The Fog Foundry Lafayette

The reason for the 4 star rating is because of an issue that is still unresolved. My card was charged twice and the guy in there said he looked and couldnt find any double charges but my bank account statement shows two charges on the same day.

Staff is nice and knowledgeable on the products they have. They have a wide selection of juices. They also have a juice bar so customers can try the different varieties they carry. They also have beverages you can get in case you get thirsty so you dont have to leave to get a drink. Water is free, cold and filtered.Most importantly this establishment is clean.I would recommend this place to everyone who vapes and anyone who is looking to quit smoking.

This juice is delicious. Few of the things I picked up today. Nice welcoming environment, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Stop here when I come to town, from Champaign Illinois. Of the shops I have visited in Lafayette, Terre Haute and Indianapolis, The Fog Foundry is by far the best.

Great selection. I’m a bit annoyed that they changed the 250 points for a $25 credit to 500 for $50. It just takes forever when you’re just buying a juice a week, and the 25 is a free juice!

I’m fairly new to vaping and all the different devices, liquids etc so I went to The Fog Foundry and I’m happy I did! Jacob was knowledgeable and super friendly and definitely made sure that I knew what I was getting! I appreciate that he didn’t try pushing the most expensive stuff at us, he instead listened and went with what worked for me and it was pretty inexpensive!! I’ll definitely be returning! By far the best shop on town, huge selection juice, always have coils, and is willing to order things for you if they can. James usually helps me out, and I get in and put fast when I need to and can chill and chat for bit if I want to. James is super knowledgeable as are the rest of the guys and they make it an easy and quality experience that you cant find at any other shop

They go above and beyond every time I come in! If I have any questions, problems, or concerns they always help me out. The owner Chad is amazing and helped me with a whole new mod and coils and even took the time to teach me about what I was purchasing and how to maintain everything. Everyone who works here is nice and always fun to converse with. Their expansive line of products makes it easy to find whatever youre looking for too!

I really like this place. These guys are super helpful. They help you and coach you through figuring out new vapes. Very good customer service when I had an issue with my battery. I also the reward wheel they have. Makes the trip a little bit more exciting. The whole crew is fantastic. There is not a single person there that is not pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys!

Started going here when our vape store closed in our town, they are friendly and very helpful BUT never stay stocked with juice so travel here just for pods and the other vape store for juice!!

This is the best vape shop in Lafayette hands down. Amazing prices and supremely knowledgeable staff. They are highly educated in all the CBD and Delta 8 products too. Highly recommended

This is the only place I go. I was there when they first open the Lafayette shop and happy to see them grow with new locations. Always friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend for all of your vap, cbd and delta 8 needs. These guys( and gals) know what there doing and do it well.

Always fast, knowledgeable, and ready to give a good recommendation for juice etc. Id give them 5 stars if it was a little cheaper. I dont expect online prices just not quite this much. That being said they have a reasonably large selection and I will be going back

Everyone that works here are so helpful and amazing!! I love how they truly get to know each person that comes in and they remember you when you come back!! This shop is very clean and nice! I have been to another vape shop and it was very upsetting to see they had cats and dog and a few other animals in there just walking around. If your looking for vaporizing devices, batteries, tanks, coils, and a variety of juices this is the best shop in Lafayette! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Been coming to this shop since they first opened it and I have to say that I will never got any reason go to another one. Every time I come in Im met with a smile and never have to wait to be helped. All the people that work here know there stuff and are always eager to help me find whatever I need. Even if I need something that they may not have in stock at the time they will offer to order it for me. Never once have I been in this shop and left unhappy. The atmosphere is great and Ive met several good people in here. I could never see any reason why anyone would go to any other place. I simply love the fog foundry and all the people that work there and frequent it!!!!

Juice prices are best in town as well as excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.The inventory accommodates everyone from beginner to the most advance.My husband and I visit this shop regularly. Sometime just to hang out and play some pool.

