Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge bar location I went to with my friends for a Trivia tournament. The waitress said this place can hold 1,200 people!!! Wow!! Bars everywhere. I dont know if youve ever played Fallout: New Vegas, but the main area by the stage and bars feels VERY similar in layout to the building where the raiders were fighting in that game. Very strange thing to notice, but I thought it was cool :D
Visited on a concert night, where we had a table in the VIP area (less expensive than it sounds) and was generally happy with the experience.Pros: Excellent pizza, excellent sight lines, good sound system, good entertainment, large, clean bathrooms (though your mileage will vary based on the crowd as to how clean)Cons: Fried foods all had a fishy taste from calamari being cooked in the same oil, drinks were very weak/watery (canned drinks were fine), bands started over an hour late
The Piazza - Aurora is an exceptional venue that I cant praise highly enough. From its impeccable management to its spacious layout, every aspect of the experience is top-notch. With multiple levels of seating, every guest enjoys a fantastic view of the stage, ensuring a memorable show experience. The venue boasts a top-of-the-line sound system, accompanied by an impressive light show and video screens, elevating the entertainment to another level. The professionalism of the staff is evident in every interaction, showcasing their dedication to providing an extraordinary experience for patrons. Having had the opportunity to perform at this venue, I confidently rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. If youre looking for a venue that exceeds expectations, look no further than The Piazza - Aurora.
Kayla is the best server/bartender around. Ive been going for a couple years now and she is so friendly and attentive. We never have to wonder where our server is or what kind of service we are going to get when she is there. She truly makes our visits there worth it.
First off, I dont know how this place is staying in business. I pre-ordered a table in the balcony for four, our server told us a list of things that they could not make as far for mixed drinks and that there was no beer on tap upstairs. All the staff members are unprofessional, and they make you feel like you are bothering them when you are the customers. They can not do mixed drinks because when I asked for an old fashioned it was wrong. Their soda was also flat. I went downstairs to get another old fashioned from the bartender and she said that they do not like to make them, but I had her make it anyway, and it was awful. Everyone seems very unprofessional, and the drinks are gross. The pizza we ordered was supposed to be well done and when we told the server he looked put off by the mistake they made. They fixed it, but the pizza was not good at all. We ordered a thin crust, but it was super thick. We had the pretzel bites and cheese curds, which were greasy but edible. This review has nothing to do with the music performance and everything to do with this establishment. We will never be back.
We came here for a show and the doors were supposed to open at 6pm and the staff claimed the band was not done setting up, doors didnt open till after 7pm and the security staff was so disorganized it was almost comical. After getting let in the venue it was good, there are really no bad vantage points, drink prices are great, food was good. Sound was great, we need to do a better job in getting butts in the venue.
Comfortable cavernous sports bar and entertainment stage. Welll designed and nicely thought out eating and drinking space but the cigar smoking room isnt kept up or cleaned properly and needs to be serviced better to be a viable area. Because of this the cigar smell permeates way beyond the designated smoking area.
I love the lay out of this bar! Very spacious seating and the stage is pretty big. I’m not sure if it was just a lite night the day I went, but the bar service was nice 😊 I appreciate the fact that they have many stalls in their restroom so their wasn’t a wait to use it! A bit far from home, but I do hope to come again!
Love this place. If you’re a volleyball player, they have leagues in the summer. If you’re a music lover, they do concerts year-round with high profile artists for the area. There’s a smoke room, a betting area, and slot machines as well as two bars! Friendly staff that will remember your face if you’re in regularly too 🫶🏼
I don’t want to take away from the food and atmosphere but I need to bring to attention this manager Amy who refused to talk to me after she made her server come and reopen a tab to pay for ranch. My problem isn’t the paying for ranch but how petty is this place. I come weekly in addition to coming in a group of 6. The tab is easily 500-600$ a week sorry if that’s not enough. This could have all been avoided if she just came out and explained what her issue was.-edit Dan came out and did his best to rectify the situation which is why I made and edit to this review still nothing from Amy who charges 4$ for ranch when there 75 cents and I got two.
This is my first time at Piazza, and let me tell you, it was amazing. I came here to see a lineup and this venue is spectacularly spacious and the sound quality is great! This might be one of my favorite venues for shows going forward. I look forward to having the opportunity to come back to see some more shows here. The atmosphere was great. The staff was friendly and the drinks were cold.. what more could a person ask for? 🙂
I realy want this place to do well. Staff has always been friendly, I love the building and all it has to offer. Pizza is good. I go there for cigar lounge as few places now to be able to smoke inside. The furniture I recognize from at least 15 years ago and some in desperate need of replacement. Half the light bulbs are out, and they are running out of ashtrays. Now, draft beer has been down for weeks.only one revolving door has been open. They both are missing handles , push bars, etc. The building is big and takes a lot to keep up, Im sure. I really want this bar to succeed and hope they can do more to keep up and hopefully add staff. Ill continue to support and hope profits are up so they can reinvest in the business
Came there for a Soul for Real concert, spent $160 on a table and they didn’t even show up! It seemed more like a talent show than a concert! Bobby Valentino was good but minimal. Food wasn’t great either. I ordered a wrap and it was basically mainly lettuce with a little bit of chicken. We were highly disappointed! Won’t go back!
Why havent I gone to this venue until now? I have no good excuse. Was formerly the Foundry, but now in association with Austins up in Libertyville on Rt. 137. Seem like the cooperation is working. Was there for Local H and Soul Asylum. Show was great. The venue is in the middle small side. Fairly shallow stage in side, pop up trailer stage in lot just to west of main building. Our show was inside. The facilities they have include; OTB, a hand full of electronic Gaming machines, large bar tiered up across from stage, balcony seating, smaller bar area up stairs (that is used as performer back stage area.), believe they have sand volleyball courts, and a couple of pool tables.Posted pics of the show.
I love this place! Great atmosphere, Great Staff, even better entertainment! Bobby at Afterlife is killing it with these show. We will definitely be back
Very rude management at this venue for bands coming to play there. A very negative environment to be in. The venue itself is neat, but the workers need to take pride in their jobs.
Bought tickets to a band then they cut them and another band. Wont give you a refund or straght answer about if they will be there or not. Id buy tickets at the door to avoid this they will just take your money and give you the run around. Also a $20 service fee when you buy tickets and a bunch of other hidden fees. Save your money.
Great place to watch a game. The staff is phenomenal and attentive. Pool tables, dart boards, OTB, gaming, Salerno’s pizza! Food and drink specials are very reasonable.Volleyball courts are open during the warm seasons. They have their own brewery, which is off-site.I use to come here back when it was a movie theatre in the 1980’s.This is a gem that everyone needs to visit for a fun time.
The Best Music Venue and Place to see a show in the burbs. There is literally no other venue that delivers the level of show Piazzas production team does. Hands Down.
