I’m so bummed that this amazing store shut down their Baton Rouge location! I think it was out of their hands so I’m not blaming them, I am very glad I can still order from their New Orleans location! I get my liquid in 2-3 days from when I order online, and always fresh and packaged well!

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!!! The guy with the big gauges is always a great customer service rep. Doesnt mind spending time educating me on devices and drippers/tanks when I come. 10/10 will always come back!!!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was having issues with other juices that Ive tried hurting my lungs. They set me up with some of their juice, and I havent had any problem since. Plus they are the absolute best tasting juices I have tried as well. Previously I ordered all juice over the Internet, but I have no intention of shopping anywhere else again.

I like the place because when you get there they treat u like youre family regardless of who you are. Customer service is great with wide selection of great eliquid and constantly growing. My favorite is the weekly discount special. Every week theres an eliquid flavor with a discount on it which gives me variety to all their great flavors. Never disappointed. Love u guys!

Im very disheartened to have to give 1 star and leave this review.Ive been coming here for awhile and always happy. Until the other day.I was purchasing a couple bottles of juice, as usual. When I was asked for my id. I informed him I actually lost it in their parking lot last time Id come in, 2wks ago. He then got rude and angry!! Told me I had to leave immediately. My husband, who is 62, offered his, which was refused as well. Rudely. Then was informed he wouldnt sell to my husband either as it was for me. Im 43!! Are you kidding me?? Ive been in multiple times, my name is in the system, Ive sent many friends here and this is how Im treated? He was extremely rude and hateful. There was no need. I dont look young, I had plenty of other identification to prove who I was and my age. All rudely refused.I will never, I stress, NEVER, step foot in here again nor will I recommend to anyone!!They just lost a very loyal, paying, customer. I guess they must be making all the money they want to justify treating people this way.

BEST JUICE in town. The flavor and vape is outstanding. Customer service is better now and they always have new and interesting devices. Ive been cigarette free since day one of vamping! ( 4years).

Great customer service. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. If there’s something they don’t have they will happily send to the places they know r best. Also, can’t get enough of that Sky Pirate. Thanks for everything guys and gals.

Customer service is super slow here. The rewards program is good. The products are comparable to other Vape shops around that are much closer to my home. Probably wont be back and will just shop closer to home.

Love this place. You can watch them make your smoke juice on tv, staff is great, and the place isnt grungy. Too many vape shops are weird and seem to have cliques. The place is always clean too. They dont have much in the way of ecigs, but the juice is the best vape juice Ive bought anywhere in the southeast US. Just make sure you have your ID no matter how old you are.

Best juice in BR. Great staff. Inventory is severely lacking. They may have 1 or 2 mods for sale at any given time. A few tanks. Often out of coils. But the juice really cant be beat.

Went into this place without much knowledge of vaping, was looking for a setup that I could use to help me quit smoking cigarettes, the 2 guys working was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try and force me into buying something I didn’t need they got me setup with a Eleaf istick TC60w, and showed me everything I needed to know about it and the different settings on the mod, also got juice they asked questions and got me set up with the right amount of nicotine for my need.Thank you guys so much I will definitely be visiting y’all for all my vape needs in the future.

Their selection or vape liquids and accesories seem to be limited. The staff were friendly but not particularly knowledgeable about durability of mods. Prices seemed reasonable for the area.

The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I didnt get 3 steps in the door before I was greeted cheerfully. All of my questions were answered in plain english and with a smile. I will be purchasing all my e-cig needs from them.

Went in to buy 2 ego c twist battery/charger kits (normally sold EVERYWHERE about $20). I was kinda bummed when they told me the batteries and chargers were now sold separately and would cost me $30 just for the battery but went I along with it. Previously I used the ego t model so I went to watch a youtube video on the battery twist function I noticed that Smokecignals sold me a cheap knock-off !! ALL TRUE eGo`s have their symbol engraved on the battery end cap the knock-offs they sold me at an increased price rate do not. Buyers beware of what youre purchasing and where you purchase from!

This used to be the spot to go. Just came from there and they have no selection of hardware. Wanted a new mod and they had zero selection.

The associate was a slight prick. The juice price a bit higher than I was accustom too. The associate also didnt ask the right questions....like the percent nicotine.
