I wish I could have posted a pic here.My wife got eyebrow threading here. They messed it up. She got cuts on her forehead. At least 10 visible cuts. I was told her skin is sensitive due to which she got those cuts. But that’s not correct as she got eyebrows threading at least a 100 times in the past.I did not expect this at all and would not recommend this store if you want to have a safe eyebrow threading service. You lose your money and get such cuts on the skin in return.

It was my first here and I’m definitely coming back, Radhika was my stylist and she gave me the perfect haircut I was looking for.

Most affordable and most professional hair saloon in irving Texas area . From head massages to haircuts they do an awesome job . Their prices are less and they don’t expect a tip , but i always tip since their services are exceptional! Keep up the good service !

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the start, it was clear that the guy lacked the basic skills required for a professional haircut. He didnt even know how to hold the scissors correctly, which immediately made me nervous.I came in with high hopes from frisco for a professional haircut but left feeling utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.The final result was a complete mess: uneven layers, jagged edges, and nothing close to what I had requested.I regret choosing this salon and would not recommend to anyone looking for a professional and satisfactory haircut. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Ive had my hair straightened; it looks very beautiful now. The price was quite reasonable, especially compared to other salons I inquired about, which charged almost double. Im very happy and satisfied, and the people who work there are friendly.

I did a root touch up for my hair and hair cut and I am happy with the service. Will definitely visit here in future

Everyone was super kind and welcoming and they were able to get me in on a weekday afternoon with no appointment (hence not 1 star) but, and I hate to say this, the cut I got was simply not well done. Maybe the texture of my hair was finer than they may be used to working with, but once the waves fell out from the blow dry, you could see totally uneven layers and at least a 2 inch difference between the left and right sides. Paid for another salon to fix it the best they could and unfortunately my hair is significantly shorter than Im comfortable with now.If youre going to give this shop a try I would recommend only a very simple straight across cut.

Me and my wife have been going here for years!! This is the best place to get a haircut if you are Indian or Asian. They take really good care of you and great price. We just moved away so we are sad 😔 we won’t come by as often. Wonderful people here and even better haircuts !

They dont listen to your instructions properly. They do as if they like. Ive clearly instructed to keep my hair long and only use scissors but they made it short. Never gonna visit this again. Ive been told by many people that this isnt a good one, but i still went because its close by to my home, looks like they are all right!

If I remember her name correctly it’s Supriya and she was ok to go step by step to check if I was ok with length. Unlike others she was not in hurry to go by the number you say and get away with her job.!The business owner was very friendly and took my appointment over phone.!Overall it’s a good experience and I do recommend.! My sister and I were visiting for the weekend. They took us as walkins. These girls cut and style our hair. Our cuts and hairstyles were amazing. My hair felt wonderful. That was the best cut I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this salon. Every trip to Dallas will include a trip to the salon. Thank you ladies for making me and my sister looks so good.

I had appointment for my daughter but they refuse to accept that I took the appointment.Although we waited 5 mins but haircut was not good.It was not cut properly.

I have had many compliments about my haircut so far! The place is in a rough looking area, and it made me VERY nervous as it seems a little too laid back. That said, the stylist really took her time and seemed to love her job. My haircut was gorgeous and it was only $25! I couldnt believe it. Ive had $85 haircuts that were a similar quality. Keep in mind that they do not really have decent product, so if you want a style, take your own. Its worth going, and thats coming from someone who skipped haircuts for 3 years out of fear it would be messed up.

Yesterday I visited salon for hair cut and I had bad customer experience. I tried to pay with gift card (visa) but unfortunately it had less amount so it paid partial amount and display showed remaining amount. When other worker told me there is something wrong with payment, I thought display is showing my card balance. Later they told me to pay remaining $6 as it was not paid by card and I paid remaining amount with my credit card. So, owner of this business scolded other employee not to accept gift card next time in front of me. I felt insulted in front of other customer as I felt she tried to show I am doing some sort of cheating. I provided my name and number in case any issue happens with payment which would be rare case as I used the same card in multiple places. But my question to community is can any business refuse to accept gift card payment? I read few articles on google which says gift cards are authorized by state as equivalent of any other payment. My family is visiting this salon for past 3 years and if owner thinks we are doing any fraud then we should highlight that before Covid they used to provide punching card for free haircuts and multiple times we even forgot to punch it but we never asked to punch our card for past services just to support local businesses. Post Covid they refused to accept punching card saying they had losses during Covid and they closed card system. We accept their logic just to support local businesses so if they think partial payment is fraud then card system they gave us was also fraud. Won’t visit this shop again.