Went for the first time on April 8th, 2024. First time at the the Piazza and I mist admit, very disappointing experience. This location charges a 3% hospitality fee to all transactions. When I asked the waiter what this covered, he had not clue. Ordered multiple drinks at the table and were told that we could not get glass of water after purchasing 9 drinks. It had to be bottled water if we wanted a water. A 14 Salerno pizza was $29.50. To be fair, there was a fair amount of toppings on it but would not purchase again.
This place is amazing. Had a very awesome vibe. We got front row seats to see Sam tripoli and Eddie bravo. We sat to the right of the stage in the front row and COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY SAID. Im sure they were funny but all we got was garble garble. Dude looked right at my girl and asked her a question five feet away and we could barely understand him. We tried to look happy and laugh when the crowd did so we didnt throw off the comedians but I think they noticed we were not happy. I hope this helps the sound guy fix this because it was a total bust because of the sound quality. Literally xg got up there first guy and we heard maybe five words clearly. The woman after him sounded pretty good we heard most of it but that was literally it. WE WERE IN THE FRONT ROW AND STILL MISSED THE SHOW. super disappointed. So Im sorry if we threw you guys off but dam. Otherwise we had a great time. Cheap tickets for front row. Staff was so cool. Its a place of legend for real. Its in its own bracket. Literally the only thing that went wrong was the sound guy. And I think it might be just because of where we sat. Huge tin foil hat fans who were right in front of them in the flesh. Ugh I just wish we could have understood what they were saying.
Food was fantastic from Salernos. Music and the sound were really good. Only issue was having to pay 3 dollars for a water when trying to hydrate in-between drinks.
Update your voice-mail and site for holiday schedules.A group of us arrived for nothing because you cant operate your business properly. No worries, we wont make that mistake again.
This venue was super cool, never been to a concert anything like this. We had a table and our own server during the concert which was nice. She did great but you could tell she was being over worked. Minus one star because the bathroom needs work, spend the money and buy some dividers for the mens bathroom.
Nice venue. The admission was $40. We were told there was only standing for general admission. However, 3/4 of the place was not occupied. The music was very questionable.🤨
We have our weekly sand volleyball league at the Piazza and the energy at this place is always electric! I havent spent too much time inside, but the outside area is spacious, has plenty of tables, and the service is great. I always look forward to my Tuesday nights here, meeting new people and gettin those Ws 🏐
Blonde Kayla ❤️. Great service. Unbelievable sooo beautiful Johnny on the spot can’t loose with Blonde Kayla. We will be back. Best hostess ever
Love coming here and chilling while eating some good foods. Customer Service is also superb!!!
A place with lot of potential. Its huge. We sat by the bar and it felt great with all the huge TVs in front. I really want to give 5 stars for the bar area with TVs etc. But some of the other things could have been better. I wish the menu card looked better (was really old). Also wish there was a drinks menu. The individual plates we got were paper plates. I agree its a sports bar and casual but paper plates threw me off a little. I would come back again and want to try the shows they have after around 9pm.
Nice venue, saw Escape, the Journey tribute band and they were excellent. The sound & acoustics were really good. Didnt have any food so I cant comment on that, but a good selection of beer & alcohol.
Had a great New Years Eve here but a lot of “but’s” lol Giving 4 stars because we had fun but would not get vip again if we ever did return. If you attend an event & get vip… Get there early! (I’m talking… first in line when they open early. Haha Luckily we did and snagged a table.) There were insanely long lines for vip the first two hours though and the drinks were horrendous. The buffet although DELICIOUS was over 30 minutes waiting in line. We took turns refilling our drinks. (They only let you do one drink at a time if both people aren’t in line so LOTS of time in lines.) The 10k “cash cannon” was as a scam. 🤣 Maybe they thought everyone would be too drunk to notice it wasn’t a cannon of 10k… but instead two women holding a tiny red cash gun that disappeared a second after countdown. 🤣Luckily we were early, like I said, so we got a nice table over the stage and had a good time until we made our way downstairs for the countdown. I’d like to note… general admission bartenders downstairs were 1000% more experienced than upstairs as well, maybe because they were paying cash for their drinks. Would suggest event hosts limiting VIP tickets sold. Giving 4 stars because we still had a good night & the venue is amazing.
Jackie was phenomenal! We came here for the 80s arena rock tribute band. Didnt expect to get such great service!! Comimg from someome who works in the industry, I was very impressed how Jackie handled the volume of people and whipped out those drinks speedy quick. Will definitely be back again!! Great time and great service all around. 12/10, will recommend to a friend!!!
This is a really cool venue. It is a huge bar, but also has rooms for rent for parties etc. The food was really delicious, and the bartenders were awesome. We did run out of pizza and had to find someone for more food. But other than that, it was great!
Went for a jazz event for my high-school. Very nice staff, pretty clean. And of course! Great music!
First timers to the Piazza last night for the Soul Asylum show. I cant be believe that this place has somehow escaped us for years. Great sound (wow), great atmosphere and great service and I mean really great! To the waitress wearing the mask and waiting the upper balcony seating last night, you were probably the best waitress weve ever had. The pizza smelled good but being vegan, our only wish was for some vegan options. Thanks again...and well be back!
This. Place. Was... AMAZEBALLS!! 🤘😎I had never been here before, and had come out to support some band family in a group he does side music with. This place is HUUUGE!! 🤩...I was too nervous to wander around too much because I was unfamiliar with most of the people there and also the building, so unfortunately I didnt get to see everything. They have a big room off to the side that appeared to be for horse betting. The bar sits on an upper level in the middle of the venue. The stage is REALLY big and sits high above the lower level area. Tons of seating all over, including the bar.I perused their menu before we went and they have a wide variety of menu options. (My husband wanted to eat somewhere else before we went, so I cant speak to the quality of the food served or the service.)Bartenders were attentive and the guy that served us was pretty cool and joking and friendly all night. (Even jokingly took a pic with my camera when I turned talking to my friends so I posted it to my Snapchat story. 🤣)Cant wait until another of my music family plays here so I can check out more of this place and try the food!!🤘😎
A was in the VIP section to see Saliva... We were treated like royalty is a phenomenal experience I highly highly highly recommend this if you have any liking of any of their bands that are coming their service is out of this world so is there food and seating or viewing any band is absolutely ideal floors level or recommended by me VIP
1st time here to see Puddle of Mudd. Staff was friendly. Website shows a restaurant inside but not available to us. Not sure why. We thought we could eat there before the show. Food inside pizza Italian beefs pretzel bites. Not the best food. If I would have known this would have eaten before coming. Staff friendly and there is a room for the smokers. Now lets talk about the band lead singer couldnt sing due to his voice. Sound was horrible hardly could hear them from ground floor. Not sure I will be back.
I attended their Secretly Sad Halloween event. The venue maintained a clean and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire night. Numerous servers were on hand throughout the evening, ensuring attentive service. The bartenders, despite the crowd, were exceptionally friendly. The Piazza had a themed drink menu for the Halloweekend event - all amazing drinks with fun names.
