I recently moved to the area from an area that had quite a few dispensaries. While the locations out here are very few and far between I can really appreciate Herbal Wellness! It’s close by, decent prices, kind staff, and cleanly! The flower can be hit or miss but for these prices I can’t complain!

I was turned away for a small crack in my ID even though I’ve been coming here regularly for the past few years and have a ton of points built up plus I know multiple employees… pretty perplexing to say the least… went up to Seed&Smith with no issue, The Dab in Louisville is good also.. I will steer clear of this establishment in the future and I suggest the same for anyone I talk to from the area..

The staff was very kind and the place was inviting, the selection of flower and other products were very limited. I know a few places here in Denver that also have limited variety of options and they carry quality products. Unfortunately, wellness misses the mark on quality 6/10. I purchased an 1/8 oz of flower, indica dominate for $35 that was in my understanding the best flower they had it looked visually appealing and reasonably cured..I don’t mind paying more than the average person but I do consider carefully the quality in proportion to cost. Any ways, I smoked a pinner joint and It was disappointing herb. Dry and bland, stale smoke. So I gave it away to a friend who is visiting from florida, who smoked a bowl and also verbalized displeasure, he discarded the full container. After being a Colorado resident for 20 years, you kinda get spoiled used to a certain standard of quality especially from the shops who are local..but in all fairness I have smoked Mexican brick weed. from Pueblo Colorado that had a better profile and body, less stems, and overall a better buzz. Great location centrally located, once the business centralizes to their customers I bet their customer base will grow exponentially.

I go to Herbal Wellness Dispensary for 90% of my marijuana purchases. They have some really good quality product at a reasonable price and the staff is usually personable and friendly.I get great recommendations from Ashleigh when I have a specific need. Hunter goes above and beyond in the customer service realm and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. Thanks Herbal Wellness!*** However, the new menu marquee is not good. I find myself holding up the line because it takes so long to roll through the alphabet of options 🥹😅😂

I had the best experience here, the best by far of all the shops since marijuana became legal. Please keep up the great supply on the Medical side of the shop, of Indica vape cartridges & 1000mg packages of Indica edibles. Indica is about all I can tolerate and it has been hard to find what I need on the medical side of other shops Ive been in over the years. There were 2 gentlemen there when I went in, both very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed that there wasnt music blaring inside the shop! It was quiet & I could hear :)Thank you so much!! I will be back & I will definitely recommend Herbal wellness!! Groovy experience!!

First time customer at this address, not a first time pot lover. Walked in and was greeted by a nice young man at the counter. The chunky bud tender then came in and apparently thought helping a white soccer mom would be an inconvenience. He told the other guys behind the desk “See you in an hour,” as he led me into the sales room. I got in, got the strains I wanted and was out the door 5 minutes later. I left him a good tip, even for his dooooshy behavior. I don’t think I’ll be back. Peace out ✌️

Wednesday was my first time visiting, and the overall experience was good. Even though the prices are a little higher here, Christopher made me feel good about buying their product. Christophers great service will definitely be the reason I come back.

This dispo is a local staple. They work hard to keep prices reasonable, and offer a wide range of products both med and rec. Happy hour is not to be missed! Hunter helped me out today, and I had a lovely conversation with one of the owners as well.

I went in today for the first time with my med card. I got 20%off which is awesome. The staff was awesome. They had everything in stock but prices are higher. The 1000mg gummies were $54+ the last place i went to was 42. So a big difference in the prices. Also they had concentrates for 25 out the door, I would be able to get that at rec prices.

I always feel so comfy and at ease coming here, from Christine at the front desk, to all in the back. Have had Hunter more than a couple times always gives good advice and explains so well. Was in management for 10yrs. and thats exactly how someone should be to the customers, kudos to Hunter and Christine.

I absolutely love this dispensary.! The ladies at the front desk tonight were extremely welcoming.! I also really enjoy the massage chair in the waiting area. Every time I go in the bud tenders are super cool and friendly. I’ll make sure To ask the name of the bud tenders next time to leave a better review but this for sure is My favorite place to shop.

