My go to person for facials has long been Su! She is phenomenal y’all!! I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed after any service you get with her, trust me!!For massages I have finally found my go to person, Victor!! He was so nice and wonderful!! 5 starts for both of these people! They are the best!

Never got a chance to experience their massages due to them not being able to schedule properly. I scheduled in advanced only to be called the day of a few hours before to be told they had double booked. It’s amazing that with all the technology we have today a company cannot ensure they are not double booked. Poor managerial skills, if you want a great massage and a professional experience head over to massage heights.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called a week ahead of time to schedule a pre natal massage since you cannot book them on the app. I also got a confirmation call the day before my appointment where I confirmed. They called me a couple hours before my appointment saying there was a scheduling conflict and that my appointment was going to be cancelled. They only have select people to do pre natal massages so there was no one to move to. I was given no other options to rectify the situation. I had a sitter for this specific hour to get this massage.There was no explanation as to why the conflict happened. I CALLED and spoke to a LITERAL PERSON when booking so I am not quite sure how the conflict happened. Unacceptable.

I am having an issue with the account they set up for me. When I try to log in it says the account doesn’t exist and when I try to create a new one with the email it says it exists.To make appointments I have to call the locations to make sure they have the available times and it’s very annoying.The people at the store have not been able to figure it out. Making it very hard for me to book appointments.This is a waste of your time. I would say until they fix this don’t bother getting a membership here - especially not the cinco location they have been no help in getting this resolved for me.

I had a 10 am facial on Saturday, and it was the best experience at a Massage Envy I’ve had.This clinic/spa is nicer than some of the other locations I have experienced and the team definitely was more reflective of a traditional spa.Sahira, Rolando and Flor all went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of in all aspects of my visit. I’ve already booked return appointments due to their professionalism and kindness. Flor gives an excellent facial, one of the best I’ve had!

During the pandemic I received a email from Massage Envy, giving me an option to suspend my membership or continue with billing each month so the company won’t have to lay anyone off. So I let them bill my card each month. So now, I have 15 credits and I would like to transfer some to my wife. She really enjoyed the services they offer. This location says they can’t do it BUT other locations say they can do it. They just refuse too. I will have to transfer account services to the other location. This afternoon, I requested to have my account transferred to the other location and the manager at Spring Green denied my request. Left me no other option to cancel my membership. I contributed to keep my account active so the company can keep all of their workers employed but now I ask to transfer a few credits to my wife (whom also had an account during the pandemic) I get denied. Bad Customer Service.

Have the very best massage I have ever had today! I’m not going to share her name because I don’t want her to be booked out! There are plenty of great therapists available at this location. I haven’t had a bad massage yet. There are differing levels of pressure and you can choose what you like.Front desk staff if great and helpful.The app makes booking so easy and convenient.Highly recommend ME on Spring Green!Edit-Alice is an amazing massage therapist and I would recommend you run, not walk, to see her!

I had been having really bad tension/stress headaches so finally made an appointment to get a massage hoping to get that helped out. I originally made the wrong type of appointment but they were super helpful in getting it straightened out on the phone. My appointment was with Mr. Jay, and he was fantastic. He found spots that I didnt even know were problem spots! He was completely thorough and professional and Id never gotten relief from my tension issues that quickly. Completely recommend.

I’ve visited this location twice and I love it here. I’ve been to several other locations in the southwest area, but this location continues to supersede my expectations.First, I like to highlight their level of communication. They call prior to appointment, send a text reminder and personal follow ups after the massage. This is such a stark contrast to my experience at the Aliana location, where they don’t call me to notify you that whether or not your appointment is still on until you show up. At this location, someone always picks up the calls and follows through.Great customer service - the receptionists have always been professional, caring and makes you feel like you’re very much valued.I have seen Troy and Felipe. They are both excellent therapists for different needs. When I have severe migraines, tension headaches, TMJ pain, trapezes pain, and chronic pain, Troy does an amazing job. After my massage, I felt like I could turn my head further than I could prior to seeing him. His pressure is deep, but that’s what I need for those issues. If you would like an overall relaxation massage with firm pressure, Felipe does a great job. I feel like they both listen well and are very skilled in addressing each painful concern.It’s a little further for me but it’s worth the trip. I also feel like they do a great job keeping everything clean, which is essential during COVID. Ambiance is great.

Been a member for awhile and had my fair share of therapists but Amanda is no doubt the best! Safe to say me and my wife have found our forever therapist! Shes amazing every time! The search is over!

