China Doll Massage

I visited you today and I arrived at 1:50! the massage probably started about 1:55 by the time I was ready and the lady came in the room. At 2:20 p.m. I was told that it was done. I paid $60.00 for one hour massage and that was definitely not a full hour massage!!!!! I was charged at the beginning and I was asked if I was going to tip afterwards. I did tip because I didn’t want to express how unhappy I was with the timing because I enjoyed the massage. But I wanted to reach out and let you know that I didn’t get my full one hour massage that I paid for! it was over at least 20 or so min early. While I was receiving my massage a gentleman walked in and I am guessing that’s why I was rushed and wrapped up before my one hour of service was over so she could get to him fast. I would like this resolved somehow…however your policy is with not giving the full service you have charged.

Great therapeutic massage. Shop is very clean and got amazing relief of aching shoulders, neck and back. The ladies here are polite and professional
