Female, long brown hair, could hardly keep her eyes open talking to me. Refused my business because she stated forgetting my apartment number at an address I haven’t lived at in years meant she couldn’t accept my ID. I’m 30. I go there often. She said she’s been there longer than 10 months, has never seen me, refused my sale and said I hope there’s somewhere else in town for you to go. Crazy. Haha.

I am here twice a week and the staff is very knowledgeable and Im never disappointed with the service and quality of products.

Prepare to get robbed at this location. Just paid for some discounted vapes, tried them in store. Two of them did not work, but the owner said since they were discounted, they werent going to do anything for me. Ive spent quite a bit of money here in the past, but thinking of taking my business elsewhere on account of this incident. Either comp your customer, or replace. If theyre bad dont sell them. Perhaps the sign should say product defect ... something or rather. Could at least comp me on another device, why even bother telling customers try them out before they leave the shop? Its just, so bizarre.

Always super pleasant, knowledgeable about their products (they have a HUGE selection of nicotine vape products as well as similar items and equipment. Again, huge selection) and they are cheaper than other places I have gone to. This place is literally across town from me, but I am happy to make the 25 minute drive. Thanks guys and gals!

Have been a loyal customer of this shop for all my vaping needs. I bought a pod system from this shop a few days ago, and it already quit working. I went in to talk to them about to see if they could troubleshoot it. The employee seemed to have little to no knowledge. All they said was , That sucks. .... no help whatsoever. I will never return after this. There are plenty of other shops in this town to be a patron of. They have lost my business. Buyers beware.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the crew at this store. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable without being condescending about it. Theyre always ready with recommendations that are good and not just to bring in money. When I needed a new battery they gave me different options that fit my budget and gave me the pros and cons of each model. I have yet to try a product from them I didnt love. Im so grateful for this place and the people there always making the experience great.

I went into this store and asked them for recommendations on grinders that won’t give me any difficulty and after my first use I am having nothing but difficulties trying to use it….. it has scratches all over the top and bottom like it had been used before and this is by far the worst $55 I have ever spent when it comes to quality. Nothing but disappointed with this store.

Xavier & Kiel we’re extremely helpful. They were fun to interact with and helped me narrow my choice down. They also made sure I opened up the disposable I chose to make sure everything was ok with it and it was auto firing as soon as I took the plug out, so I was able to trade it right there for a new one. I appreciated that. I always stop here weekly when I leave Lafayette from working to head back to Indy. Always have an awesome experience, and prices are decent. ❤️

I bought a Tyson vape here and it worked when I first tried it in store, 2 days later after i charged it, it started hitting on its own and leaking juice, battery got hot. I took it in there to swap it out for a working one and they told me theres nothing they can do for me. So I wasted $25 on a paperweight thats laying on their floor right now. If you read this far and are looking for disposables try 123vapes. Atleast if its defective youre not throwing 25 to 30 away. Only 15 for tysons.

Their selection was good but a rookie associate sold me an RTA coil kit instead of the regular screw in coils. Had to go back and get the right tank for my preference and could not return/exchange the RTA for it being it had already had liquid in it. Was given a good discount on the replacement tho. But I will stick to the fog foundry like I always have been for going on 5 years and only stopped there cuz I needed a new tank and the fog foundry was closed. Mainly unhappy due to uneducated staff.

Love this place! The young man that took care of what I was looking for was so nice and helpful. Got me another module, vape juice and coils. I am so Happy I checked them out. Have been Vaping for 5 years, Highly recommend!

Im highly disappointed in this place now. I make weekly purchases here and yesterday bought a wooden grinder that ended up having the wood broken due to the nail being screwed in wrong during manufacturing. Went back less than 24 hours later to exchange it and they said there was nothing they could do. I won’t be returning here

Went in with a lot of questions and dealt with one of the best customer service reps Ive ever experienced. Aidan was very informative and showed me several products, explaining each of them in detail. Would highly recommend Indy Smoke Time for knowledgeable reps and reasonable prices.

Honestly the 5 stars goes to the staff members at this place. I wish I knew the 2 crew members names that Ive interacted with but both of them are easy to be around and talk to. I feel like a friend when I go in.

Great experience every time I’ve been here so far. Great customer service from a very helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff. They have at minimum general and basic knowledge of the very vast amount of items which is pretty impressive. Because there seems to be an endless selection of items, in a good way. Lol.I have been to two of these. The one on Veterans Memorial and then the one on Sagamore across from the mall. This reviews applies to both. They were both awesome in their customer service and that’s worth its weight.Update!!!!After spending some time going to pretty much all that Lafayette & West Lafayette had to offer smoke shop wise. I will say this is one of the most expensive of the choices. I would highly recommend checking prices on certain things and shopping around. Still not what I consider a bad shop. I’d still go here. But it is probably one of the last on the list now when it comes to certain things. Pretty much they are my go to for my vaping needs, and delta 8. Customer service is still tremendous which is worth its weight in gold of course. They have an amazing staff at all their locations.

Originally I was leaving a no-star review while the manager went in the store to call the I mean it was three paragraphs long but the manager came outside and handed me a cell phone...spoke with the owner, who then spoke with the manager...Who was already probably the nicest guy Ive ever met in a smoke shop plus probably the nicest manager Ive ever spoken with about an incident that they werent able to correct or refund and me turning into everything thats wrong in America...Fixed the issue at hand with the sincerest apologies and deepest regret that any of this occurred at all...So hats off to you Red Beard!