It was my first time ever getting a massage and Amanda did amazing!! She made sure the pressure she used was correct and helped loosen up my neck and back. Now I have way less pain and I can’t wait to go back!

I searched for years for a good massage therapist and finally found Troy! He seriously is THE BEST!! I have had back and neck issues for awhile and he is the only one with the skill level to actually help! He listens to exactly what you need and knows how to target trouble areas with perfect muscle manipulation!! Highly recommend!! I could never say enough positive things!!

After letting me login to portal a few times it now says it doesnt recognize my email. When it did let me login it wouldnt let me pay. When i try to cancel my membership they wont let me. This company is complete waste of time. Dont sign up for any thing with them!!

The staff here is amazing! I had a facial done with Bobbie, and she was so kind and taught me a lot about my skin. Jasmine did a great job when I got my massage with her. I left feeling amazing and relaxed.

I’ve been to other massage envy’s for the better part of 12 years…. This is the best location I’ve ever found. All of their therapists are top notch, and the atmosphere and front desk staff are all warm, inviting, relaxing, and sweet. I travel for work frequently but I make sure not to schedule my massage appointments anywhere else. This location is top notch

I see Felicia for my massages and she is absolutely amazing!! I have been to quite a few locations over the years and have seen multiple therapists and her technique exceeds them all. Highly recommend coming to this location and seeing her!

My experience here was breathtaking! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. My session with Jasmine was phenomenal! She relieved all of my pain and she did so in a relaxing way. I cant wait to return!

I had my very first facial today. Rebecca was awesome at easing my anxiety and walking me through the steps. The woman at the front desk Joanna was great at checking me in and completing my skin type survey. On the way out the assistant manager Lily asked how my experience went. I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided.

My therapist Jasmine is amazing, she always leaves me feeling refreshed after my sessions. She always provides the right amount of pressure and checks in to ensure I’m getting what I need. Hands down one of the best therapist I’ve seen to date.

We came here for the first time, for mothers day. Called in advance to book. Mentioned over the phone that we both need the best they can provide for deep tissue. They asked for known trouble spots over the phone (neck and feet) for us both. Reservation booked and excited to go.We finally were able to have someone watch our LO so we could enjoy the 90 minute couple massage. We show up early and fill the forms, as requested. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to finally get called. The therapists ask us what we needed done and the massage starts.Unfortunately, both therapists failed to deliver. My therapists touched my neck for a good two minutes and right when she started getting in a groove, there goes the towel to dry the lotion there and on to the next spot. Yes, lotion. No oil, just lotion. Skin soaked it up and the massage felt dry and honestly, painful due to tugging hairs and skin. The same with my feet, which got a total of a minute massage. None of the requested areas were focused on.We left feeling like we were waiting for the main course. Feet and neck still throbbing, a complete waste of time and money, and we ended up having to try and massage one another after. Why pay $160+ for something like this. Horrid.Assistant manager has been helpful so far. Store Manager hasnt reached out yet. Store owner, well find out. Frustrating. Likely never going back.

My therapist Felicia Marie did an excellent job. She used just the right pressure for me in all areas that I had her massage. I would highly recommend her.

We had an appointment, got there a little early and the lady that did the check in process was awesome. She was professional yet still easy to talk to. My massage therapist Bobbie was great. I will fir sure use her again.

If you are looking for deep tissue, Serinda is great! I also like to see Alice. I would love to give Massage Envy Spring Green 5 stars but since ownership changed a while back, its just not the same experience anymore. Its very apparent corners are being cut for financial reasons. The staff is constantly having turnover, and they seem more stressed out than they used to. In my opinion, its important to take good care of your employees, so they in turn take good care of your clients. I also think its silly that if you are a member and would like to gift someone one of your credits, you have to pay a $10 fee. Maybe this is to prevent people essentially sharing a membership, but they could at least let you do it once a year without a charge.

I love coming to Massage Envy! I had a membership a few years ago but left for college and I just started coming back this past month and its still amazing. I signed up for a new membership as soon as I could! Troy took very good care of me and Ill definitely be requesting him from now on.

I absolutely love this place because I finally found someone who can tell me what is going on while they massage me. Carol is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand how the muscles work in my body as she is working. Unfortunately she is no longer with the company, but Tatiana did a great job working out my muscle pain.

Felipe is consistently excellent. I enjoy every minute of my massage. His technique is great and by far, the best I’ve found in four years at Massage Envy. I hope he never leaves!

