They usually have what I need but the customer service is pretty lacking. I dont know his name, but the employee with red/pinkish hair is never very inviting and has a bad attitude towards customers.

Came in to purchase a couple new units for my girlfriend and myself along with carts and some juices. Asked the gentleman working for a specific one I was hoping for, as he walked to ask the person in back I asked to use the restroom, I had drank anergy drink prior to coming in and way in panic mode. As I see the bathroom door I hear NO! You cant use the restroom here Im sorry (litteraly trying not to pee my pants).. Im not some random person walking in off the street, Im here to purchase products as a customer and nature called. Will NOT be back again, lost several hundreds dollars worth of sales. Plus, your selection of salt nic units is rather lack luster anyways

The best Vape shop in town. Always great sales during the week days! The employees are always on top of the game, Ive never had a bad experience, sometimes I stray away for more variety but always end up back at this shop for my favorites. I also wanted to say last night when I came in there was a new employee with over the top service . He was ready the second I walked in, dealt with me having no idea what I needed, didnt skip a beat when I asked for something else after he already rung me out. New employees arent always so prompt and courteous, but this guy was on top of it with a great attitude!

I enjoyed my visit to Vape. The cashier was very helpful in helping me to decide on a device, what coils to purchase, and some nicotine juice. There is a good selection on juices, they have a good rewards program, and I love that they are open late. My only complaint would be that the juices are on a huge wall about 3-4 feet behind the counter that goes about 6-7 feet up the wall so it can be difficult to see their selection.

Boyfriend and I popped in to see what the selection was like and we were pleasantly surprised! HUGE selection of juices, super great prices, and really friendly employees! I can’t remember the sweet girl’s name that helped us, but she was so polite and willing to answer all our questions about their flavors and quality. We’ll definitely be recommending them to our customers in Washington (boo flavor ban 👎🏻), and we’ll definitely be back for more juice! 🖤

I would like to give a 4 stars because of the deals this store has. MOST of the time there is the juice I want to buy but I would like to say that they NEED a better stock of the TFV18 Coils for the smok because I go in EVERY WEEK AND THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. It is very inconvenient and disappointing when I go there to get some and they are out. So I have to drive around looking elsewhere for them & go without until I find some elsewhere for a good deal.

Visited Vape on Government Way for the first time tonight- only because in the past I made purchases at Vape It on 4th St. Today was the 2nd night in a row I stopped to buy a vape and they (Vape It) were closed before their posted business hours with no explanation. I found Vape by searching internet for closes next option and I was pleasantly surprised when I called and they were still open. My experience there couldn’t have been better! Jo was knowledgeable, attentive, and no BS - in helping me make my selection- I really appreciate a salesman who says it like it is (from his own personal experience) and is willing to be honest about a product rather than just saying whatever he can to make a big sale. He also helped me get signed up for their loyalty program (which is more generous than the other store’s) which will save me $ in the future! I am officially making Vape my one and only stop for all future Vape purchases. They are open until 10 on weekdays and they are located very close to the UPS store that I often frequent anyway- so much more convenient and efficient! Thx, Joe! See u again soon!

Love this place!! Great customer service, she was friendly and knowledgeable, also they have the lowest prices in town.. by far!! I picked up a 5 pack of coils for 15.09.. like under 3dollars each!! Ive been paying 6 plus tax for the exact same thing at best ave vape..

Hands down and going away this is the absolute best vape store that I have ever been in period Kyle and Jeffreys knowledge of vape juice and hardware was beyond professional. They have a wide selection with plenty of regular, disposable and CBD vape products. Id give this a 5 star, but they still usually only offer more expensive products, or there prices are. Little higher. There is a rewards program that partially makes up for the difference in price. I go here primarily though, as the products are always good and they are knowledgeable and friendly from what Ive seen.All in all, Id recommend this place, unless youre much more budget orientated or looking for juice/products under $20. For whatever reason too, many coils are strictly offered in 5 packs. They arent overpriced, but if you dont have $50 for a pack of coils and some juice(s), then youre still better off elsewhere.

They have the worst customer service! I bought a default baton starter kit and they not only refused to give me a new one but they also refused to give me a refund. I have had this for 3 weeks and they don’t even have enough respect to give me a refund. I would definitely not go here, they are all about money and the way they treat their customers are beyond disrespectful. The worst place I have ever been too and if I could give it 0 starts I would!!

They do not honor their 6 month in store warranty on batteries. I bought 4 batteries 2 weeks ago. One of them never worked right. I’m in Athol so I didn’t attempt to return it until today. They would not exchange it for a new battery even though they tell you it comes with a 6 month in store warranty. Don’t shop there. Plenty of other vape shops to choose from.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a vape shop in a long while! Always helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I’m willing to drive across town just for this store. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I stopped by this shop visiting from out of town and the gentleman helping me was so nice and helpful. He helped me pick out what I was looking for and even offered to have me test it before I left the store. Good people and good products! Thank you so much !!!

Great deals on some quality juice and decent flavors i enjoy. i wouldnt buy hardware from them. i bought a rechargable mod from them for about 50-60 bucks and started having issues after a few days and brought it in and they wouldnt help me and a week and a half later it died and does work.

Great staff at both locations, and they had my tv8 mesh coils! Like the guy at one of the locations went out of his way to try fitting a coil for my girlfriends valerian tank. Since they didnt have the right coils in stock.

Finally! The vape shop we have been waiting for in this area! Mass selections on juice from all over, great selection of mods too. Very clean shop big open areas for tricks, well set up. Also the staff is super friendly andhelpful, most importantly very knowledgeable.

Its 8pm the store is open for another 2 hours I called the store multiple times and it just kept ringing no one would answer. So I showed up at the store and of course they are open and evidently just decided they didnt want to answer when I called. Of course they didnt have the juice I wanted and havent for a month now so I could have saved some time and gas had they picked up. I also am 100 percent that I was calling the right number because I have it saved in my phone and also went to Google and used the link to call them the second time.

I accidentally got the wrong juice went back in when I realized, literally seconds after I walked out, and they would not accept the return. The vapor outlet would.

Sold me expired vape juice and the best they can do is say there is nothing they can do 👍 bringing my business anywhere else but here.

Friendly down to earth people in here. Most are pretty knowledgeable of the juice they sell. Some make it a point to try everything as it hits the shelves so they know what they are selling.
