Me and my husband, ( almost 30 years old) walked in, we are from out of town North Carolina to be exact and we Drove 30 minutes for a vape all the way from Maine, she refused to sell me a vape because my husband didn’t have his id but I did, when he wasn’t even purchasing anything. WILL NOT GO BACK. Terrible customer service.

Kevin the store manager at the farmington location was a HUGE help. He knew what he was talking about and listened to my needs to get me into a new mod and tank. I broke mine that day and this was the only store who answered the phone happy to help. Knowing I was going to take a decent drive to a location that definitely had what I was looking for was great. Other stores couldnt answer my questions and just said come out and see for yourself but that meant a long drive. At this farmington location the lady who answered the phone was so nice and immediately got Kevin on the phone who ultimately gained my trust and business.

Decided to change from the disposable vapes to this! Cant complain best decision yet!

Im not a person who price checks everything. I look for a place to do business that has top notch service.This is the place. I wont tell the story, but I will say these guys take care of their customers.Always friendly and smiling.AAA rated company.

If youre gunna close at 7 or 730 say that. Id just like to know instead of driving 30 minutes to see a gated front door. This isnt the first or second time Ive had this happen either. 2 stars because when they are open theyre nice and the prices are okay.

Always very polite, helpful, customer service is a 10 all the way...store is alwaYs clean, & they also are willing to help when u need it..luv these peeps..keep up good work guys..and always very clean display cases never messy I like that..also everything has a price for most part thats a plus..

Great glass here with great prices. Vape Juice, Tanks, and Mods are all displayed nicely. Electronic nails, battery powered Vape pens, blunt wraps, and even a secret stash that looks like a coke can or wd-40! This has been my go to smoke shop since the day they opened.

The workers are all amazing very helpful and very informative about every product in there store I love coming here the atmosphere is just marvelous 😀

Good smoke shop with knowledgeable staff, gave me an unfiltered opinion on products and steered me away from products that may have been a slippery slope as far as nicotine content. Prices are a bit higher than youd find online of course, but not unreasonably so.

I got a disposable vape that was nasty burnt and only hit 1 time they couldn’t accommodate in any way shape or form very rude man said theirs no exchanges or money back once you leave the store and gave me the nastiest attitude ever. Will never return horrible experience don’t go here

Great selection of ejuice, tanks & coils.They carry Krantom, CBD products and more. Great selection of glass pipes, bongs, dougouts, rolling papers and everything you could possibly need to smoke and relax... Prices on most items are reasonable... They sell cigarettes too...

The store is always clean, organized, and stocked. Staff is knowledgeable of all their products, friendly, and when it comes to recommendations they are excellent!

For where I was , I didnt expect to find a place like City, the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick two great cigars for the weekend, I will definitely go there again.

We went there and all the questions we had about my vape were answered by Ryan. Thank you! Also recommended good e-liquids that I’m super excited to try. Everyone was nice and super helpful.

Poor customer service, bought two vape pens from them in the past week both broken within a day or were broken in the box! They wont help once it leaves the store!