The two girls at the front desk when I went on Thursday afternoon last week was really professional and nice. I had Troy C. as my LMT and he did a great job on me on that day. I am really happy that Troy C. could of work on me cause I been needing a massage because it has been two years since I had gotten a massage. He is really good, professional, and knows what he is doing to help me with my body to get most of those knots out of me. I wish I had gotten a longer massage than a 2hour because I love how Troy C. was finding all my knots that I knew I had in my body. I can’t wait to go back and have Troy C. as my LMT again; maybe that time I might get a longer session or another 2hour massage. I would recommend Troy C. to anyone to get a massage.

I have the best masseuse at ME Spring Green and her name is Amanda. I used to suffer from regular migraines, back aches, tendinitis, and plantar fasciitis.Amanda listens to my concerns and provides just the right pressure during my session to massage away all of those areas that are achy and tight. My quality of life has greatly improved just by going to ME at least 1x per month. Shes awesome!!

Mr.Jay is great! Very knowledgeable about what hes doing, and when asked to focus on certain areas he explains what muscle are being used and how you can prevent some tension. For me my shoulders are always tight. And stiff, and he recommended stretching and exercise that could be helpful. Great guy! Will be back!

My husband said this was a good place. Maria did his massage. One thing he said was that she was ok. So my advice is, Maria, continue to work on your craft:)The facility was clean, and employees were helpful

Great customer service at this location! Judith did my facial and she does an excellent job. I am not normally comfortable getting a facial but felt at ease. I highly recommend!

I have gotten a lot of massages over the years and Troy was by far the best I have had. He listened to my issues and focused on those areas. I have not felt that good leaving a massage in years. I highly recommend Troy.

I went in to purchase a gift card. I asked Vivian at the front desk how much was a basic massage, she said $125 but recommended I purchase a gc for $150. It would cover the massage, gratuity or other stuff and I would also get a promo card of $40 for me. I thanked her for the info and asked only for the $125 gc. Vivian took my info, only after all of that she then said oh and you also get a $20 promo card. She didn’t bother to tell me prior. She checked me out and handed me an envelope with the gc inside. I asked her for a receipt and she said “oh no that’s not a receipt machine”. I asked her to email me a receipt because I needed something in writing that the gc was valid. She was trying to figure out how to email it and someone else for help. The other lady told her she can just print it (??). I said please, if you could print it that would be great. Once she was shown how to do it, Vivian still asks me if I would like the receipt emailed, text or printed!!!! I kept my composure and told her to please print it!!!!!!Im not sure if she was in training but to not give a customer a receipt for a gift card or anything else is unacceptable.

Brought my boyfriend in with me for a couples session, Felipe and Jay did an amazing job. My boyfriend stated that Jay provided a life changing massage. Felipe helped me out so much. I was sore for a while and he knew exactly what to do. Will definitely be coming back with them soon.

Ive NEVER enjoyed a hot stone massage as much as I did with Felipe Pastor. Hes now my preferred masseuse and I recommend him if you want that wet noodle feeling 👍🏾 meaning no more stiff muscles in your body⚘️

By far my worst customer service experience ever. I had a membership at this location for a year and a half.I called to book an appointment and was told about an offer for members. It was a $90 promotion for a 60 minute facial and 60 minute massage. I figured this is a great promotion and asked the girl on the phone if I could use my $65 member dues towards this deal and she said yes.I went for my facial and massage and had a great experience. When it was time to pay, I was told to pay $45 because the front desk girl did not know about the Valentines day special I was speaking of. She then told me that promotion applies if I purchase a giftcard. Not once was I informed about purchasing a gift card over the phone and I was told I could use my member credit towards my services. The girl who I spoke to apologized for misinforming me but would not accept my payment of $25 to equal out the $90. The girls at the front desk told me a manager will call me the next day to discuss the payment. At this point there was no point of me getting a facial or massage because of how the situation was handled. It ruined my entire experience.That same night I received a call from massage envy saying that the manager will not honor what her employee told me and I would have to pay the additional $45. Also, I didnt get to speak to the manager until 2 days after this situation occured. Till then, the receptionist was getting aggressive with me over the phone and telling me that promotion always mean gift card purchases. Once again, I had to explain to her that not once was I told to purchase a gift card and that the original girl who called me told me I could use my member credit towards the offer.The manager applied a 50% discount on my service so that I could get the price I was told over the phone. Honestly, at this point they shouldve covered the payment. Ive never dealt with such unprofessional and rude people. The front desk girls need to realize they are not managers and to speak to customers respectfully. If you made a mistake in informing a customer then own up to it rather than changing the story to your manager. Since then, I have cancelled my membership and will not be recommending this location to anyone.

