Juliette is the best associate here, she is super attentive, friendly and always makes great recommendations! Would be a 5 star review if I could tip her on my card! No one carries cash but these lovely tenders deserve card tips, especially since I have to click screens for receipt and such. Been a repeat customer since my first time here even after relocating to Westminster, Vape mart has best selection and prices, always worth the trip!

Juliette is awesome! Always helps take care of you with great care and service. She is very attentive, thorough with each visit, she is very knowledgeable on the products and a pleasure to be around.

Eleven-out-of-five! Absolutely the best, full-stop. Service is expectational, prices are the lowest, selection is huge. I just cannot recommend this place enough!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Vapor Mart. Not only was the customer service awful, but they also refused to honor their own exchange policy. When I tried to exchange a faulty product within the specified time frame, the staff were rude and uncooperative. They acted like I was causing a problem by simply asking them to follow their stated policy.The employee. Some guy claiming to be the manager, but i know he isnt was dismissive and made no effort to help resolve the issue. Despite being a long time costomer and literally stepping outside with the vape and coming back inside with it they flat-out refused to make the exchange. It was obvious they didn’t care about customer satisfaction or standing by their own policies.I will never shop at Vapor Mart again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect any level of decent customer service or fair treatment.

Thought it was a great place to go. Cheapest vape in town. Never had a problem with a vape except 1 time. My lost Mary overheated out of nowhere whatever I thought I would take it back and maybe they would help me out. Same day purchase. Dude wouldnt replace a poor product. He wanted me to buy another one for 10 percent off. Dude up the road has more expensive vapes but if your product is bad hell replace it. Never had a problem except this 1 time. Moral of the story, if the shop dont stand by is product you probably shouldnt buy from them. Im out a same day purchased vape and 50 bucks. Warning to future buyers. Guy up the road will replace your product if its faulty.

So let me say the girl with dark hair sorry bad with names. She is super helpful. She wont just sell you something she doesnt know about she looks everything up answers questions. Vaping can be expensive and the last thing you want is to buy a product and regret it! Ugh i wish i knew her name but she has long dark hair go to her she rocks.

Great selection and prices but my roomate and I have both gotten the wrong coils sold to us by the young guy that works at the shop. Its very annoying because we understandably cant just go return them after opening them but i go in assuming he knows what hes doing...Im editing this review: I love this vape shop but I will never go back inside if I see the young guy behind the desk, he has given me information that is wrong and easily found on Google, and wrong coils to me and my roommates on numerous occasions. The young lady who works there is always super helpful and seems knowledgeable so I will try to shop there when shes there.The Vape Mart has amazing prices I cant stop shopping here!

I’m really happy that I decided to stop here. Great selection, great prices, and very knowledgeable staff. To that end, Kenny helped me out tonight and he was awesome. He’s very familiar with the ins and outs of the industry over the last ten years and I think that’s a advantageous perspective to have for any customer when making a purchase.

The staff are super cool I believe it was Cameron that helped me out he was very cool and very helpful. Although while looking around I did notice that there were oil burners being sold there not a big fan of what those are used for. I will say this due to the oil burners being sold there I will not be returning there at all. Will not give my money to companies that sale this object.