Went there for a Taylor Swift event and it was a joke. The place was totally dead (although the cold could have scared people away), the DJ was terrible and there was absolutely no atmosphere.I wasnt expecting amazing food but the food we ordered was inedible. It was burned and tasted like old socks. They didnt even bother cleaning the parking lots. They were full of snow and it was impossible to distinguish where the spots where.Disappointing experience all around
First time coming here from NC. We came here after with friends after the wedding cause of the rain. We had to pay a $10 cover charge for a band that was playing outside, that we wasnt not even going to see. We try to explain that to them but we still had to pay it. Food was decent except for the chip and salsa. Giving them a 2 star cause at less the main food was really good. But i dont understand paying for a band thats outside, that Im not even there to see and just wanted food.
Im giving this place 1 star for the horrible experience my friends and I experienced Saturday Jan 13th. Everyone was forced to wait outside in the freezing cold and no explanation was given. The doors were supposed to open at 7pm and we didnt get in until around 9:30pm despite having a reserved table.Security was rude and had no compassion for what everyone in line was going through.I would never go back and never encourage to go there either.
Great place, the stage was very close to the sitting area, I had the pizza which was amazing, fully loaded, crust was nicely done, wait staff was good. We had a great time!!
At Piazza as I’m typing this. Payed for VIP just for STANDING in front of the stage. Had to pay $200 just to get seated. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and still haven’t received any service and keep getting ignored. My recommendation NEVER COME HERE. It’s not worth your money or time. People that work here are ignorant. Go spend your money where You can spend your money to get service. Had to walk downstairs to get your own drinks and food. Ridiculous!!!!!
Great place for live music, a bit highly priced for suburbs. Good on an evening is good, menu fits.Service can be sporadic at best, as a guy I can see how a lady can get ignored at the bar. They should have a more frequently visiting acts, instead of a one off, maybe 2x a yr.
I was @ Piazza new years weekend, I had the fried Calamari and the cheese curds, both of which were very delicious, fresh, hot, it was obvious that they prepare the food fresh when you order it! I definitely highly recommend Piazza , the event I attended was awesome, well planned , security is tight so you feel safe, staff is very friendly and everyone was so helpful. I love Piazza, my new hang out
I absolutely love this venue. I have been here for 4 shows, Warrant, LA Guns, Dokken and a PJ cover band. It is great to have such a cool venue in the area as it is something I have wanted for a long time. Place is plenty spacious for live shows. Yet the concerts are very intimate as the stage is set up so well.Beer prices are very fair and I like that they have Whiskey Hill Brewing on tap. I genuinely hope it catches on as its one of the best live concert experiences for a bar that I have ever had. The concerts were some of the highlights of my year and I plan to go back to any hard rock bands they host again.
In my humble opinion, this place would skyrocket if the owners would install some fantastic, and well-placed, acoustic panels. As it is, the great speakers are defeated by the building walls bouncing sound all over the place. It seems nobody understands how needlessly trashy the sound is. Too bad, too. The place has serious potential.
TVs are big that’s about all that’s good. Went on a Sunday to watch the bears game, all the tables were full. Fine. Went to the bar to get a drink, was ignored the whole time workers were busy but also not attentive . Ended up leaving. Also would’ve just been fine if they opened up upstairs for the game, but probably still wouldn’t have been looked after
Show changed last minute from outside to inside, should have started at 8, start time pushed back several times until 9, smoking lounge not accessible unless you pay VIP and no re-entry is allowed. Place is poorly designed with too many walls and sections such that stage is not viewable without paying for VIP. Will never return.
Food is quite mediocre. Played bingo here, and it was a nice time. The huge cinema like screens allowed it to be easier to read and stay along with the game, unlike smaller environments with several little TVs. Been at this location for a different event prior and it is a fun night life out.
Our group of 6 were there to see Warrant. I won the meet and greet and an autographed tshirt. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. It was our first time and wont be our last! Stevie, who arranged the meet and greet, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help coordinate the meet and greet. The only wrinkle in the night was that I brought my own 8x10 photos for autographs and my own markers. The band refused to sign and only would take a photo with us. I spent $30 on the 8x10s and Stevie felt so bad that he was able to get the band to sign autographs after the show. The band also didnt provide me with my tshirt. I cant say enough how much I appreciate Stevies assistance throughout the night. He was very professional and accommodating!
Didnt stay for food ended up seeing a d.j katsctatch was definitely decent 👌 would go back
This place was amazing when it was foundry, my family and I still go for pizza and enjoy that. But if they have an event they close early for dining, so you have to look at the calendar. Plus the OTB is gone, that is an absolute fail on there part.
We went there to see a concert. Theres supposed to be a restaurant with a full menu. They only offered limited selections that night. We got there early to have dinner but once we got in we couldnt leave to go eat and come back. The food was okay but not what we expected. We would like to have seen more menu selections. My spouse was happy to find that there was a place for her to go smoke and come back. The beer selections were also very limited. We also got there earlier expecting to use the pool tables and shuffleboard but those were unavailable.
Im not sure what what happened to my review I left, there wasnt any issues when I was there. Service was great, I never ate. So I cant comment on the food. But friends are there regularly and Ive never heard any complaints.I visit every now and then so Im not a regular. But I did enjoy myself
I shouldnt have to pay $120 and up to sit at a table for a event especially if i also want to eat , tickets to events arent bad for GA , I didnt eat here because I didnt want to pay the ridiculous price for a table
Went for a concert & I have no complaints. The staff was accommodating & kind.
Had an AMAZING time tonight duting the Emo themed night. All of the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, which helps create a fantastic atmosphere. They do ID before you walk into the facility, which I personally like. The place was HUGE, a little overwhelming for my first time, but was very tidy, had plenty of games to play, and delicious food and drinks. I had some mocktails, because I dont drink when I drive, and they were so pretty, and very tasty. I believe it was the owner who offered free shots, and my friend told me that the shot was very good as well. He also gave us a whole heart shaped pizza on the house, which blew me out of the water! He was also really kind and easy to talk to when I was waiting for my friends to show up. The restrooms were also very clean as well.If I could give this place, and the whole experience a 10 star rating, I would give it a 12. Was just that fantastic!Thank you to all the people there to make an enjoyable night to remember!
Nice place but servers dont pay much attention to the tables
Went to see 16 candles here. Tha venue was awesome, I really enjoyed the show and the venue. Bartender was on it despite being a busy night, kudos to her. Definitely going back for the venue itself
Band was 5 stars top notch. The establishment however was trash and over priced. No beer on tap? What? Over priced, will never be back. What a shame it has great potential!
Went here for the first time on Saturday to see LA Guns, and what a great venue! You feel right at home, all the people and staff here are friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. Fantastic place to see live music!!