Everyone is always so friendly. I was able to get in and get out and I believe Michael helped me yesterday and he was so nice good energy and super quick but usually everyone I deal will will be so open to helping and very friendly they always communicate and we always have a great couple minute conversation while they help out.

I love it here. The service is great, the lines to get in are the quickest Ive experienced. Sometimes its not the best bud I have had, but they make up for it in service and value. If I am looking to spend $50 or $60 bucks for the top of the line weed, Ill go to some pretentious place in boulder. But most of the time Id rather get great service and value by coming here. Theyve got pretty damn good bud and I have never paid more than $40 for an eighth there.Thanks :)

I always love coming to this location. Ive heard that some people get seedy product, but I never have. The people are always super friendly, knowledgeable and caring; and I *love* that they have a shop dog! Im also pleased they allow (in my bag, of course) my little chihuahua to come and say hello. I went in last night. There were about 4 employees that I saw. The man who helped me was rude and disrespectful. The gentlemen were all laughing at other customers whod already left. The only decent person was a girl with bright red hair. She was cleaning the store while they seemed to make fun of her. I refuse to shop here ever again even though this was the closest store to my house. I was super hopeful.

When you walk in its like your greeting a friend. It doesnt feel like your getting rushed like other places. The bud tenders are very well versed when it comes to strain knowledge. One of my favorite things about the store is not only is the quality excellent but the atmosphere was warmthe displays were well kept which is key in an industry like this. Over all i give five stars for the amount of friendliness and professionalism that this store strives to achieve where as some have failed.

DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! YOU WILL LITERALLY BE FLUSHING IT DOWN THE DRAIN!! Top quality, no! More like bigger pieces of shake. Too dry and extremely over priced. Dont waste money or time here. You can get so much better quality and way cheaper. Edibles over 21 dollars when you drive two miles away and get it for 15 same stuff. Staff is cool but come on. Where is the community love guys. You act like your product is superior and like there is no other place to go. Really sad. DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY HERE!!

I have been coming to Herbal Wellness for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of the flower is excellent and they always have a great selection and good prices. Ive tried other dispensaries in Boulder county but none could match the quality, knowledge and excellent customer service of Herbal Wellness in Lafayette.

Really friendly staff, lots of great deals. Love the dogs haha. My only complaint would be me and my roommates occasionally get different texts for deals, not sure if its intentional or not but it sucks hearing about a deal but you cant get it cuz you didnt get the text. Honestly tho aside from that and the increased debit card transaction fee which i know theyre working, its awesome!

I come in here every time I am in town visiting. I stay in Broomfield and make the trip over here just stop at my favorite store. The bud tenders make me feel at home. The guy with the red beard, I cant remember his name, is always really friendly and remembers me. Their bud has gotten significantly better in the last few months. Now its some of the better stuff Ive smoked. Recommend it to any one in the Lafayette area.

Ive never before been enraged enough by a sales clerk to be bothered to trash but the young tattooed turd in the black bro baseball cap, near closing on Monday July 17 2017 needs an attitude adjustment. When new customers ask questions its generally because they want to understand that which they do not yet. It is the role of a sales clerk to provide that information unless he is ignorant in which case he finds someone else who is more knowledgeable. This guy will drive otherwise steady customers elsewhere.Should I return to this place and I am not able to be assisted by any one other than him, I will exit.

Been going here off and on for a few years. Flower generally just doesnt taste as good here as from surrounding shops. Yesterday got a 1/4 of Sunburn sativa and the buds are FULL of tiny seeds. Not cool!!Shake prices are good! but that shake is harsh so watch out

First. Its a very nice place, and everyone is super helpful and kind- always a great place.The only ding is on their flower. As a person that spent over four years in the cannabis industry, what is sold as flower is popcorn bud that we would use to make a bud run shatter. The flower is VERY GOOD.. Wow. Prices way too high, and I cant even look at or smell the flower before making a choice???? I only went here because Igadi closed early. Not making that mistake again. $33 for an 8th that smells and tastes terrible. Dont waste your time.