Hey thanks for responding. I was rating among the three shops Ive visited in Lafayette. Ive visited all three at least 3 times over the past year.I appreciate that some vapers want to have a social bar-like place to gather but I personally dont like walking into a cloud of smoke especially during the pandemic.Also I feel weirdly awkward and intrusive when I walk into that store. I feel very welcomed at the other two I rated.I gave you an extra star because you do seem to have a more complete stock of some of the things I look for sometimes.I hope this feedback helps you out. The Fog Foundry is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Terrance R and Tim consistently go above and beyond to help not only me, but their customers in general whenever I’m in the store. I recently lost my vape, and they provided me with a small Boulder vape while I’m waiting for my new Vape to be ordered. This is something that they didn’t have to do, but they always go above and beyond for their customers. This is exactly why it’s so important for our community to shop locally, and reward our local business partners when they are taking such good care of their customers! Great prices for a brick and mortar shop, I buy a 5 pack of geekvape super mesh coils(baby beast size) here regularly and theyre $20, good deal. Juice prices are better than most local shops and they have a huge selection. The staff is very friendly and always go the extra mile. Best vape shop around.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell. I would recommend the fog foundry to everyone who vapes and to anyone who is a current smoker. I havent had a cigarette in 2 months and havent had the urge, thanks to these guys! Keep up the good work

I like going in there. They greet you immediately even if theyre helping a customer (but right after they get back to the customer). Theyre very helpful with any questions you have and if youre new to vaping they will set you up with whatever you need and explain how everything works. I also like the perks of being able to spin the wheel and gets discounts. People get upset about paying a dollar to try at LEAST 30 different juices when other vape shops Ive been to dont even let you try them first. If youre spending over $20 on a bottle, one more dollar should be nothing to make sure youre positive about what you want. Plus, of COURSE the juices will be more expensive in the shop than online. How else would they be able to make a profit? Bottom line, I go in there all the time. Its quick and easy, Im in and out within 5 minutes if Im in a hurry. I recommend this shop!

The guys here are great. Terrance, TJ, JJ the jet plane, and Jacob help provide a great atmosphere, actually know their products, and can explain them to the customers in great detail. They are friendly, and help guide the customers through flavor profiles, and figure out what the customer enjoys to give a variety of options. The Fog Foundry has a huge selection of flavors, and devices.

Excellent selection of new vape equipment

Don’t buy any devices from this store. If it breaks days later they refuse to take care of the issue. All the same devices are broken and it took hours to even allow them to refund the money. The manager is very rude and believes he is better than everyone

They are always very helpful when IGo in there and always answer all your questions and never rush you or push you to buy something just to makeA sale. Chad has always been helpful and Jordan was just as good they know the products they sell.

First of all, I cant praise the staff of this store. They helped set me up with a vape that is perfect for me. They broke it down piece by piece and showed how it works. In addition, their rewards program was explained showing how much it will benefit me on the long run. Their prices are the best in city in my opinion on vapes and accessories not to mention their great customer service. I will go nowhere else for my needs!!!

Awesome shop with awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to help get you what you want/need and if they dont have what you are looking for they will do their best to get it for you. They do Comps and hold waffles and give things away to the people there. It is great having a shop of this caliber so near and the prices are on par for a B&M and the selection of juices is big and I I got a feeling will get bigger. They have a juice bar where you can sample the juices before you buy. If you havent visited either the store in Lafayette or Kokomo I would highly recommend you do so, you wont be disappointed. You can also go just to hang out and BS with others and even play some pool. This is my goto shop from now on for my vaping needs.

I recently switched to Fog Foundry. I used to go to The vape shop on Chauncey Hill, until I found more products, its closer to my job, my house, and the staff is quick and friendly. Theres been a few times Ive gone in, and they dont have a certain coil I always get, but nonetheless, 5 stars.

Good products, but I wouldnt recommend coming here without much knowledge about vaping. If you dont know something they act like you should already know and make you feel stupid. I would stick to going to iSmoke Vapor.

I found the vape fluid I was looking for, and at a discount! Usually 100mg fluid refills sell for $20, but they had a discount section for $8 apiece for 100mg and $5 for 60mg refills.