Terrible experience. We attended their Beatles Brunch last Sunday. The server told us that they were short staffed and please be patient. Thats fine - I have no problem with patience. Several in our party have experience in food service. However, when the food came, everything was wrong. Things that were ordered never made it to the table - but still showed up on the bill. No condiments were ever brought to the table - no salt, pepper, ketchup, nothing. The menu offered breakfast sandwiches consisting of eggs, cheese, Canadian bacon on an English muffin - we were brought barely toasted English muffins with some scrambled eggs thrown on them. We kept going back to the server, but she was so busy that she didnt care. Again, we had no problem being patient and waiting an hour for our food, but we expected it to be correct - or at least have waitstaff that cared. Its too bad - a small concert venue like this would have gotten lots of business from me (its exactly the kind of place I enjoy seeing live music) but I will never return.I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
We went to see the Queen cover band! Outstanding performance! Kayla at the bar made our drinks and took our food order. (A table server greeted us after a long while so I went to Kayla for food and drinks)Calamari was tasty and pork nachos were very good! Bathrooms were clean too. Thank you!
How do I rate this place. Stopped in to check it out at 12:00 on a Wednesday. Limited menu since the cooks dont come in till 3p. The bartenders cook the food so if your at half a drink better order up before they go into the kitchen. It has an otb and a cigar lounge, plus the entertainment coming up is good. I will be back for a concert, just dont think I will return unless I want to bet the ponies
Good place for a concert for sure. Small enough to really enjoy a good show without feeling like you cant see the action. Didnt see a Lott of food options outside of pizza tho
The talent coming through this place this year has been off the chain!
Huge projector screen great for watching NFL with friends. Food was reasonably priced and good. Room lighting too dark for me. Friendly staff refunded money for a drink that didn’t taste right.
Nice stage if you ignore the support beam right in front. The service was outstanding. Great bartenders. However, ridiculously overpriced beer served in plastic Solo cups was very disappointing. Probably wont be going back there anytime soon.
You like sports on a normal basis, thats good. But this place will make you feel like you live for sports. Incredible screens, atmosphere, pizza, and that beer were so cold that I had frost bite. I stop in nearly every time Im in town and theres sports on.
The food is limited and awful. Beer selection was slim when we were there. Staff seemed depressed, not friendly or happy to be there.
Quite chilly inside. Bathrooms were lookin a bit rough. Beer selection is pretty nil and served in tiny plastic cups, which is a big no for craft beer especially and even moreso when theres only 10 people in the place. Were going to watch Kashmir tonight so lets see if its any better.
Awesome place. Bartenders were amazing. Only problem was since we were there at 3 and didnt leave until after 8, manager wanted us to pay an entrance fee because they had a band playing. Why would we pay for an entrance fee when we have been there for 4 / 5 hours ready. Manger was rude and said ( well you can leave ).
Some of my family and I went to Piazza for Derby Day. We had a great time and have already said that we will return there next year for the same event. I love the place the service was great the food was great what more could a guy say for Derby Day!!!
The Pizza is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and the stage set up for a show or sporting event is amazing. I’ll for sure be back for live music and to watch the Hawks on their big screens.
Outstanding venue there last night. Lita Ford ROCKED The house down. Hair Bangers Ball also Rocked. Restaurant food was outstanding. However except for the Security guard at the front. The rest of your younger Security staff need some racial profiling training.. I stood next to the first one guarding the VIP entry who threatened to throw a customer out 3 times for getting to close to the band members area to talk to his friend who was working as a rowdy this night. The customer is Def and has to get close to his friend to here what he was saying. And your bearded Security man just kept on threatening him. BTW I was standing there with the customers dinner from the restaurant. I should say I have 2 decades of Security work, starting with diamond Security here in the 90s.
The food here is tremendous. I ordered an appetizer of chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and they were very tasty with plenty of clean white meat. The traditional pizza with sausage mushrooms and green olives was well prepared with very fresh mozzarella cheese. The Turtle Cheesecake was magnificent. I never had such a dessert. I highly recommend this item. The service is very solid and the place is very well organized and has several venues for all types of people of all age groups. The restrooms are pretty clean but on high volume periods they can become nasty. This is the only negative. The parking lot is large well lit and has enough special needs spaces. Attend!!!
I love the volleyball league on Friday night. The service has always been rough at what was the Foundry and now Piazza. It hasnt improved. Hopefully as life returns to normal it will improve, but Im not optimistic. I will say though, that the new owners being a pizza chain, do a good pizza. Update: Service still stinks. I know everyone is understaffed. But when I cant even pay my bill, its too rough
Played volleyball for a friend. Food was gross. I guess the only thing you can really rely on here is the pizza.Update(6/2023):Nothing from my original review has changed. Subbed on a friends team tonight. Nothing has changed. The 2 stars on food is only because the pizza is Salernos and is good. Outside of volleyball and pizza this place is what it is.
I bought tickets for 11 people to attend the Lost 80’s live event. First it was changed from an outdoor event to an indoor event. Then we were told that it was standing room only!!! Then we were told that there would be no re-entry allowed, but there was a smoking lounge. Only to find out that you could not use the smoking lounge unless you purchased VIP seating. Then the concert that was suppose to start at 8 was delayed several times with a final start time of 9pm. They only had 1 regular kitchen size garbage can that was overflowing by 8pm and wasn’t even emptied until there was garbage all over the floor. You were unable to see the show because there were so many obstacles and walls. They had 5 large screen TVs that could have shown the show, but they only used 2 of the smaller TVs for viewing the band. The sound system was awful and you couldn’t understand anything that was being said. The lights were so bad that it look like amateurs were in control. This was my first and last time at the Piazza. I could have watched a better show on a tube tv in my living room. Poor quality all the way around.
Just your average pizza and only one brand of wine and our waitress didnt even know the brand. Nice to have a place to eat before a concert, but nothing to write home about. Loved the concert in the parking lot by ARRA! Plenty of space to dance and great sound quality. The cover charge of $13 was way over the area norm. I wont be coming here weekly due to the price and especially for the unknown bands that are on the roster for the next several weeks.
Frequent this place with my coworkers and we have always received consistent, good service. The place is clean and has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere which was surprising to me given the large wall of TVs that seems to be the centerpiece of the place. Food is good and doesnt take too long. Best fries Ive ever had. Theres a smoke room in the back of the place with TVs and lounge furniture to catch a break. Overall no complaints, would recommend this place.
Great place for volleyball and to watch a ballgame. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. On a rainy Tuesday night with 4 people at the bar, our drinks sat empty for 20 minutes! The bartender looked our directions several times! I order a fried chicken platter and 45 minutes later Im still waiting. No word or concern from the bartender. This place would be perfect if it was BYOB. Food is good IF you get it. I didnt think the service from the waitresses could be worse. Apparently it is at the bar. I couldnt imagine this on a night with 10 patrons.