Low potency bud and creepy managers who stare at you. The staff are nice though but they go through them pretty quickly so probably not a nice place to work. Only go there if everywhere else is closed, they may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

First time there, and Ashleigh felt like an old friend. Definitely no more trips to Louisville with this gem in our back yard!

Just came to Colorado for my first time and couldnt wait to check out some clinics. Herbal Wellness was the first one I found and their customer service was amazing. All employees greeted us when we came in and they knew what they were talking about. Really glad this was the first stop we made!

Loyal customer that lives less than 1 mile from the store and works with the same employees at least twice a week making purchases.Trying to return my third broken arrow pro Vape pen battery. They refused to return because there’s system is to inadequate to track their customers purchases and I didn’t save a little piece of paper.Hope the $20 Vape pen was worth the $500 a month in sales you just lost with this customer.

Ah, the good ol bait and switch, a fine business tactic...I went on a Tuesday, during the concentrate 20% off discount day, bought a concentrate, but was told this wasnt a correct concentrate for their concentrate sale. No discount.Luckily, there are a lot of dispensaries in the area and I wont be going back to Herbal Wellness again.EDIT: The owner contacted me and was very generous in remedying this situation. Extremely Rude Atmosphere. Bad Vibes on the Medical Side. Horrible work ethics. At least for me I am never going back especially on Wednesday’s around 2pm. I was treated horrible especially from the employee on the medical side and the lead staff lady called upon. It took about 30 min to verify that I was an actual medical patient. Approach from the employee was unfriendly as soon as I walked in.

Basically you dont get any points for purchases if the app in the store doesnt work, and the (presumably) owner doesnt even offer to manually enter in the points. Basically a tough luck and good bye. Smh. Disappointed. Use to be a regular but no point to continue to do that if my points dont matter to you guys.

Theyre knowledgeable, and more importantly, theyll tell you when they arent sure of something, and help you understand everything you need - my boyfriend is new to cannabis in general and a very helpful tender helped him get over his initial anxiety and allowed him to ask all the questions he needed to. It was great, would highly recommend.

First let me say - Ive always had pleasant encounters with the staff. Kudos to them. When it comes to bud, sadly, most of what I bring home from this dispensary is bottom shelf at top shelf prices. Most of the discounted stuff that Ive purchased or inspected was larfy or premature. In my experience its better to stay away from the deals and instead spend the extra $5 for a decent nugget of something else.When I see the owner commenting below in attempts to make good on seemingly sour deals (tastes like hay, seedy, etc), I wonder why he/she doesnt lower prices across the board. Ok, not really, I know its expensive to run that op. Buuuuuuuuuuuut. If youre reading this I only have your best interests (and my taste buds) in mind when I beg of you to please, please, please hire a new grower. I gave Herbal Wellness a fair chance on their none medicinal side. I dont like writing reviews or even reading them because people can leave to much emotion in the review without really studying the overall picture. I have been purchasing from them since June of 2015 on a bi weekly basis.I have receipts showing that I have purchased from this store 13 times which I believe is a fair chance and gave me adequate time to review Herbal Wellness.Their staff is one of the best, always kind, courteous, well spoken, helpful, polite and efficient. For that I am thankful and it definitely was appreciated. Their store is always clean, they have a nice waiting room for when it is busy. Their front desk staff is always on point and explaining new products and specials.Herbal Wellnesss real draw back is their quality control on product. I am not weed connoisseur and I am not sure what the whole purchasing, quality control, suppliers or any of the logistics of the marijuana industry is. I can for sure say though that I have bought more $15 a gram top shelf product from them that has tasted, smoked and its effects have been that of some $5 a gram product. Lots of seeds, some of it tastes chemical and smokes poorly, dry, very poor THC content and I have even noticed being shorted product. I chose this store based on its geographic location to my house. But will not be detouring on my way home because of their poor bud. They need to have a deep look at the product they sell and the price they sell it at. I can still get better MJ from not so legal sources for the same price.I will be going to another store from now on. I can not deal with the inconsistency of their product. If they had better product, it would for sure receive a 5 star rating based on the quality of their employees.