My Masseuse, Alice, was very thorough and attentive. I am a cancer survivor with some lasting neurothapy and other sensitive spots. She was constantly checking that I was okay. She did a fantastic job!

Felicia gives a terrific massage. Firm, but gentle pressure is perfect. She is friendly and I highly recommend her for a truly relaxing massage.

Troy is AMAZING! If you like a deep tissue massage- he’s the one to go to. He manages to find knots in my back that I didn’t even know existed and works them out until they’re gone. I’ve been a loyal member for over 3 years bc of him. I’m so relaxed by the time I leave that I’ve seriously considered Ubering home lol

I was not told that I was in a contract for a whole year. In fact, I was told that I could cancel anytime when I just signed up. Plus, they demand that you pay at least a 15% gratuity wether you are satisfied or not.Also, if you purchase the enhancement, it comes out of the regular time that you already paid for instead of them adding extra time for it separately. I don’t think the focus is on the client. I strongly believe it on making the money🤦🏻‍♀️

I signed up for membership for 6 months. I tried to get them to freeze my account due to personal reasons and sent in the signed paperwork and they didnt do it. Then my membership ended back in October and they took out money the next month. Tried to get into contact with a manager several times. I will never ever sign up for a membership again.

Super disappointed in this Massage Envy. Found them to be mediocre in general up until 2 weeks ago... they did the system upgrade last month & they double debited my account; I caught it the day it happened, called them about it and sent them the required documentation to have the 2nd debit refunded. Well now here we are 2 weeks later and it still hasnt been resolved, and I just keep being told they are working on it. I know for a fact it doesnt take that long to correct an issue like this if you are REALLY trying to. As a business owner, you should never take messing up with your clients money lightly, and it really doesnt seem like they care. Asked for a manager or owner to call and update me and was told I can leave them the mesaage, but I doubt they will call you. So done. Point is, watch your money if you go to them and dont expect them to make it a priority if they mess something up.PS - I hate leaving negative reviews, however this situation has shown their true customer service standards which are POOR! I feel bad for the massage therapists there.

I love going to Massage envy. I have my special people that I see every time. I tried seeing someone different and it’s just not the same experience. Ali and Flora they are the best.

Horrible Experience!! Poor customer service. My girlfriend left crying and we were charged $55 to cancel the rest of our appointment. This was an anniversary present gone terribly wrong. We left feeling unappreciated and taken for. We will not be returning to Massage Envy!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I called to setup an appointment for a 2hr massage. The person on the phone asked if it would be for a 60min or 120min. I said its for a 2 hr like I asked for. She then said ok so the 90min. Im sorry but if my math is correct, 60min + 60min = 120 NOT 90min!. I then told her it would be a new client and if I could set that up over the phone or should I come in.?. She then ask for how long the massage would be for. I about lost it on the phone with her. I told her I would just go somewhere else and hung up. If you cant even add 60+60 then you should go back to school FULL time.

Love the firm massage I get from my therapist. I have extremely sore muscles near my neck and also my shoulders. Amanda at the Spring Green location is amazing.

If i could give zero stars , I would.Do not get suckered into buying a membership. I was told i would only get charged for 6 months. I have accumulated a few massage credits and here i am in the 7 month still getting charged. I called to ask why Im still getting charged and was told i need to submit a 30 day notice to cancel because I was on auto renewal(was told different than this).And thats 30 days from my next payment. So 8 payments in already, not 6 like i was told.Whatever i accumulated i would lose so that i need to use up in a span of of 30 days. Completely different from what i initially was told so i feel ripped off and I am very upset. Please train your front office staff better on contract and membership terms because I guarantee that you will have more people like me complaining.

Ive been going to the Woodbridge site for over 6 years and have always had excellent service. You need to know what type of massage you want and let your massage therapist know what areas to concentrate on. Communication will get you the results your looking for.

My 90 minute session with Jay was so very good. He was able to work out all the tightness. Definitely would recommend him.

I really enjoyed my massage with Jade. She was so attentive and thorough. I came out feeling rested and relaxed which was opposite of how I entered. Thanks team!

Love this place! Every employees are super courteous, massage therapists are really good and haven’t had any complaints. Been coming here for almost 2 years now!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Their facility is ok, their customer service is a joke. Massage Heights and other places are much better. Even Nails of America next door are better choices.

Felipe was absolutely awesome. Attention to detail and right amount of pressure. It was obvious that he used more advanced techniques than the usual approach. I highly recommend Felipe.

Mr. Bing at this location is amazing. Always respectful of privacy and always aware of patient’s comfort. The office receptionist are always friendly and attentive. I never have to wait long, Mr Bing is always on time.
