Such a confusing experience. The massage itself was great, everything else left much to be desired. I can see that it used to be a beautiful spa, but its old. The lockers dont secure properly, some of the facilities were closed. The towels were tiny. The robe was thin. Minimal amenities. The service was also confusing. I was charged upfront: 10% discount for staying at the hotel and 20% service fee. I saw on another comment that the service fee is the tip, but that wasnt communicated to me.I was waiting in the waiting area, and finally called when it was 7 minutes past the hour. The front attendant was apologetic that she had forgotten about me. She told me that I would get my full service, since the mistake was hers, but she didnt tell the massuse, who ended my massage early because she had another treatment. I spoke up and the massuse returned, but I could tell she was stressed, and I was stressed, so I told her it was okay. I could hear her angrily talking to someone after she dropped me back off in the relaxation room.I would not return to this spa. It wasnt worth the cost.
Worst spa experience ever, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service is nonexistent, they will gladly take your hard earned money while knowing their dirty & rundown facility is not up to par.
My friend and I had a girls day and decided to go to Ravella since the deal on Groupon was too good to pass up. They were upfront about the spa amenities being closed but said we could use the pool. We were charged a service fee right then which was about $30. I asked if i could pay that after when I pay for the tip. She explained that was the tip. We went out to the pool but when we tried to go back inside the door was locked. We were really confused on how to get back inside so we went through the hotel (its a separate building). We both agreed the massages were really good. I was dumbfounded when my friend said her masseuse held her hand out and asked for a tip. I really hope that the service fee takes care of the tip like we were told. Id feel awful. The lady at the spa reception didnt sound like she knew what she was talking about. When I asked her about parking she had to ask her manager. When we asked for water she had to ask her manager again. The pool was very crowded too.
Terrible experience with Groupon purchase. All amenities are closed for renovations. We will be filling a complaint with better business bureau. Unable to file for refund and unaware of all additional service fees.
STAY FAR AWAY! All their spa amenities have been down for MONTHS (no sauna etc) as a pipe is supposedly broken. This is no longer a “spa.” It is a chop shop of random menu items and they are charging hotel guests full price. I came with a group of 5 girlfriends for a birthday. We were scattered throughout the day because we thought they were just popular haha. Well it turns out they don’t have enough staff and there is no lounging around in robes like a typical spa while waiting. When I tried to cancel my service, being hours after my friends, I was told I could cancel but I’d need to pay HALF PRICE to CANCEL. I will never be back. We stay here regularly and I will never use the spa again.
Absolutely awful. Workers were rude and it was not a relaxing environment. We ended up leaving and not having our services done. We arrive on time for appointments, the desk lady took 20 min to check us in. Slowly led us down to change. By the time we were getting ready to change, another very rude worker said we were cutting into our time. Mind you this was after we paid. We ended up calling Hilton Honors and the GM and were able to get a refund. The hotel was great but the Spa is awful, Maria the manager was rude and distasteful. I would never go to this Spa again.
Very unfortunate experience at this spa location. We were treated with unbelievable disrespect from spa staff. We came to enjoy a few services and were shocked to find out this team clearly has no regard for customer service. Toxic management = Toxic staff, always starts from the top, down. Facility is also average at best for prices associated with amenities. Look out for the staff making mistakes > digging into your service time > not letting you cancel that service you just lost all your time on and not working to find a solution to help both parties. Almost comical customer service. Hotel management also unavailable for contact to fix the situation per the spa manager. Absolute disappointment for something that was suppose to be a relaxing weekend.
I liked this spa, kind of a bonus that there’s not many people here. Yes the spa facilities are closed down but they’re up front in letting you know that. The massage was great.
I got a mani/pedi at the spa this weekend. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for mail services. It was very expensive for the quality of service. It was a speedy service, and my nails looked pretty messy in the end. She did very little shaping and as a result the lines of my paint are pretty jagged both on my nail tips and around the edges; I’m glad I got a neutral color. Also, there was very little time spent of nail prep, so my cuticles (fingers and feet) looked/were very dry and chapped at the end. My local nail place is way more precise, does a better job moisturizing and prepping for paint, and costs less than half of what I paid at this place (even with a good tip). That said, I was in a pinch and needed to get my nails done for a special event. For $140 after a non-negotiable tip, I expected more. The technician was very friendly, but I could tell she was rushing me out for the next client. Also, the salon seemed very clean. The mani&pedi took about an hour, even though the spa told me it would take 2 hours. This was a frustrating, given the timing was so far off. But they did let me use the spa Locke room to change for the event, which was really nice of them. Again, everyone was super friendly. I cannot fault the staff. I think the spa is just overbooking it’s nail tech.Like I said, the nail tech and I were the only ones there. However, the minute she finished my toes I was rushed out for the next appointment, my toe nails were still wet and were ruined when I moved downstairs to the locker room.My overall experience was blah. I wouldn’t go back.
We arrived late at around 2am. I had sleeping children in the car. We checked in and came out to the car to grab the kids and the bags. Valet service was not offered to us. We asked for accommodations to help us get all the kids up to the room at once. We were told we needed to go park in the guest parking and walk back up to the front entrance, this was for security purposes. What does that mean!? That walk was literally a quarter of a mile!!!!! No side entrances! We were treated second class and felt like they would rather we didn’t stay there anyways. I called the front desk and asked again for some help of accommodations on getting our children and bags in the car they flat out told us no once again. I asked for a refund and they were more then happy to be rid of us. I’ve always had a good experience with Hilton and we always stay at Hilton hotels. No more! I’ve never been treated that way before and it made us feel horrible! What a terrible experience! We did nothing to deserve that treatment! We had a long terrible day in the car and were so excited to get our kids out of their car seats. We ended up having to drive another hour to find an open hotel, which was not Hilton and they treated us amazing!! Asked if we needed help or sometime to help with our bags. My husband and I cannot carry three sleeping babies and our luggage a quarter of a mile to our room. All we needed was a cart or something!!!!! So terrible!!!
