I came into the shop a little unsure what exactly I was looking for, as its been a while since my last visit to this store. Lena; the employee who helped during my visit, was very polite. Not only were they patient, but also extremely knowledgeable! They knew exactly what I was looking for right away!

This place has great selection, from cheap pipes to beautiful art with some of the coolest pieces Ive ever seen. My go to for smoke shop supplies, my guy Matt was very helpful and considerate.

Everyone who works here is so tight.

A completely shady operation. No prices on anything because they like to gouge their customers. Worse yet, rang it through and promptly said all sales are final full knowing they overcharged. Horrid.

Typically I love this smoke shop, great people and a nice atmosphere. However, my last two experiences have been awful- both related to a woman who works there. As someone who is new to vaping, I had several questions. She was dismissive, cold and unprofessional. She seemed completely annoyed with any question i asked, and honestly seemed like she hated her job. Not a good look Youve lost a customer.

Lots of products nearly from floor to ceiling. Super chill, friendly staff. I always come here for Juicy Jay rolling papers and American Spirit rolling tobacco.

Ive been coming to this location for years. Lots of good people, but today I had an experience that was pretty bad.Im new to vaping and was hoping to have my questions answered so I could make an informed choice on which product would be right for me but I honestly felt like I was just a bother to the employees. Every question I asked, they looked at me like I was stupid. At one point after I had chosen a product, they briefly explained that I could by salt based or sub om(?) juice, I asked what the difference was and I didnt get an answer, just a stare, so I reminded them that Im new and dont know what the difference was and in a very dry tone I was told salt base juices are salt based and so they hit your blood stream faster. I was too embarrassed at that point to ask what sub om meant or how to switch it to that if I wanted to or what flavor brands theyd recommend or any other questions for that matter. Nope. At that point I was so discouraged from asking any more questions, I handed back the vape product and just bought my traditional smoking supplies and left. Wont be going back to purchase a vape, wont ever ask the employees any questions again, Ive never felt so embarrassed for just asking about a product in my life. Really disappointed.

Bought two 510 batteries after asking questions and being told that I could bring them back within 24 hours for a refund if they were defective. Defective they were and now being told they only exchange and wont refund my money. Scam artists. Your salesmen shouldn’t be telling people refunds are possibly if “the owner doesn’t allow refunds”. How disappointing. Won’t be returning, nor will any of the people I’ve recommended your establishment to. God Bless.

Hands down the best smoke shop in town. I went in with a product in mind and got seriously educated by my girl Indy. Left with something way better at a much better price. This is why I always come back. Thanks again Monkey for always doing me right!

Had a great experience as a first impression. Good recommendation on a vape flavor but unfortunately my disposable vape battery died quickly. They replaced it for me free of charge and didnt make a big deal about it! Thank you for this.Make sure that you check out this shop and if the battery does die on a disposable vape just come back within the next day.
