I frequented this place for 3 years, spent over 50000 dollars and watched it go from just me to where it is today. I was active in the store building repore with customers and physically helping with maintenance around the building (for free or for a drink). I consistently went out of my way to help this business grow. In return, the owner Jeremiah chooses gossip over reason. He runs and manages this company like it is high-school. Idk maybe he had it rough in high-school. But he surrounds himself with pretty lips, big butts and doesnt care for any opinions outside of those women. His favorite past time is hiring young inexperienced individuals and gaslighting them into believing something he has no intention on doing. He is extremely judgemental and Ive watch him avoid people just based off their appearance. At the end of the day Jeremiah is a pos. His business has stayed in the same spot for 3 years. He doesnt listen to voices of reason. But chooses to listen to toxic habitual liars. I reached out to Jeremiah and asked for a one on one, given that I helped his business a lot, I thought that was an easy request but he declined and continued his gossiping antics. The place is cool though, Ryan is awesome and alot of the people are some of my best friends. But Jeremiah is a pos and will forever be a pos until he decides to have a conversation with me instead of choosing gossip over communication.

Been to a dozen or more kava bars in tampa/st pete and along the east coast and this place is special. If you want to come have a tasty kava drink for the first time and hang with friends it has a real bar atmosphere but with a typically younger clientele (most older people still drink alcohol) and this place certainly doesnt judge, but its a space where I think those looking to try something new might find enticing. Pool tables, tvs, darts, full vape store, best tasting drinks I may have ever had, and the prices are honestly about the same as the nicer kava bars in tampa, but this place is unique and you wont find drinks or an atmosphere like it almost anywhere. Drinks may seem expensive but I spent a lot more when I used to drink alcohol haha ok thanks for reading if ya did

This place is so cool. Stopped in yesterday with my husband. We’re cutting back on drinking and decided to try Kava and Kratom. It takes some getting used to but the bartender was amazing and explained all options. Thanks for having options for people who are trying to quit. Hoping for more Kombucha options like Krazy Kombucha but we had an awesome time.

Great staff, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Love that they are open late too!!! They also have a wide variety of vaping products to suit everyones needs. To top it off, they have an AMAZING rewards program.

Austin got me to try new things out of my comfort zone my first time there. The bartenders are really knowledgeable about kratom and kava. They provide excellent service evertime Im there. Ive made life long friends here and have been coming over a year. Check it out if you are looking for a great crowd and want to meet new people.

My much more handsome doppelganger told me to head by and check out the Kratom and D8, but when I arrived there was so much more. Kudos to Ryan and Billy. They made the experience much more enjoyable knowing I was getting the best price for my drinks.

This place is awesome, the Kratom and Kava are great and priced just right, the staff are professional, friendly, and personable, I spend at least 2 or 3 nights here each week. The Vape part of this place is well stocked and reasonably priced and I buy all my Vape supplies here.

It is one of the best places to vape, have a beer, or have a nice cold coffee. They have kratome and kava and a nice vape store inside. The customer service is to die for. Its a great place to game as well as an Xbox, switch, and PS5. Along with pool tables, other games, and special events at different days and times of the week. Its a very friendly place and an adult hangout spot.

Cynthia (especially) and the other ladies who have helped me every time (3 times so far) have been excellent. They handled extra requests and were knowledgeable about the products and helped me get things done in a timely manner.The establishment is always clean and smells nice, and on top of that, the prices are not bad either.If you smoke and enjoy a good deal or like good vibes, this is the shop to go to.

Great shop. Really well priced. Kratom and kava bar, surprisingly good tasting brews of both. They really have some good quality teas. Its a nice place to hang out drink Awesome tea blends. Great value and Verity on vape juices and other items related to vapes. Buy 2 got 1 free n had to get coils as well. Wasnt as much as I was expecting.

Ryan was so freaking helpful! It was my first time in, he found a juice I absolutely love and helped me find something to relieve back pain I’ve been experiencing for awhile. It had a really nice vibe and I see myself coming back here!

Found this lounge a few weeks back and the guys behind the counter are awesome! Very personable and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and explain everything very simply. Overall it’s a phenomenal place to sit back, relax, enjoy some good tunes and meet new people. Thanks guys 🤙

Called to get items delivered. Ended up calling the wrong store but David was super friendly. Since we already went through the whole order process minus payment with David, he called the other store and set me up with Brianna (sorry if wrong spelling) and she had all my info ready for payment when I got on the phone with her. This little shop is warm and inviting it is just amazing. the girl whos there is knowledgeable and very sweet and has the most excellent customer service skills. she makes me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in. it also helps that their prices are very competitive to the vape shops or tobacco pipe shops in the area. I also really like to come in for a delicious kratom drink.