Definitely hurting with not enough help for having a venue outdoors. Ate inside and only two working behind the bar to take drink and food orders. No condiments out..food came from the kitchen just to sit until the bartender served it; by that time he did it was getting cold. Took a while to get a drink. We were not allowed to bring food outside or allowed to go to our car with even our had stamped. Didnt serve a purpose to get our hand stamped if it didnt allow us to be able to leave and return. Came from Milwaukee and not familiar with their rules that were no where written to not be able to leave the grounds. You can have Marijuana legal but, are they afraid that people will go to their car to drink? If drinks would of been priced better and more help they would of made a killing of money. Service was not available. My friend advised he was going to the car to put food in the car and would return. He has an accident and so, did he not understand him? Then when he returned he didnt want to allow him back in. He told the security that he was from Milwaukee and not about to leave me and two other friends at the venue with him being the driver. He was rude to my friend. Really gives us a bad first time experience at your business and not sure if its worth returning. By the way main attraction was not worth seeing her. It was boring and didnt pay to hear them play their instrument instead of hearing more vocal. She probably cant sing anymore and uses her band to make up time for her not having vocal talent. Bored and left before it was over.
We went to a concert here and it was VERY crowded but the security in this place doesnt mess around! They are on top of everything! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
Not a bad place but unusual. You purchase tickets and you are assigned seats at a shared table. If everyone orders food, there is no room on the table. Beer was expensive at $5 for a six ounce plastic cup of draft beer. Not my type of venue.
Went for bone thugs and seen 10+ Worse than average openers. Got there at 8 and it was almost 1 or 12ish and we still hadn’t seen the headliner. No seating unless you bought a table. Drinks/pizza EXTREMELY over priced.Good security and the overall vibe was decent though. If you want to see a headliner and not stand around for hours DO NOT GO WHEN IT OPENS. Go like 4-5 hours after. Some free change for you.
Came for lunch/dinner and for the Belmont race. Sat at a table in the bar/restaurant area dedicated to horse racing. 15 minutes after sitting down, a server came to table next to us, who arrived after us, took their order and left, not even looking our way. The server returned to deliver the drinks and again left without a glance our way. Waited another 15-20 minutes and still no sight of any service. We took our business elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible experience, bought VIP Table tickets to the Ying Yang Twins concert and was immediately asked to sit upstairs in standing room only. After a nasty back and forth with the guy at the door were we seated. From 6:30 to midnight it was all local rappers. When the main headliners finally showed they played a few songs each and it was over. Hours of waiting, terrible service and overpriced alcohol. Never going back again.
Weve been attending at least a concert a month here. Always great service and never any issues. Seating is not crowded at all. And spaced so everyone gets around easily. Food selection changes based on the event.
This dropped from a 5 to 1 star until further action is taken. Went in to eat today 6/19/22 with my family. Waitress threw menu down and walked away the moment we sat down. No conversation, just threw it and walked away. The menu was a limited event menu. There was no events. There were no other customers dining in. Literally, we were the only 4 people dining in at 6pm. I was not sure why she was so rude on meet and greet. She came back and i asked her why we could buy the pasta on the regular menu. I was nice in asking. Her snippy attitude responded ive been working here 2 years and this is how its always been. Ive eaten here 8 times on Sunday and this is never how its been. Ive never seen this waitress before in my time eating here. The second I mentioned this to her she huffed and walked away. She had the audacity to come back and ask what we wanted to order. Dont expect a 70 year old couple to respond other than saying well take our business elsewhere. She huffed and walked away. Someone really needs to educate her on what a job actually is, terrible service. Normally servers are good; Sergio and the White manager girl. This was a Hispanic younger girl.
This has to be one of the worse I experienced in a while. I understand what’s going on these days with low staff but when you are hosting two huge fights you would think you need more staff? I literally asked the waitress if I could place an order for food, she responded “sure just a moment.” Well over 45 minutes I may have asked her two more times if it was a good time then and I got the same response. An hour passes I don’t see her anymore, I would of gotten up myself and order from the bar but leaving my area unattended I could lose my spot. I never seen or heard from her again. I had only one drink I order from the bar and left hungry after hours of being here.
Great venue for bands to play at inside or outside. Sometimes theyre understaffed & takes awhile to get drinks. Please fix the bathrooms faucets & blow dryers, most dont work & havent in a long while.
Ive been there mainly for concerts. great concert venue located in the fox valley mall property, plenty of parks. Love this place.
The venue and staff were great. Drinks were cold, the way they should be.The disappointment was with promoters who were in charge of the Busta Rhymes concert. My wife and I arrived at 7pm when the doors were being opened. We watched, several acts and by midnight decided to leave as the artist hadnt arrived yet. First time coming back to the venue since it changed from the Foundry. Complete disappointment.
Great medium size venue for the show we saw last night. Palmer Squares and Tropadelic were amazing! Drink prices were some of the cheapest weve seen at an entertainment venue and bartenders were attentive and efficient. Love that they had an indoor smoking room. Only downside is for covid, there were seemingly no procedures in place, but when you go to a concert with general admission and drinks it is what it is. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but great overall vibe.
Love their Pizza its awesome.Their wings are absolutely fantastic. Perfect amount of bradding very meaty and no fat.I get carry out.
Went here for the Triple G fight and there was a $15 cover. Thats $10 more than his last fight. We paid the entry and sat. The waitress was nice and accommodating. The menu was sparse and very limited but not much to expect from a sports bar. The TVs were awesome but we ended up leaving early because they couldnt get the fight to play. They did refund our money back. I wish they would have told us sooner (we put 2 and 2 together) that they were having issues so we could have planned accordingly.
Saw a great show last night-Almost Queen. Had a great time and band sounded great once they figured out the sound system issues that were apparent during the 1st 2 songs. Plenty of space. Great place to see a show. Well be back
Sunday breakfast with the Beatles, sounded like a good idea, but the Salernos were ill prepared for such an event. Checking in took over 45 minutes. Service was slow and infrequent. We would go 20 minutes at a time before we see our server. Took our drinksorder fairly quickly but ordering breakfast took another 40 minutes. They cant claim being under staffed since tickets were purchased in advance. After mother 45 minutes went by before we started seeking our server to ask about the food where abouts.Server blamed the kitchen and 15 minutes later the food showed up cold, not luck warm, rather room temperature cold. Tried couple of bites before we threw in the towel. It was just bad, cold eggs do not go down easy. I will skip the commentary about the poor quality of the endless mimosas as I dont expect top-shelf champaign in these settings, but they were warm. Again, bad warm mimosas dont go down easy.Manager stop by, did offer to redo our food or a credit. But not an apology. At this point weve been here for 3 hours and didnt want to sit for another round of where is our food.Half the staff werent wearing masks so werent half the guests. Cant exactly enforce the masking rule when your own staff is not following itOn the upside, the band was decent even though their name wasnt prominently featured any were we can find, and we lookedIts hard enough for businesses to get people to visit their establishments, but bad service and worse food will guarantee the ones that decided to try something new to never come back. The irony is their website explains the reason they offer limited menus at these events is to assure quality of service yet they felt short on both.
