Almost every time I go in there they are out of the products Im in search of but I know many people who have bought things and it stopped working and they took it back there and they did them right but replacing broke items so that is really kewl beanz.

They released an ad with 420 coupons and refused to honor them. said they stopped honoring them weeks ago. they are clearly marked for 420, and says all month long. and no, it wasnt a stock issue, just bad business.

Asked for an item to be ordered for 3 weeks now everytime i call they tell me it will be available in 2 days, everytime i show up to the shop to pick up they tell me they dont have it. People are rude and liars

I have spent at least 500$ dollars a month at this store. The staff have always been kind. I even like the owner, a little eccentric, but I like that. I have 4 problems with this store. 1. When the store first opened they ran ads in the Rooster magazine. They offered 2 50 pack N20 whip cream chargers for 49.99. Every time the employee rang the item up, it would come up at 79.99 and then I would have to return it to get a refund, as I buy other stuff and didnt realize until after I left the store. My dad went once and forgot what I told him. He had opened the package, so I didnt get my refund. 2. Deals seem to change according to the employee that is working. 3. I pay on a debit card and always tip the employees, as they are always kind and helpful. Last time I was there, I went to put a tip in on the computer, but the employee told me not to, that they didnt get to keep the tips and that they all went to the owner. That is a lot of money that I feel was stolen. 4. The quality of the N20 chargers. I have come home for realize that the carton was open twice. The first time it was missing chargers. Another time it had empty chargers. The last time I bought 100 pack of Nitro. Half of the chargers were poor quality, barely containing any gas. I also lost money in points, when the clover app stopped working, although, the employee made up for it. I dont know if this was done with others. If it werent for these things, I would give them 5 stars. I think Ill finally listen to my dad and got to The Joint.

This place is absolutely incredible. I’ve just started visiting here and can tell I will be a long time customer. I had an issue with a piece I purchased on 7/10. I didn’t know about the return policy so I came on 7/14. The person who helped me (Unsure of their name but they had glasses and worked only part time. I arrived mid-day) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I walked away with an even better piece than my original purchase. I came back today to pick up other supplies I needed and Gianna was fabulous. She was kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service at its finest!

Update: The staff are nice enough, prices are reasonable but I went by the other week well after the time they were meant to be open and waited another few minutes and no one ever showed. Haven’t been back since.Another update: Tried again today. Thought it was a fluke, but I got there well after they are advertised to be open and just aren’t. So, sorry, early birds. This place has a “when we feel like it” policy for being open.Sadly cannot give less than a 1 star rating.

This review is for the s mason st location. They have a well stocked and priced store with great promotions for new customers. Luckily they carried what I had been looking for and will be back whenever Im in the area. The promotions are very generous and have a larger selection than other headshops. Employees were kind and courteous.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We walked in she didnt acknowledge we were there. And then proceeds to help people who came in after us when we were standing there waiting not walking around looking just because they were her friends. Super unprofessional and when we confronted them on it they laughed as if it was a joke. I wont be coming back here. And I would advise who runs it to find a new employee who actually cares about her customers because thats how she gets paid! Pathetic.

Just worked for Vishal (the owner) for 21.5 hours for 12$ an hour. Thats less than Colorados minimum wage. I was grateful to take the cleaning job and didnt feel like asking for more, as I needed the money and was out of work. The reason that Im giving a well-deserved one star is because he had the audacity to short me by 4$ when he knew exactly how much he owed me. Yes, I KNOW he knew, he told me I know as soon as I asked him about it. Then I asked him why didnt you pay me that if you knew? and thats when he immediately got angry and defensive. Not the type of boss you wanna work for. The days I worked for him were Christmas Eve (14.5 hours) and Christmas day (7 hours)No, Im not salty about 4 dollars. Its about the principal. Im simply flabbergasted that anyone can be that much of a cheapskate, especially after I gave him 7 hours of my Christmas day. Astoundingly disrespectful.The mistake I made was not asking for what I deserved. (Asking for at least minimum wage and overtime pay after the 12 hour mark) Lesson learned.Dont let yourself be taken advantage of like I did.

Establishment is decent. Bought a torch for $30 and it started acting up after a couple weeks. Took it in with the receipt and can’t exchange it because it’s past two days? So I won’t be going back there.

I would normally say they are amazing. But I recently bought a vape and it taste like coils but because I can’t remember when I bought it the only thing they will do is give a discount on a defective vape. Very disappointing.

I have been in here a couple times. The guys have always been really good. Very respectful educated and helpful. Yesterday my mom and I went in and the two girls that were working were extremely rude and unprofessional. As we were leaving we over heard there rude comments and they were cussing a lot. Very poor customer service skills on there part.

Im assuming the Female employee stole my points because I didnt tip her $60 I spent in when I went to put it in my text for the 1st time. Why I would assume it was the woman is because when I walked in she was complaining about her employer and the stuff she said didnt depict her in the right light to me. She really did not have a good attitude and thats the reason I didnt tip her. Not to mention that I lost $10 in the rewards when the system got switched Over and i lost my phone number. Ive lost over 80 points since then as well so Ive almost lost $20 in rewards. Do everyone a favor, remove the points and stop asking for tips.

Everything was cool until I saw the extra charges on my card. 1st time I thought I might have left a tip, but second time I got receipt and tipped cash. Receipt shows 35.27 and 36.68 posted...not cool.

Visited here after reading the great reviews they have on Google. They are all either posted by folks who work here, or friends of these people because I did not have anything close to the experiences posted here. When I walked in no one greeted me, the two people working were too preoccupied with their phones to even give me halfway decent customer service, and in fact just the looks I got when I walked in made me feel as if I had ruined their evening. Tried to buy some juice and none of them lifted a finger to help me. I literally walked behind the counter to get my own products. When I took my purchases to the check out counter, the girl there could barely be bothered to stop messing with her phone to check me out, then after everything finally got rung up, come to find out they add an extra charge when paying with a debit card. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Despite this, I paid and even told the girl at the counter to have a great evening, which was basically shrugged off without even the slightest response. Preoccupied, rude, and overpriced. There are lots of other vape shops here in FoCo with reasonable prices and staff that doesnt act inconvenienced with doing the simplest things, like their job! I will be taking my business elsewhere, and you should too.

I stopped smoking cigarettes 10 years ago and had a vape 5 years ago, since then a few things in life made me lose my old vape a couple years back, due to certain circumstances that arrived again I went down to this shop to pick up a new vape since its been awhile I trust the staff and customer service employees to help me find the right machine for me again and I dont regret coming to this store for help, I didnt want to start cigarettes again and didnt want to go back to drinking and being a alcoholic, so I knew vaping would help take off the ease of recent events and help me relax when I needed it, I appreciate the staff here at this operation and highly recommend this store since they have very nice staff and good deals.

I found an app with a deal for a few vapes. I was having troubles with the first one and they definitely helped out. It was a new brand and new store to me and these guys helped me get everything figured out without an argument. Its definitely my new spot! Thank you guys!
