Been coming here since 2020, they have the best prices in town. The owners Josh and Aaron are also cool and appreciate return customers. The tenured employees are always great to see, and appreciate loyal customers. Great to see both stores. Pricing is decent, and its also a convenience store.
The Staff are very always very friendly. They help you find whatever you need, provide recommendations, and always replace anything dysfunctional without issue. They have a large selction to choose from. They also offer discounts on glass which is a fantastic added bonus.

Such an amazing shop with very friendly workers. Brought my puppy into the shop when they first opened and all the employees loved her. I ended up getting a couple disposables and each one was a different recommendation from all the workers that were there favorites, and ended up loving everyone of them.

They sold me 2 batches of rotten kava and wouldnt let me return or exchange, seems like a common experience here so be careful what you pay for. Its unfortunate because the employees are so nice and they have a great selection.I even opened the bag in the store before I left because I knew the last one was rotten, and they said the manager had to be there for an exchange, so I came back about 5 more times on different days before I got ahold of him. By that time he had already heard about the situation and knew my name but refused to let me return.

Very nice play to shop at had some pretty decent experiences there. My only complaint is when I was sold a defective botanika and couldn’t return. Check your stuff before you leave. Apparently they have a new policy where if you leave the store they can’t help you. I only left for 2 seconds and still couldn’t get help.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bought a Elf Bar from here and immediately it tasted weird so I QR code scanned it and it gave me a warning that it was a fake. I kept using it and when it started dying I put it to charge (Bought 2 of these) and both were not charging. So fake juice inside of it and also battery is non-rechargeable. Highly recommend just going to Up-n-Smoke 2 mins away where they sell real ones and are VERY consistent

Employee overcharged me by $30, then refused to give me a receipt. When we asked to speak to the manager/owner, the employeee got hostile and tried to fight my friend. Great customer service! lol

I would have gave a 4 star review but cant get over how shady they seem. I mean they reported other places during all this just to steal there customers and they seem like they would say anything to get a buck. I was told if I came there the owner would hook me up and he didnt and acted like I was a fool . I know kind creations would have never treated me for granted and they keep their word if they say they will hook you up... dont like doing these reviews but I felt like I should share.

Horrible staff. I work at 9:30, so like to stop here at 9 before I go in. The only problem is that 3-4 days a week, the staff doesn’t come to open the store. Some 18 year old will show up with keys and be 28 minutes late to open up the store. If the manager ever sees this, I can work 40 hours a week in your business, and do twice as good of a job as anybody you have working there nowEdit: hey, have you guys considered hiring staff that can fulfill their duties and open the store on time? Im sitting outside at 10:39 (an hour and a half after you guys are supposed to open!) and nobody is inside (once again).

Very disappointed in their return policy bought an r and m dazzle didnt leave quite yet and made sure it worked. Didnt light up or even discharge at all. Tried charging it and it didnt do anything went to give them a call and practically said your s**t outta luck

They neglected to check ID and allowed my 16 year old daughter to purchase a vape. This wouldve been on 9/15 sometime between 7-9pm. When I called to speak with a supervisor regarding this I was refused. I was trying to allow you all to correct this internally but since the guy who answered the phone refused to help or let me speak to someone in charge, Ive filed a complaint with the Fort Collins PD.
DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLE VAPES HERE. You can tell if the vapes they are selling are fake by looking up the QR code on the box. Waste of money DO NOT buy here! The chemicals they use in the fake vapes can be EXTREMELY harmful!

*Update*I came in today I bought a gram of CBD moon rocks and its amazing I recommend stopping in just for the cbd flower but the cigs and vape supplies are also great there vape juice is high quality and they carry disposable vapes and glass whereLove this shop I got TRUMP CBD flower today and its awesome cant wait to see what else this store gets they are still building inventory and anyone should stop in and see if they have your looking for they will have something you want

Tell your underage customers - who get high or vape in neighboring businesses’ parking spots because they can’t smoke at Mom and Dads house - to park somewhere else. An even smarter solution would be to check their IDs and tell them they aren’t old enough to purchase your products in this state, but we all know your history so 🤷♂️ Can’t wait to see what that recent raid reveals.

I could not believe what my ears where hearing Ive been vaping for years and even have been in to this exact shop to purchase juices I know the types and prices! I walked in and was told cause they are the only shop in town and that they where double up on these juices! I asked the guy the price of a 30 ml bottle of juice he told me 60$ then at that time another customer walked in and he tried to stall me by talking about other juices when I CLEARLY asked for the candy king bottle three times I finally told him for the 3rd time that I wanted that one and how much was it he still continued to talk about another kind I didnt ask for. Then cause the other customer was still in the store he finally grabbed it and checked me out I paid 18,75 for a 100ml bottle of candy kind strawberry the right price but PLEASE KNOW YOUR PRICES PEOPLE WHO ARE NEW TO VAPING THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COVID 19 SHUT DOWN JUST WANT TO LET YOU ALL KNOW!!!! While this was going on the other employee just stood there listening to this man trying to over charge me for vape juice his exact words cause they where the only shop open in town!!!