The kava drinks are delicious. Ryan is very friendly & welcoming and has knowledge and meaning of mostly every product he sells. It closes @2am; it doesnt get any better than that.

Went in today to get some Kava and I was instantly greeted with great hospitality! The drinks were made quickly and exactly to order! I would highly recommend that everyone stop here for great service.

As an avid Kratom user I can easily say that this has the best tasting Kratom I’ve ever had! When I first started drinking Kratom it tasted like dirt and I figured this was something I would have to get used to, but not with this place. The nitro that they mix in with it gives it the absolute best taste I’ve ever had. Aside from that the environment as well as the conversation with workers is really what gives this place life. I’ve been telling all of my friends about this place and would definitely recommend to anybody. If I could get it 10 stars, I would.

BEST VAPE STORE EVER: READ WHY...This is my new favorite Vape store. We pulled up on the motorcycle to fun little building all on its own. Its like a little house with a shade tree out front, but as you approach you see the decor and know that its the right place. You walk in to a lounge area, through to a vape bar with literally wall to wall product. My favorite Finest brand was in stock and Ryan, at the counter, was extremely helpful in suggesting a new flavor. (They didnt have the Tiramisu. ) I love this creme de la creme flavor! My husband needed a new coil and they didnt have the exact one, so Ryan took the time to check out another one he thought would work. It did! And we bought 3! Perfect! Ryan was so welcoming and signed us up for the rewards program. He even checked my husbands I.D. which is a compliment since we are 40ish... :) Ryan gave us an extra 10% off the 2 juices we bought. And helped my husband set up the tank with the new juice. Making sure that it worked and we were satisfied before we left. We had a great experience and promised that we would return. And we meant that... immediately after we walked out, my husband dropped his vape smashing the glass! We went back in to see if they could replace it and there was no glass that would fit at that location. So he offered it to us with a discount if we wanted to pick it up at the other location. Wow! He was so nice and helpful. But it doesnt end there! My husband cut his finger in the process and Ryan was more than helpful! Grabbing the first aid kit and even stepping in with all courtesy, assisting in getting bandaids and first aid cream and even a glove (since we were on the motorcycle. ) Ryan totally mommed the situation! In the best way. He was so kind (as was his adorable & sweet wife who came out to assist, too) It could have been so awkward, but this couple was so professional, courteous and geuinely kind! I want to give them 10 stars: the atmosphere is inviting and fun. Inventory is full and varied. Staff is extremely knowledgeable of their product. And I dont think I can imagine better service! I am truly impressed and definitely reccomend stopping by. Thank you guys so much!!

Have had great experiences since Monday. I had bought a mod for Xmas for my husband on December 13th the mod ended up breaking the magnets in voopoo mod came out and now he can even use it. The receipt got lost but have the transaction from my bank to confirm the purchase and I work with the same associate all the time. I only wanted to exchange since my husband is trying to stop smoking but they will not exchange and I have been a great customer but now I will have to take my business somewhere else. I had a similar problem with a vape mod over a month ago which had a battery defect and they were more than happy to exchange without a receipt and now this is the 2nd mod purchase from them with a defect and they won’t exchange even for a cheaper mod and I take the loss. Thanks and he is back to smoking again. Thank you for your customer service. I gave 2 stars for the pass customer service but defective mods 0 stars.

Immediately after walking into this place you can feel the good vibez, very well done splitting off the vape shop from the lounge side. The lounge is nicer than most of the kava bars you find in St. Pete! The staff was very friendly and answered all of my question, and they told me they would be getting Kratom and Kava drinks in soon!

Ryan and Abbey were so wonderful to me I was extremely frustrated with all the other vape shops in Lakeland and I went in there and they were so nice and so knowledgeable about every product they have and they are all about the customer and giving great customer service which they did give me amazing customer service this is from now on my vape store to go to. I will go no where else. Went for disposable vape, found a store that had the knowledge to the products they sold, ended up with a great mod and then happened to mention going to ybor for Kava and found a chill laxed place to sit and enjoy Kava

I don’t know how the bar portion of this place is. But the vape aspect of isn’t the greatest. Every time I get a vape here it is mediocre. The last time I went I got the glamee vape and it was messing up not even thirty minutes after I bought it. I can’t hit it, without it gurgling and juice spitting in the back of my throat.
