This place is great! Really well stocked. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I enjoy coming in every week. If youre looking for a new smoke/vape shop PLEASE give them a try and I promise they will not disappoint.

Spent over $70 on two juices that were more than a year over the expiration date. Make sure you check the BEST BY date before you purchase!

If I could give a lower star I would. Hours say Saturday 10am to 9pm doors were locked.

I visited it before it officially opened, and the previous saleswoman was very helpful to me; so, after that, I have been going there once a month.

The customer service was fantastic. The associates were able to help out with any and all questions, and if they werent sure then they double checked. Quality products and pricing as well. Highly recommend.

This has got to be the best customer service Ive received from a place of business in ages. I drove past this place one afternoon and I began to go online to learn more about it. As I was doing my research I began to notice how warm and friendly the place felt just by looking at the pictures. I decided to go back a few hours later so that I can form my own opinion and I was so pleasantly surprised how I felt right at home in this beautiful establishment. The owner was kind, courteous, hospitable, and very knowledgeable about the products. I didnt feel like a customer but more like and extended family member. I highly recommend coming to this place even if its just to drop by and say HI.

My cousin went today to buy a ooze pen slim twist and when he got it we noticed it is counterfeit after buying it.Online and the ooze pen company says that it the button light is ALWAYS green and there should be authentication code! When we use it, it shows blue color which is TOTALLY WRONG! This product is fake and there is a guide on ooze pen website explaining what to look out for regarding slim twist fakes/counterfeit and all of the things to look out for regarding this product matched and is FAKE!! ALL OF THEM!!The front desk African American Somalian guy with glasses starting cursing my cousin out and making fun of him (making rude comments about his voice and how he talks/sound when my cousin was acting completely nice!) he was basically bullying my cousin to a point where he explained it all to me. I’m truly disappointed about this fake product and horrible customer service with that freaken BULLY manager! Nothing is going to resolve this issue. I’m so mad…

10/10 place and customer service!! I now make a 1hr30min drive just to come get my vapes/backwoods and it’s worth every minute of it! Ask for ilyas and you will not be disappointed!!

Bad customer service. they will NOT take responsibility for their mistakes. I had previously removed my negative comment because at least the employee at the store fixed my problem, but after seeing the unprofessional response of the manager on yelp I realized they still fully deserved 1 star

Moved to neighbourhood and found this. Wow nice selection of cigars. My go to shop from now onwards. Have been there many a times and every time staff is nice and courteous.

Great store and service! Our first two visits to Nash were to buy CBD products. The third time was to buy a Vape, which we knew nothing about. The owner, who is lovely and patient, explained the different Vape juices to us and we sampled a lot of flavors. We chose two non-nicotine flavors, which we didnt know was an option, plus she gave us a sample product to take home. She also showed us how the Vape pen that we chose worked. We highly recommend Nash! While you are there, look up - the ceiling is beautiful!

Way way over priced on their juices compared to other places around the country almost double !!! Not worth it .