*Althought it’s preferred to make appointments, they provided me a same day appointment in less than an hour that I called. I LOVE MY HAIR DRESSER! I was never one to say that I had a specific hair salon or hair dresser. Nonetheless, after looking at the reviews of this salon, and the GREAT PRICE, I decided to come and get a hair cut. This is my second time coming to this salon and the lady that cuts my hair is great. I asked for a trim and she took less than an hour to cut my hair, yet did it with precision and ensured that everything was as straight as could be; She was prompt, precise, and sweet. She made me feel welcomed.For those worried about COVID-19, based on my personal experience, this salon is handling it SUPER WELL! All of them are wearing face masks, ensuring that clients are making appointments prior to entering (*they used to allow walk-ins, I believe know it is slightly more strict to ensure the health and well-being of clients), hand-sanitizer for convenience, and e-receipts for safety/protection!These women are so sweet, I love them!If you want a good hair salon, In my opinion, this is it.My hair cut cost only $25.00 and usually at other salons I had to pay $50.00.

What a wonderful hidden gem. Dont let the location fool you, this salon has more skill than some of the salons I have been to in downtown Dallas or Las Colinas for a fraction of the price. At least half of may salons and more than half of others i have been to.The staff is very warm and inviting and really takes the time to listen to what you want. I came here to get my hair redone after the first salon I went to a week ago refused to cut it as short as I wanted. Here there was no issue. I showed them a picture as a general guideline and answered a few follow-up questions and there was no pushback. They are very professional and skilled.The inside is clean and very casual and not overly extravagant. The stylist are very skilled and I qm beyond happy. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I came at 11am in the morning , as the morning slots were booked I was confirmed a slot in the evening for 5:30 pm for haircut. I reached at 5:45 pm and got confirmation that appointment is still going to be honored..so I waited for 1/2 hour for the existing customer service to be complete ..once the existing customer service is finished you asked us to wait to service another customer whose appointment is at 6PM which is after our appointment….you shouldn’t have asked us to wait in the first place.. we reached at 5:45 pm and waited till 6:15 pm …we don’t mind waiting but you disrespected by saying we had wait because we came 10 mins late .. even if we would have come at 5:30 would you leave the existing customer and services us ? No ,right. If you think that we had to wait because we were late you should have told us at 5:45 pm so that we wouldn’t have wasted 1/2 hour in your salon. Instead you told us at 6:15PM giving priority to next appointment customer..This is highly unprofessional behavior..

Very nice clean hair cut I got today with Radhika.I hoping I’m spelling her name right. she was very nice and professional.And I also wish that some of those nonsense bad reviews can be removed because I can see some of them gave negative reviews for personal reasons. I moved to the area not too long ago and was way over due for a hair cut. I did not get the name of the lady who cut my pixie but she did a really great job. I was a little nervous when I first went in but I really liked my cut once she was done.

I am not satisfied with their service … haircut is not done properly and for eyebrows and upper lip she took 35 mins by plucking one after other hair which is veryyyyyy painful . I never never never experienced this much time and service till now .Radhika - If you are not available to do professional service pls close it and open when you are available only. Those ladies who are managing when you are not available are not at allllllll professionals . I wasted my money and time

I have been there after seeing the really good ratings but I wasn’t very satisfied. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst but I had better haircuts. I went with reviews as I was new to the place. There was no proper care taken towards my haircut and it was done in around 10 mins. Never had a haircut done that fast.👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible place to get a hair cut, called in and took an appointment only to get there and wait an hour. lady keeps cutting one dudes hair for 40 mins and after she was done it didnt even look good lmao. so i decided to google again if there was anything better open near me, went to great clips i was in and out in 15mins with the haircut i wanted. cant believe i sat here for an hour just to finally loose it and go to a better place. never got a haircut from here before and surely never will again :)

Its more suited for ladies than gents. You will find hardly any style of gents and if you explain then they dont bother to understand. Rates are increased almost 20% within a year without any added service. If you are a gent and find no other place than you can consider this.
