighbor.

My guy Anas is a real stand up guy. Nothing but good business when ever I come here. Moving to the area was hard coming from DC, but the Tobacco King always has what I want to keep up with my smoking needs. EXCELLENT customer service GREAT deals what more can you ask from your local smoke shop? 10/10 for Anas and 10/10 for the store.

Stopped in here for the first time today. The place is so clean and well-organized! The business owner was very proud of this new store that he started-- and super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back :-)

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to replace a mode that wasnt working properly and the young man took a look at my mode, took battery out and had to go to google to diagnose the issue. He claimed that it was a battery issue and that I should be charging the battery through the mode. Any other shop I have gone to, highly suggested charging batteries with an external charger. He was insistent on what he read on google and used a blade to open the port for my mode, without my permission. Went to Vape Village, not too far from this shop and the person diagnosed my issue properly (I do have leaky tank which seems to have caused the problem I was having with my mode) I have been to other Tobacco King locations with much better service. Needless to say, I will never return to this location again.
