Attention to detail. My husband and I got a couples massage from Groupon and thought wed try it out as an early valentines day celebration. When we left we were discussing how much we liked it and both of us said the exact same words at the exact same time... attention to detail. From the mimosa I received when I first walked in, to the decor, to the hot towel wiping of the massage oil at the end. Plus, the women there were so nice and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Decor is beautiful and it smells so lovely. Love love love the fact that it is woman owned and operated. Got a Brazilian done by Autumn. It was my first appointment with her and she was awesome and made me feel at ease. I cant wait to have her fix my eyebrows!

I am very happy with my experience today! I was able to get an appointment quickly. Autumn was very professional yet very down to earth she made me feel as if I was a good friend and welcomed. Im definitely going back for more services!

I went here with the intention of getting two services, mostly to relax and freshen up my skin before a birthday party. I ended up leaving in between them because I was concerned about potentially damaging my skin and I didnt find it to be a very relaxing environment. The towels used on my face smelled like theyd sat in the wash for too long, and the technician was talking to Alexa/singing during the service (but was otherwise great). This was the first place Ive ever had a facial where they didnt ask about skin goals, allergies, or active products Ive used on my skin recently.Ive never cancelled something like this before, and I of course paid for the second service in full since I was cancelling essentially right when it would be starting.Im glad I left when I did, because my face was raw for about a day around my cheeks and nose, and then almost every pore broke out into a white ball of pus. I have struggled with my skin in the past, but have never experienced any breakout like this in the past - researching it, it seems like some sort of allergy or bacterial issue? Its finally starting to calm down now, but it was definitely not a good look for my birthday.Im sorry to say I wont be returning - the price point was great and its super convenient to my house

Had a Valentines day couples package purchased and we got into a car accident on the way there. The manager was very accommodating and let us reschedule various times afterwards. Were finally able to get the massage today and it was great. The masseuses were very nice and the massages themselves were great. Very friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone to come here.

Booked an hour and a half gentleman’s facial and massage for 150.00 at 12:00 only got 1 hour massage. Done at 1pm straight up. It was a good massage but felt I didn’t get the full treatment I paid for. I was disappointed.

The stuff’s are Very nice and understandable..I’ve been there multiple times and never had any issues. I live 45 mins away and would rather drive there than go somewhere else. Feels comfortable in my skin laying on that wax table.

Book your wax with TT. This was my second time and she’s really good!Update: so this update is for anyone who was unsure about getting the Brazilian wax package from this spa. I have been getting my under arms in Brazilian wax here for the past four months and what I’ve noticed is my thick curly hair grows back very soft and smooth now. After keeping monthly appointments with CT the hair is much finer I never get bumps ever and the hair grows back much slower than it did when I first started getting my wax is here. My last wax was exceptional very thorough and fast!

This was the best experience ever. I was in KC for 3 weeks and this was by far the best treatment ever. The Ladies are really nice and it is a family business. If you are in KC and you dont know, then you are missing out. My first facial, and my first Yoni steam. Blac Diamond Lux Spa got me right.

Stopped by to get a massage and it was an excellent experience. The spa is really cute and clean but the lady Halaina that did my massage was so good. I left out feeling like a new woman. I would recommend this place.

Absolutely love this spa! I get my lashes done here and it is always an amazing experience. The staff is kind and friendly and so professional.The facility itself is absolutely stunning as well. And always clean. And they offer a wide range of services which is nice.I drive an hour to go here because the service is next to none !

Wonderful,peaceful inviting environment and the service was excellent. I got a teeth clean and Im a long time smoker. I was very happy with the results, even though I couldnt finish the 40 min session because of a Sinus infection I had and kept Coughing but the nurse and owner allowed me to come back and finish the process.

The ladies where super sweet and the set up was very beautiful and simplistic. i got a brazilian wax service and it took just a little over 15 minutes. i have a very sensitive private area (typically takes my aesthetician 90 minutes at least to service and take care of me) so i had a horrible reaction to just being waxed with no before or after care like i’m used to, horrible ingrown hairs and itching and burning on the surface of my vagina as well as my inner thigh snd that’s simply from wearing clothes (my aesthetician was booked and it was emergent, but i regret coming.) totally not their fault, you get what you pay for. If you have sensitive areas i wouldn’t recommend here for a brazilian but great for everything else!

Beware of booking appointments if you value time., My appointment time was changed without consulting me i did not receiving services paid for due to the service provider not being present for the time I booked. The front desk lady is very sweet, she attempted to rectify the situation by asking another provider sitting there to complete the service she didn’t respond, so she called the original provider I booked with for an eta, she was too far away resulting in a cancellation and refund.

Don’t ever book this spa for anything with your teeth , they charged me thousands of dollars for veneers that came off in a matter of days and started talking crazy to me WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