A group of friends and I went on a Tuesday at 6ish. I guess the place isnt as busy around that time. The atmosphere is really neat and unique. Huge open rooms, different lounges, and interesting decor. The wait staff was apathetic at best. We had to wait often for our waitress to re-appear which was strange because there were only 2 tables with people at them. The food itself was just sub-par. Your typical fried fare and burgers. At the table we had wings, a soup bowl, and a burger. The wings were just not good. They were bland and cold. The burger was ordered medium and came beyond well done. I was lucky enough to get the soup (ordered it because it was house made) in a bread bowl and it was nice.Overall I probably wouldnt seek this place out unless there is a big game on
Been playing volleyball for a few years now, really enjoying it. Since things are partially shut down it can take up to an hour to get food. Eat before you come. I dont blame anyone in particular, just the circumstances. I would love to spend some money on food and drinks but we rarely do. Speaking of food, good stuff! Pizza is great, fried cheese curds, nachos are enough to go around. But could really be a better experience.
Enjoyed watching the football game here. Food is delicious. Shows in the parking lot are really fun too!
This place doesnt look as big as it really is!!! Its perfect for big events they have huge projectors almost like a theaters. Food is pretty good and their bar is pretty big as far as selection goes. I like the place they also do music events and even though it was pretty full the bars were pretty easy and quick to access i was highly impressed
Waiting until 1 am for the headliner to come on was unacceptable. They played for about 35 minutes and the lights came on. Not a good experience. Heard it’s exactly what happened at the busta rhymes concert too. Restaurant was closed. Limited drink options. First and last time here.
Three sand volleyball courts outside but when it was the Foundry you could bring your dog to the patio, now dogs are no longer allowed unfortunately. They have a bar on the patio but it has been closed for a long time since it’s not up to code. They are under-staffed on the patio with only 2 wait staff so it’s hard to get a drink when it is packed since they are overworked but very friendly. They do have 2 quarter operated pool tables at $1.75 a game. Huge TVs - great place for watching sports. Big stage indoor and another stage in the parking lot used in the summer and they have bands on the weekends.
I attended a event here at this location the performers were Yung Joc & Project Pat. The doors opened at 7 the event started at 8, I felt this concert was a talent showcase! Several No Name artist performed by the time Yung Joc & Project Pat came out it was after 12am Ridiculous! Mind you I’ve been standing up for hours (since 9pm) & when I tried to sit down in a seat the secruity made me move because the seats were in a reserved section but no one EVER came to sit in those seats I was angry 😡 & irritated at this point. A waste of $40!
Sports bar hay-ven. Large place, huge Tvs, bartenders are nice. Good menu of food. Drinks a plenty. If youre coming to see a good game, Id recommend visiting here. Good place for a party as well.
Prices on menu don’t reflect prices on the receipt. There is no mention of this anywhere. Service is not just Covid staffing shortage slow but very very very slow. They also charge you a fee to pay by credit card, you’re also not told that until the check comes. Place needs a little work in the bathrooms. They were all out of toilet paper, bathrooms had a weird smell. The first stall in the ladies room has a piece of wall missing. Someone should cover that up.
What an amazing experience! And the drive there was so wort it. The PIAZZA in Aurora is an industrial-style sports bar out of this world. We drove from Chicago to Aurora for a Daft Punk cover band show and I was so excited to come to this place. Upon our arrival we showed our IDs at the door and we were in, we walked to an experience of itself. The vibe this place was giving it felt like we were in Europe, the entire building is made out of bricks with a bar and a stage right in the middle of the dance floor, on the side of the stage was a section for games like pool, darts and live music. We sat down right away and they brought us the menu really quickly, we order some drinks and food, everything came really fast. I order the Mango Habanero flavor Wings, once the food arrived i was shocked in contentment for what i got on my plate. I got 12 of the most crispy, crunchy and obsoletely enormous wings i have ever seen in my life with a side of ranch. The Wings were so juicy, they were delicious with the sweet of the mango linger in my tongue with every bite i took but they had a flawed, they were not Hot enough for my taste. i was hoping for that kick of the habanero but it wasnt there. Taking everything into account the experience was surprisingly good. I would recommend this place if you want to come and have a meal and enjoy some live music
Excellent pizza, excellent nachos, the fettuccine Alfredo is simply divine (we take ours with shrimp!), and the chocolate brownie is sinfully good (and a must try!).The servers are friendly and sweet, but stretched thin, so please tip generously! And trivia nights here are SO MUCH FUNNNN!!!!! A nice, chill place to hang out, definitely recommended!
Music venue was great !!!!! Took 30 minutes to get a burger and fries...high priced drinks....staff was slow. Had to seat myself... Had to go up and place my order had to get my own drinks... So we had no waitress service.... I will be back for music venues and tailgate in the parking lot 🤣
Food was just ok, nothing great. The pizza was good though. I did enjoy the cigar room and the openness of the dining area. Pretty much the same as when it was the Foundry. Our waitress was nice and friendly.
Fairly terrible music venue with bait and switch ticket pricing. General admission standing room should be in the limited area in front of the stage. But, its behind a fence where there is no room but by a bar which obstructs views of the stage.Theres also a masdsive column directly in front of center stage which obstructs more views. Not designed as a concert venue. More like a sprawling fun house or large restaurant.
I reserved a table for 4 an hour earlier and me and my friends got there they gave the table to the another group. They made it up giving us a free round of shots so i was content. But our waiter keep messing up our orders throughout the night, We ordered two different size pizzas but they came out the same size and charging the full prize on the pizzas.Great TVs and atmosphere tho.i still miss the foundry that but was ages agoIll only go just for the ppv fights exclusively. But other than that theyre better places to dine..
Volleyball league and venue is awesome, but insane pricing.Got one pitcher of blue moon and the bill came back $30. I asked if it was wrong, and they said it was not. Will not be back here for drinks. Worse than Chicago prices.
Im sorry but I cannot recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I came here today to get lunch after being in the area from down south a bit. First off, upon entering the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. While walking around looking for a table we were able to find one by the gaming area. Little did we know there apparently is a smoking section attached to the dining area. How is this legal? And one off the people at one of the OTB tables was smoking right at the table. No employee said anything. The service was mediocre at best. Took us almost 45 minutes to get our food and it wasnt a difficult order. But on the bright side it was really good. I had the brisket sandwich and my wife had the quesadillas. Because of the constant smell of smoke and slow service we wont be back. If I get confirmation the smoking section is no longer allowed I may return but until then I will be staying away.
Saw Lita Ford here outside. Good sightlines and not overly crowded. Good selection of beer. Kind of weird location with semi trailers and such parked near the outdoor concert stage, but still a good time.
