Charity is an absolute gem! She is an expert at her craft. Ive had my lashes done by her dozens of times, and will always return. She is extremely gentle and meticulous. Her technique gives me the best lash retention I ever had. I truly appreciate that she is always on time and ready with a smile. The ambiance of her treatment room is serene, with the perfect lighting, scents and music. I am grateful for the exceptional experience Charity continually provides.

I took my 13 year old niece here for a cut with Jamie and she really liked it! The salon is super cozy and we chose Jamie as a stylist because she offers a rate for students.

I highly recommend this salon! I was nervous to try waxing, but my esthetician, Alli, was friendly and professional! She was super patient and very knowledgeable! Very clean and professional atmosphere!

This is a very nice place. Comfortable but professional. Everyone seems very kind and helpful. Currently getting laser treatment from Michaela she does a great job, makes sure your comfortable and treatments are going well before starting another one, also makes herself available for advice after treatment if you need it. I dont frequent spa/salon via bad experiences, so trusting someone with your body and hair and all is a big deal. If I choose to have other treatments or try a stylist again I would try here first.

I have been going to Arabella now for 7 years! Michaela is wonderful! She is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable when getting procedures done. I have done the hair laser removal treatment and highly recommend it!

⭐️I had a Sensational experience today with the amazing Charity. She put on nova lash extensions with patented super long lasting glue.I’ve had these once before a different place and the glue lasted four weeks. The lashes are the Cadillac of all lash extensions. If you haven’t tried these, I highly recommend.Charity is 100% dedicated to providing you with the best customer service. She is super friendly to work with her office is dazzling. Her work table bed is Uber comfortable the temperature in the room is perfect and she even has a humidifier going and background show music for the perfect relaxation and experience.I had a full set of lashes put in which took approximately an hour and a half. Charity always offers her clients a little extra time in case you wish to have a few extra lashes put in or anything tweaked. Charity is the best I can’t say enough and I will be back next month for a fill. Charity is my new lash lady. thank you so much and Namaste.

I have gone to Arabella for eyelash extensions a few times! The salon is so clean and comfortable! My eyelash tech, Alli Lindal, does so well at explaining things and is so sweet! She does a great job! The room where go for extensions is so relaxing as well.

Michaela and Ali have given me excellent service with my Cavitation & RF treatments. I can feel my circulation improve and my skin looks so tone. They have ensured to accommodate my schedule to maximize the best results. I can relax or have great conversations with these girls!

I had my first experience here today and I am beyond thrilled!! I had an appointment with Charity for an eyelash lift and tint. First off the atmosphere is gorgeous and laid back. As a new customer I felt as ease right away with everything, charity went over with me about the service and how it worked and what kind of results I could expect. She checked in consistently to make sure I was doing good and also explained what she was doing so there was never any question. Also might I add the bed was soooo comfy! But over all I was thrilled with my results and experience I shall be returning for my next tune up!

Samantha is amazing! I was super nervous about bikini wax and she gave me a free consultation first. She is a pro! Very relaxing atmosphere and her technique didnt hurt or leave my skin irritated at all.

Highly recommend Jamie Holzem for your hair needs. She works with you to create what you are looking for. She helps you figure out what would look good when you don’t know what you want. She is highly educated about how to properly care for your hair. She continues her education in the field to keep up with changes.

I have had two wonderful experiences for massages with Katherine here! One therapeutic massage and one relaxation massage. They were both great and the ambiance and comfort of the environment is wonderful.

Today was my first time at a Arabella Spa and Salon and I had Alli! She was so friendly and made my eyebrows looks great!! I will definitely be going back:)

First time in this spa but I cannot say enough positive things about my massage. It was perfect. Great pressure, the full time spent massaging and not waiting to be let in like a lot of other corporate massage locations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place for laser hair removal. Just to help others in their search, to remove chest hair is $170, Chest and abs $260, Neck $140, Face $140 but could be less for just the beard area. Of course price can change and what you want done exactly can vary.

I visited the spa and salon for a massage- the space was very nice and clean. The employees were all kind. The massage with Kathy was amazing and I will be continuing to see her for all of my massages! I haven’t had any salon services here, but from what I saw while waiting for my appt seems like the salon service Is also great.

I’ve been going to Micheala for facials for about a year and a half and I’ll just say she’s amazing! She not only is so sweet, caring, and gentle but she genuinely cares about you and what’s best for you. I’ve tried a handful of facials from her and have loved every single one and her products are amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Just left a massage with Amy. She has awesome technique. I highly recommend. Don’t be fooled by the outside of this place either. The salon and spa is tastefully decorated and comforting! Wish I was closer. I’d be a regular for sure.

Jamie Holzem is hands down amazing!!!! She has given me multiple colors and cuts (I like to change things up), and she always takes the time to show me different ways I can style my hair, both quick and easy for work or a night out. She is wonderfully patient with me as I lack the natural girly skills for hair. I get compliments on my hair all the time thanks to Jamie!

I had a horrible experience with Crystal!! I see that she is no longer with you guys. I really liked the atmosphere but very scared to come back. She charged me 300.00 and made me lay down and be quite for three hours and was extremely rude when I had to use the restroom and rolled her eyes when I gave her a 50.00 tip and said yeah I guess that’s a normal tip !! Anyways, I know this doesn’t or shouldn’t reflect on the other people working here. Could you perhaps recommend someone that could give me eye lash extensions ? Thank you

I went there to get eyelash extension from Crystal since my regular person (Milwaukee) was on vacation. Omg! By the time a walked to my car 10 lashes were on my face. I woke up the next morning and so many more was on my pillow. She doesn’t know how to properly place the lashes to get a full two week wear. A week later I went to my regular person and I had 1 lash on my right eye and 3 on my left. I paid $150 and gave her a tip; I only paid $80 to the person in Milwaukee and get a full 3 weeks. Also I prefer to use real mink and she only offer synthetic mink. Alter I told her I for got to cancel because of they didn’t last, she charged me $45 for late cancellation. Just save your money and time because she took much longer for worst service. Inbox if you want my regular information😘
