The Nines

This is the place to be!!!! Jack was our bartender at the back bar in the patio area and his vibes are outstanding!!!! He made us feel so comfortable and was super knowledgeable and attentive!!! We are just visiting but it was such a good time and highly recommend this place to others who are trying to have a great time. 10/10 will be back if we are ever in the area again. Yesterday was my second time at The Nines and it keeps getting better. Great place to have a good cocktail and play dice. Special shoutout to Isabel. She is a lot of fun and does a great job!

A group of 6 of us were walking by and started chatting with the bouncer, a lovely guy. We decided to go in for a drink and proceeded to hand over our IDs. Important note that we are celebrating our 30ths and my friends from Ireland are over visiting for the week. He asked the first person in our group if she had a Wisconsin drivers license which she obviously does not as she is visiting for a week. He radioed someone and confirmed that they only accept American IDs. Absolutely ridiculous to discriminate against tourists considering how multicultural the green bay area is. No one should be discriminated against because of their citizenship. Thankfully there were several other places we went to along the street that didnt have this idiotic policy. Hopefully this will inform people visiting from other countries and they can plan to head somewhere else.

Came from out of town since my bf is from here and I had the worst experience here last night. My bf’s friend bought our whole group shots, when she asked everyone at the table who actually wanted one I said I would like one and she completely ignored me and proceeded to ask everyone else in the group who wanted one. Once she was done my bf said that I wanted one and didn’t get one, she said “I’m pretty sure I gave you one already” and walked away, not giving me one. I have absolutely no reason to lie about receiving a shot. Her attitude and dismissing me was absolutely unprofessional. I later on tried to talk to her about it and she immediately got an attitude and said that she did nothing wrong. Thankfully another worker apologized for her, but BRITTANY that works here is a very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employee. I’ve never felt so embarrassed to be singled out in a group like that for apparently no reason.

Had a great time and the bartender was pretty cool. I think his name was Luke and he made an amazing old fashioned for me. It was not that busy, even though it was Friday night, so that was nice. He made a very cool shot called a campfire that he lit on fire. I would definitely get one if he is there.

Told there was a band at the front door, but they were packed up already. Decided to stay until closing time and bouncers were overtly rude about herding folks out. Our group was moving towards the door, but apparently not fast enough. Stopped at the bar to pay my tab and someone claiming to be the owner (cant confirm) continued to escalate the situation. Last penny they will see from me. Would not recommend. No way to treat customers! 👎

Carded my group of 50 year old friends after going to a show at the Meyer Theatre. Gray hair and all…why didn’t we look of age? Was also told that a bottle of water from the Theatre was a carry in and needed to be thrown out. Why can’t a non-drinker bring in a bottle of water from the Meyer Theatre? The Nines will never see a dollar of my money again. Very unappealing experience.

Cute back patio area. Decent service and atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere. Not a fan of drinks in a mason jar, but it seemed to work with the clientele. Last time there I had a chocolate martini that was really good. Would go back to that next time.

Bartenders are very rude. Stood there for over 20 minutes trying to get served, as the bartender clearly favored any and all male customers (serving them as soon as they walked up) over me. I get that you may get better tips from guys sometimes but it is completely disrespectful to ignore me (and my other girl friends) for that long. Were never going back here.

Love it, the bouncer Wyatt is super friendly and doesnt make you uncomfortable when asking for your ID like some places. You can tell everyone loves it there even when its chaotic.

This is a great place to go and get a drink. They have wonderful Martini menu and the bartenders were amazing. Clean, fun place that my friends and I could talk and listen to some good music.

First time going out in Green Bay and I heard this place was a good place to have some fun. Unfortunately that was NOT the case! Extremely poor service, the bartenders were very rude, and the drinks were overpriced in my opinion. I would not recommend this bar.

Funny, this place makes you wait in a long line before entering, as if theyre at full capacity. One bartender outside where most of the people hangout. Maybe seniority and she wants to make all the tips?

Extremely disappointed with the services we had at The Nines last night. First time at this bar and the bouncers were very rude/judgemental. Last time I will head to this bar when going out in Green Bay.

This place was lit on the eve of a Packer game. Good mix of locals and rival fans! Service, music, and atmoshpere were great!

Great Bar, Cool garage door to the street, great music and great bartenders. Huge projector screen in the back, Travis was awesome.

Would be like 3 or 4 stars but came back on a Tuesday to get a debit card I left on Saturday night but was closed. Hours say its open at 5pm on Tuesday but DOES NOT open at 5pm on Tuesdays.