Excellent food, and no shortage of screens upon which to see the game. We shared the chili nachos and I had the barnyard burger & had to bring half of it home for later. Bring your appetite and be prepared for a casual, fun environment with friends.
Awesome atmosphere and OTB is ways fun! The service is TERRIBLE!!! It was noon time, not busy at all. Servers took our drink order and after 30 minutes we finally had to go to the bar and order our appetizers and another drink JIC;( would have left but had a local flavor coupon we didnt want to waste. Too bad this is how it is run because it could be a great place to hang out.
Well thought out for social distancing. Plenty of space. Didnt over pack the place. Looks like you could see stage regardless of where you were seated or standing. Might need ear plugs .sound system too good. Didnt eat much, but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Need to update drink menu. A lot wasnt available.
Been here twice before and got such great service. Came in today to be greeted by the RACIST employees of the place SMGDH. Dude was so condescending from the get go, tried to order at the bar because we came in to have some pizza, wings and play pool, but he said the server would come by. Ordered drinks and began to play pool, server never came even though she went to every other table at least once. CLEARLY they didnt want to serve us. Needless to say, we paid for our drinks and left. Have never been treated this poorly at a place like this, Im so disappointed because I really liked and wanted to make this our go to spot to hang out. NEVER AGAIN
The outside of this place looks more like a strip club than anything else because it’s very dark and seedy. It’s located in a weird spot also. Way too many flatscreens, you can’t talk to the people you come with. If I had the option of giving this place zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had, very disappointing. Would not recommend this joint
Very large venue, good food, reasonably priced drinks, and good service. Wall-to-wall TVs means that everyone can see a screen, and they handed out a TV viewing map to ensure you could plan your seating next to a TV showing you channel of interest. It probably would be a better time with a group. There are lots of tables, but limited bar space given the size. If you like to sit at the bar, you may not make it during popular times.
Overall, disappointing. Our server was nice but very absent. Our appetizer came out with our entrees, so we felt it was a race to eat our food since it is overcooking on this 700 degree rock. The lobster bisque was good. The concept and quality of the food is nice. Service and execution was mediocre.
We were there on a Monday night and it was dead. Which was fine but we were the only patrons for the bartender and her service was terrible. It almost felt like we were a bother.
Now this is a scenic bar, its a huge bar with high ceilings, not too loud even when its crowded. That pretty much the only positive thing about the bar. I was by the pool tables with my friends, that area was not too full; there was a about three other tables in use. Not a single time that were there did a server come to take our order, good thing we were not planning on eating there, because we wouldnt have gotten food ever. We basically had to walk all the way to the bar just to order our drinks, and this was after we hauled a staff member to inquire about getting drinks. At the end they ended up telling us today was better off that we go to the bar and get a drink ourselves. Definitely didnt get a good impression from the first time being there not sure if Ill come back.
Good food! Love getting food by the pool tables and playing while we wait for food. Little annoying that they charge to play.... love the Apple pie shots in the fall!!! Great place for long lunch date since its usually fairly empty at lunch.
Everything is bad about this place. Our service was terrible, the food was terrible, and I was overcharged. The first 3 things we tried to order, they didnt have. Our waitress wouldnt even come up to our table all the way and every time she would come by, I had to stop her from walking away so we could order. We also waited almost 10 minutes for our waitress to bring utensils, after our food was already given to us, which wasnt by her. I ended up going to the bar and asking another waitress and she said your waitress will be right with you.. I ordered a ceaser salad which was a little over $6.00. I asked for steak on top and they charged me a total of $15.00 for the whole salad. The steak was horrible, fatty, cold, and about half the size of my palm. The only thing good about this place was the Bells Amber Ale.I feel robbed after going there last night.
This place is awful unless you’re using the volleyball court. Went to see a band there twice and both times the parking lot they played in smelled like diesel fumes. There’s no outdoor bar and very few tables inside the chain link fence servers are running mad trying to keep up. Servers have to run all the way back inside the building to get food or drink orders and the kitchen is backed up and it takes forever to get drinks. So not worth the money to see a band there. Not a well enough run operation or facilities to host live music for a cover.
Love this place! Great Food as well. I always come and eat early before shows!
I dont know how this place stays open and why Salernos Pizza would even be associated with them. It is a dirty, disgusting environment, and the pizza sucks, plastic cups, and paper plates. As far as a music venue, I can not comment. They only thing they have going for them are the huge TVs to watch sports on. We will never be back.
I went to the Piazza for the first time on May 21, 2021 to see a band preform. My friends and I wanted to order some food before the main performance at 8pm. When we sat down we tried to flag down two people to take our order and we were told this isnt my table/section. When we got up and found our waitress we were finally able to place our order. The food took over an hour and came out cold. We had to wait for our check and once again had to get up to find our waitress. By the time we got our check it was 9:45! So disappointed in the experience and the lack of customer service!
Sausage n peppers is pretty fire.
Calamari was very good, paper plates were a bit different but we were at the bar on an odd time so that might have been a factor
Almost no beer selection. Ordered nachos, had a hair in it (they did bring a fresh plate and comped the nachos). The women’s bathroom is DISGUSTING! It’s obvious by the dust on the walls that it doesn’t get a thorough cleaning. Many of the stalls did not have locks. And I had a little guest with me in my stall, a cricket. I know, not the end of the world issues, but it’s enough for me not to want to come back.
Great venue will be coming back. The size of the restaurant/bar is overwhelming but thats a good thing!Only recommendation is more rock shows the venue would fit some more popular acts. If they grab some punk rock bands that would be impressive.
Went for the first time today. The Pizza was one of the best thin crust I have had in the suburbs. This is not your regular sports bar; its really a sports bar, restaurant, race book and entertainment venue. They have the biggest TVs I have ever seen in any bar, Vegas sports book or any other indoor venue I have been to. Latest technology, great staff, good food and plenty of room = the best sports bar in the area. If you want to watch a game you need to come here.
Dont waste you time trying to get in for a concert. Train Wreak is best description of the operation. I heard the OTB is good.
First time here for the Halloween bash. Everything was great! We ended up with a free pizza because the kitchen made a mistake. Our server was awesome though. We will definitely return.
The band tonight is awesome, but the service is terrible. Not enough bartenders, standing in lines for a long time 20-30 minutes inside and 10 minutes outside only to find they ran out of the beer i was drinking. I havent seen my friends in 35 minutes and I have no drink. This is not fun for me.
Some good, some bad. First of all, they are open for live music when virtually no place is open. Points for that. Adequate social distancing, drinks and food are ok, nothing special. Our server, Veronica, checked on us frequently and did a good job throughout Ward Davis’ acoustic performance. The sound system or possibly the guys working the sound system was terrible. Most inconsistent, screechy, feedback-filled sound I’ve heard. The bigger problem was 3 guys yapping at the right of the stage while Ward was performing. It was so loud and disrespectful that I asked our server to ask them to be quiet or go somewhere in the back. She did nothing but apologize to me. Found out later the loud guy talking over the performer is the owner of the venue. He single-handedly ruined it. I’ll go see Ward Davis again but I won’t go back to The Piazza.
