Having been through many vape shop experiences, this is the place to go. The owner and manager are experts in vaping technology. Not only is the E-Juice wall expansive, but regularly updated with new flavors.What sets the store apart is the atmosphere. It is relaxed and comfortable and the employees are always happy to help with anything from juice and mod selections to technical electronics questions.Will return!

Lauren has been very helpful, to a novice, the past two times I have been here. Helped me pick out a device a month ago, and helped me again today with flavor selection, and device care and maintenance. Couldnt have been a better experience for me starting out. Highly recommend.

They did not have what I needed in store, so Nick went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer right there, and ordered it for me. It arrived on the same day and was ready for me to pick up by the time I got off work. On top of that he gave me great advice and even a discount, which was the icing on the cake. The guy definitely has his customers needs prioritized over profits, which was refreshing to encounter, seeing as how many shops have tried to sway me into a different product that they do have, rather than try to get me what I specifically asked for. What sold me was that he referred me to another place that might be able to get it to me faster than he could, which only reiterated the fact that they really do put the customer first, even if it means potentially losing the sale.Thank you for the great customer service, and i will be buying from you guys again.

Mike is phenomenal, he really knows his work when it comes to tanks, mods, and everything above. On top of being so knowledgable he is such a sweet guy in helping you find whats best for you and your personal vaping style/ usage. Sold me his own custom atom tank just to help me out. I recommend coming here and talking to him about anything you need from experienced to first time users!

I went into Vapeology today to look for a replacement for my JUUL. I had already been to about 5 other shops with mixed interactions. The experience here was great. I spoke with a young woman there and she helped me the entire time. I had tons of questions and concerns, she answered every one. She showed me a wide array of pieces and was knowledgeable on every unit. I decided on my piece and she let me demo a few different flavors to find one I like. I didnt pick up her name but I was very pleased with the customer service here and would recommend anyone looking to pick up a vape pen to stop by here.

Excellent shop !! Frank is a true expert in the world of vaping , VAST knowledge base ! Really good at matching you up with the right delivery system and the CORRECT juice use WITH that system.. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

I miss Frank and Cam, I dont get to see Mike much anymore either. Lauren seams nice. Still, I am an exclusive vapeology customer. Even after I moved out of cary I still drive the 20 min and pass several vape shops just to come here. I love the energy here. I never feel like I have to buy and jet. Its a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Mike is awesome. I love checking out the stuff hes built and picking his brain about the pros and cons of different mods and juices. They have specially oardered things for me several times. Even juices that ttheyve stopped carrying. I hope they hold another Halloween party. I love this place.

I just recently started doing business with this place as my primary vape shop and it is everything you could possibly ask for in a vape shop and then some! These guys are awesome! We went in looking for cbd oil as a desperate attempt to treat our sons psychosis, and they not only make sure its available at a reasonable cost, but they have done extra research into products that are more efficient for our needs. We are so grateful to you!

Whoever the guy is that had his gf in the shop, I bought the valyrian tank. At first I tasted no flavor but after the coil broke in. Its so good! Highly recommend this vape shop

Ive been going here since it used to be puffin monkey. The staff here are very helpful and patient and of course very friendly. Frank is the man. Never had a purchase I regret here.