I kept feeling like I had to ask what do I do now. which isnt very welcoming.Knowledge base: 3 Stars. Budrista didnt seem confident in their knowledge of inventory. Kept saying. Unbeatable prices....Great Marijuana at a low cost...I was skeptical of this place because of some of the reviews, but I live 4 miles away, and since I live in a dry County(Broomfield) this is the closest one to my house...after having visited this Shop on more then 10 occasions, I must say this is by far the best shop in the Greater Metro area that I have personally been to...Screw what the negative reviews say and come get some kill for the low low...

Awful. Do not go here. Bad product and even worse service. We live right by this place and wont set foot in it again. Weve been twice and the first time we noticed people werent too friendly. It was awkward. But we decided to give it another shot. The 2nd time we showed up just before 7:00 - my husband dealing with migraines and unable to sleep all week was hoping for some relief - and the lady at the front desk actually barked at us to get out! You cant come in here! We closed at 6:55! My husband pointed at the door with the big sign that said 7:00pm and instead of just explaining she was unbelievably rude and barked at us again like wed done something horrible. I just said we closed at 6:55. Shameful way to run a business. And thanks for treating a suffering guest like garbage.

This dispensary is expensive and unreliable. Be sure to confirm that you are receiving the right amount of weed. The bud-tender shorted me and gave me less than the quarter I paid for. I also purchased a vape cartridge, and when I got home I realized there wasn’t anything inside the box. I am in a wheelchair due to Cerebral Palsy so I am unable to use my hands without assistance. I could not check while at the dispensary. It is disheartening to see a place take advantage of others like this. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Ive been coming to Herbal Wellness for a few years now and I usually get their pre-rolls. They have some decent shake too but I enjoy the burn of the pre-rolled joints. Never un-satisfied with a strain from here. Pricing could be a little better but nevertheless good dispensary.

This was the first dispensary I stopped at during my green tourism vacation in Colorado, and it turned out to be my fave. Better products and lower prices than in Boulder. I highly reccomend their agent orange @ $12 a gram.

I am a recent transplant to the area, and I have been to a variety of dispensaries, and Herbal Wellness has been the most consistent in their quality of bud, service, and deals. Even after a move a little ways away in the next week, I will continue to shop here.

Overpriced product, and the staff are absent minded (stoned), theres been multiple times that the items I ordered were not even placed in the bag, I had to remind them during the sale or go back in when I discovered the missing items.The final straw is the anti-masker blue haired woman behind the front counter who insists that customers remove their masks to pass her gateway. What kind of business asks its customers to remove their mask in the middle of Covid? Save your time and money, shop at any of the other dozens of dispensaries in the area.

Went in this morning for the first time. Dude at door, nice a little small talk. Ladybudtender greeted me and seemed very friendly, but i had the big tall guy help me. When i asked to check out the buds he saysyou can smell, but dont touch all snarky. I picked one gram and said go ahead and give me a gram of your favorite sativa since i had not heard of most of them(besides jilly and 99), and i couldnt really make an educated guess because he claimed to only know the lineage on some strains. Rudly he said he didnt want to choose. Because of him, i will never go back. The only saitva that smells good is jilly bean. Average bud expensive. If your desperate in Lafayette and dont want to drive a few miles, i guess.

Dont waste your time or gas. they have no sativa products and the bud i got had not one crystal on it. they charged 36$ for 2g of it. This is far and away the worst dispensary i have ever been to.If you morons want i can run your buisness for you for like 500$ a week or find someone whos not a total retard to do it for you.

Eh, much better product at other places without the high prices. No new patient deals and the member vs non-member price difference is like $5.. $40 1/8ths on medical side for super dry, stemy flower is a bit ridiculous. Check out Oasis in Arvada or Magnolia in Boulder.

Great shop with a good edible selection and products they grow themselves. HIGHly recommend the Golden Goat. Helpful management and budtenders. Budtenders are informed and can provide quality recommendations on edibles based on customer prefs. Im easy in this regard, but I heard budtenders helping customers with more specific requests.