We were there at 7-930 on a Saturday. We were not waited on by one server. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. There were toddlers playing with the pool equipment, while only had 2 of 10 sticks with tips The shuffle board is in the dark. We had to pay a cover for a fight that we werent interested in. Didnt even try to order food as we werent closer to the bar and didnt want to try to ferry food down to thegame area. What a sad rundown place.
Terrible atmosphere for sports. Sat down for 10 minutes and the three employees standing around never approached us. Tried getting the Florida Georgia game (the biggest game of the day) on and nobody would acknowledge our table. Walked out. Use to be an awesome place. Unfortunate
Great music venue. was a little loud when we were there, 4 giant subwoofers. interesting layout and motif. used to be an old movie theatre. management really seems vested in making it work. they are putting in a big patio.
Really cool restaurant/venue! Awesome industrial feel and appearance. Really good food, pizza is terrific! Saw a concert and it was a great place for an up close and personal experience!
Wors experience ever!!! Has been coming here for many times never seen a worst client experience. Waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes for food and if you order a beer you wont see it for another 25 min. All they can tell you is we are busy. They wont even talk to you, clients meen nothing to this people. I wish I could give them -5 stars.
Nice mega bar. Very cool atmosphere and layout with OTB and some slot machines as well as shuffleboard. Could be better if they offered some weekday specials on food. Also should upgrade the TVs. The addition of Salernos pizza is a big improvement..
Highly upset! Went to this place yesterday and have been before and its always the same; slow service and the food is so-so...the tacos i would give a 5 out of 10 the burgers i give about a 9 out of 10. Anyway, we went to watch the Spence vs. Porter fight and we paid the $5 per person cover fee, we met up with some of our friends....about 2 hours into the night they tell us we have to leave because we were making our own drinks which we werent and couldnt prove but because my husband was really upset about it we ended up just leaving anyway. I asked if we can get our cover back and they said no. Mind you when we got there it took a few mins for the waitress to ask if we wanted anything to drink...then after that i didnt see her again until like 30 mins later only because i had to tell a bus person that we were ready to order and went to go get her. I am sorry but i liked this place better as The Foundry before these new owners came about. I just starting settle that maybe we can just make this our normal bar because its not too bad but what happened yesterday really made me say forget them! We paid to watch the fight which we werent able to finish and brought them some business by bringing friends well, now i am not going to recommend this place to anyone anymore....matter of fact i going to tell ppl NOT to come here....it may not make their business go down so much but at least i can stop my $ from going into their pockets. They have little cool stuff there but before these new owners came along that place was almost always packed because it was such a cool place with great service and cool owners.....not anymore. I can see this place going down within the next 5 years just like i saw Fox and Hound Bar down the street go down. I am being very descriptive for those of you who are thinking about coming here. We will find a more friendly and fair bar to go to for nights like this.** I do NOT want or need a reply from staff for a coupon or discount or anything, because unless they get a new set of owners we are NEVER coming back.
If youve never been, go! After the first 2 times it becomes pretty boring and they always seem to raise the prices everytime i go. The mug club used to be awesome but now with the price almost doubled. Its good for big sporting events, with all their huge tvs but be prepared to pay cover for everything and anything. Very rude waiter from my last encounter, and the manager was not any better.
Waiting staff and bartender were pretty bad. The waitress took 15 minutes to get our drinks and it wasnt even busy and that was after waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Later into the night, I went to the bar to get my own drinks, and the bartender was completely disengaged and seemed miserable. I understand the stresses of working with the public and working long hours but find another job if youre this rude to paying customers. Probably my last time supporting the business.
First time here, saw Led Zeppelin 2 for an out door show.. They had a stage set up outside in the parking lot. They had chalk lines drawn up so there was standing room infront, room for chairs behind that, then behind that was their more expensive tables with a dedicated server and obstructed view. If seeing a show outside go with the cheaper tickets and bring a chair! They had a tent set up selling drinks right there for you! Only went inside to use the bathroom which was an adventure at that. lol the place was huge inside and seemed to have multiple level seating inside with huge screens and a stage.
I took my girl here for her birrhday, at the recommendation of an employee. I had only been one other time before. It was awesome. They took really good care of her and make her feel happy and special. The prices are a bit high, but its consistent with the area.
This place is awesome. I cant say enough about the setup, tvs, stage, food, drinks, and staff. I enjoy watching the football games or entertainers when they come and perform.
Their vodka sauce pasta is so good! & their shows are epic. If you want good food & great live entertainment, check this spot out!
Was here to watch a sports event on one of the 20 or so big screens on the main wall inside the Foundry. I walked through their smoking lounge as well and took at look at their humidor. Prices were fair for most of the cigars in the humidor except for the big name ones that were overpriced. As far as food and drink service it was very good. All in my group enjoyed themselves very much and I look forward to going back again in the future!
Awesome place to eat. Not only is the food amazingly great the service is great as well. Josh is our usual server he is excellent, very quick and makes the best drinks. Also prices are great! Check it out.! We usually come during our lunch. I recommend this place if you are looking for a place that’s unique, great food, service and affordable.
Piazza looked good....not too many people enough space with amount of people there to see the band. . Music was good would have been nice to hear the while song instead of bits and pieces of a lot of songs.... think the outdoor venue would have been better but the weather was kot having it.
I love the way that club is shaped up and how they got it whoever owns that club congratulations on how you set that cover and the idea of what you got that club for the entertainment was fantastic Friday night thank you for having me on your I would love to come back and visit again and have a party also can you please let me know how much is it to rent that building and what floor for a birthday
Place is huge and amazing. Lots to do, you can easily get lost in this place. Fun place to have parties and get togethers. They also have the UFC fight live and thats hard to find these days unless you want to go to Buffalo wild wings. Good selections on drinks.
Went here for a parking lot concert. Good bands. Masks for at the bar and in the building is good. Unfortunately the bathrooms are still abysmal after 20 years. No tp in ladies bathroom at 7pm. It didnt get any better despite complaints. Ladies were chanting, make sure theres toilet paper!
Incredible entertainment venue. Excellent staff, excellent customer service. Great venue to see live music.
I have been to this location a couple times, hoping my experience would get better since it’s so close to home... However, Piazza is a continuous disappointment. The food is decent, and the drinks are okay - but the wait staff is absolutely terrible. 1/5 will not be returning nor recommending.
Saw a concert. Great set up here
We had a group get here of 2 people, they waited about 40 minutes then the rest of our group made it. No waitress, yet they kept on looking away. We moved tables because we were in a corner, maybe they didnt see us but still nothing. Someone else sat at our former table and they waitress kept on looking their way and walking away while taking care of the table 6 feet from them. I dont understand why waitresses wouldnt want the tip. If this stays like this goodbye Piazza.
