LV Smoke & Vapor - Kratom Shop stephanie

The tall Indian clerk, either in his 20s or 30s that wears the black turban, really need to take a course on customer service because hes the most rudest and disrespectful person working at this particular smoke shop near Stephanie and Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson.Went inside to purchase cigarettes and a box of Tar Bar cigarettes filters and this clerk informed me that the shop didnt have anymore Tar Bar, however I caught him in a complete lie because there were plenty of them on the shelf.After I have purchased my items I told the clerk the next time whenever a customer request for a certain item and he lies that the shop doesnt carry it and its on the shelf in face view of the customer that he shouldnt be working in public. The clerk told me to not come back into the shop after confronting him about his lies and being rude to the customers and this is not the first time this clerk has been rude and disrespectful to customers entering this shop, especially towards African-Americans!!!I seriously need to talk to the real actual owner about firing this clerk because his customer service skills is horrible, disrespectful, and disgusting!!!I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS PARTICULAR SMOKE SHOP!!! 😡

This place is a hit and miss. There is one guy who is super nice who works here, then there’s another guy who shouldn’t be working with the general public at all. The world is already an ugly place, I don’t need to go into an establishment spending my money with someone who is not nice.

Typically I like them. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vape from them that was counterfeit and I feel very put off by it. I reached out to the vape company (Elfbar) and they confirmed what I had was indeed fake. The taste, feel, appearance and weight was off. Edit- there’s no QR code to scan because it’s not real. I’ve already thrown it in the trash and moved on to buying elsewhere.

Best smoke shop in town. That’s right, not in henderson but in town! Awesome variety and most importantly, friendliest of staff. Been getting my Puffs from these guys and they’re awesome!!! Great glass selection too! Thank you guys for always hooking it up!! 💙

This store opens at 8am so when I come in at 12:30pm and try to purchase a product there is absolutely ZERO excuse as to why you cant break a $100 American Dollar Bill, especially when you are literally next door 20ft away from one of the largest banks in the Country. I drove over to A1 Smoke & Vapor and the gentleman working said he will break my $100 dollar bills all day long. You clowns should close your doors and return to the Country you came from if this is how you are going to run a business. 100% Pathetic!

Update your store times would you.You always close early, you should reflect this online so others don’t plan non accordingly

I came in today and was helped by the most delightful young lady...I didnt catch her name but she was awesome. She explained how everything works and what its used for...I ended up purchasing a grinder and an Evolve-D Plus(an upgrade from what I originally wanted) I said all that to say...I spent more money than expected but hat because she was amazing at her job. Ill definitely be back again...GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE☺️

I shop at this place everyday. The staff is very friendly and always is willing to help with whatever you need. So glad this place is right next to my place! Serious the customer service here is what makes this place awesome.

This is a great little smoke shop and while I may be biased as thats where I used to buy cigarettes there until they got me started on vaping instead, I still think Its pretty good.The location is fine and accessible being in a shopping center, and parking is almost never an issue even with the surrounding stores/bank.As I mostly go in the afternoon/evenings I usually deal with Stefanie who is fantastic, always smiling, has great advice, and is knowledgeable about the products.Only once have they not had the exact thing I was looking for, but as it was a specific flavor of vape juice it wasnt an issue to ask what else was good.

Not worth the visit, employees are not helpful. As well as they charge you an extra .50 cent if you use debit with tax, 7eleven or walmart are better options.

I enjoy coming here. This shop always smells fresh and when stepping in I can actually see my reflection on their very clean and shiny bongs! They always have what I want in stock and not only that but Abhi who takes care of the shop always makes sure that everything is in stock by marking those items down. Got a chance to meet the owners Suku and Guru from another Smokes & Vapors shop who are always friendly and treat me like family when I come in! If you are looking for a good decent price for a high quality item, then come here! If you are a customer whos vape is not working at its full potential, Abhi will be more than happy to assist. Patient guy who is very generous with time and saves you money!