I had a massage- and it was great. I docked it a little because it was too chili in the room and for problems finding the building. There was a sign in the elevator that said the spa was on the first floor and there was a sign on a first floor outside door that said pool and spa this way. After trapsing around the facility for a while, I went back inside and was told it is best accessed by leaving the front of the hotel and traveling to the building on the right. That would have been good to know earlier! But the spa wasnt too busy and were very accommodating when I showed up late. There was a fee on my bill that looked like a tip, but Im not sure if it was- so a little confusion there.
The facility was clean and well stocked. The service was friendly and the therapists/estheticians are knowledgeable and friendly as well. The spa is smaller than other Las Vegas facilities but makes up for it in my opinion but never being crowded. Its a more private experience and the surrounded grounds are well kept and relaxing. Its like a little Tuscany in the desert. You can order food from the room service menu if youd like to get more than a piece of fruit while in the spa but there are lovely restaurants within walking distance.
Everyone was very nice, but its clear they havent put some time into renovations/ updating anything in a long time. Carpet is very old and dirty in high traffic areas and walls have marks all over them. There is a jacuzzi a cold pool, steam room and sauna in the spa. You will have access to the hotel pool as well, but its not very convenient to get to. The steam room doesnt have any scent inside so take your own oils if you prefer that. Also take a hair brush, because the do not provide those either.Overall I still had a relaxing time, but it definitely needs a little TLC.
As others have said, jacuzzi broken, has a run downed feel, and prices would be high even for the strip with all the other amenities. With that said Janey was one of the best masseuses Ive ever had. Great technique, really great pressure, and she takes her time.
I live in Henderson, but was working an event at the Hilton for the week. Though I would surprise my wife and book a massage on a Friday. The Spa reception is SUPER rude. I tried calling - no answer. So I sent an email and said I was interested in booking and was a guest at the hotel. Said I needed to call - I called, no answer. I emailed back and asked what number should I call? Said I had the right number, they are just busy. Called later in the day - Spa reception at lunch. They called me back so I could book. Not sure why she needed a “call”. All I did was sit on the phone while she booked the appointment. I canceled an hour later as this didn’t seem like it was going to be a relaxing experience. I booked somewhere else. I would avoid this place if you can.
My experience with the spa was disappointing. First of all the hotel and staff were excellant. Called down to the spa as soon as they opened. I asked for a pedicure and the time they gave me was too late as I was going to a party before then. I told her all I needed was toes polished and trimmed. She checked with someone she said she could do it at 1 for more then I really wanted to spend but I was desperate . I went down for my appointment and they had doubled my price.70 was too high just for what I wanted. We Needless to say I didnt have it done and went elsewhere. They probably werent full when they gave me a price and by then they probably had someone pay full price. I wasnt the only one that heard what they quoted me because my phone was on speaker. Extremely disappointed with the spa. Make sure you confirm price.
My mom purchased the groupon for two facials and mimosas for my birthday and it was the biggest mistake ever. Not to mention the extra $52 dollar gratuity we had to pay. My esthetician didn’t talk to me during the entire facial and my face proceeded to burn like crazy. She told me she only put 2% sacylic acid on my face and I call total bs because my acne cleanser has that in it and I’ve never had a crazy burn like that. My face felt badly red and sunburned for 5 days and started to peel. NEVER AGAIN.After sending pictures and speaking with the manager, Mariah, she only refunded us half the gratuity, which amounted to about 26 dollars and offered my mom and i free “day passes” to their facility. So thats almost $300 dollars spent on the worst facial I’ve ever received and 2 mimosas filled with mostly juice.I’ve gotten 60 dollar facials that were much better and way less harsh. And the esthetician would actually talk to me and tell me what she was doing rather than just start poking my face doing extractions. You can keep your day passes and I’ll go to a place that actually cares about their clients. Save yourself a lot of money and go elsewhere!
Very disorganized. Amenities broken, lack of communication among staff members, not to mention do not get a manicure at this location. Did have an awesome masseuse. She was amazing, however the rest of our party was not so lucky.
We got a couples massage and it was meh. The massages were not that great. They did not have a couples area. The relaxation areas are in the womens and mens locker rooms which wasnt great.
Spa is very cold and it’s 50 degrees outside they keep their jacuzzi at 90 and I’m here now freezing my tail off. Staff are kind amenities are fine let’s see how the massage goes
Disgusting! Filthy! The nail salon reuses utensils which by state board regulation MUST be thrown out after each use to avoid cross contamination and spreading disease or infections. Spa does not wash towels or linen with detergent or bleach instead just uses water. Massage therapists use janitorial rags on customers during service because management wont provide sufficient linen in order to cut costs.
If youre comparing to like the spa at red Rock, its a little out dated. Staff was nice though and the Groupon was worth it. Not sure I would want to pay full price.
I gave 5 starts simple to bring to the attention of the resort of the amazing service of the Servers at the restaurant....Luis was outstanding,At both breakfast and dinner.also the gentleman who was serving super Friendly and professional who I believe is ex military .sorry dont remember the name .also someone who did a great Job and was here at every shift working hard has a small baby cant recall his name well our experience while dining was excellent....

The spas healing waters was amazing, as well as the massage. I would definitely recommend this spa to friends.
